I give them a 1 star because of how they advertised the free car wash with oil change for 34.00 and most importantly the oil change guy works with the car wash to charge. The guy doing the oil change does not specify what kind of oil change is required to get the free car wash nor does the ad they have posted in many places. The people doing your car wash are cool, work comes out good. But this whole false advertisement is not cool. Not to mention pricey. 65 dollars on a 2010 Honda Accord. Not worth it but since I was getting a free car wash I said why not. But then told me no because it's full synthetic. I argued I paid 65 for a car was and I don't get a car wash when an oil change advertised is 34.99 again they charged me 66 for it eventually I told him "never mind I'll just take my car". They still gave me the car wash I think Because I brought my lexus for a car wash that he wanted to charge me 100 dollars when I usually pay around 50-60 dollars another thing that I don't understand how prices can fluctuate like that when prices are set. I just put in 2 and 1/2 quarts of oil. my car started making sounds so I checked the oil stick and the oil did not register at all. never going there again and taking my car to have it checked out for damage. First off, I do not understand some the poor overall ratings given here. I have been getting my cars washed here since I moved to Tujunga and have never had a bad experience. On the contrary, my vehicles have always come out clean and well-dried without issues. I was in today again, and got my truck washed. Although it was quite dirty from lack of regular washing due to my busy schedule, it was virtually perfect when done. I am not an owner nor do I even know the owners or managers, this is just another business to me; I just call them as I see them. This place does a good job which is why I keep returning here, and if you read my other Yelp reviews you know that I do not return to places that screw things up. Although I have had my cars professionally detailed on occasion in the past, however in most cases a handwash like this business does is adequate for most vehicle cleanings. I do not expect perfection at this price and of course do not get it, but it is perfectly adequate for my needs for most cleanings. I will be bring another vehicle here next week. read more

You know you don't have many choices for car washes in Sunland. This is it. Average wait time for car on a simple wash is 90 minutes. 90 minutes in the heat! They are remodeling or have closed indoor seating area. Also, I paid for air freshner in my package. No air freshner. The vacuum job last time was extremely sloppy. Still food and crumbs inbetween my seats. Also, big stain on my seat they could have just used soap and water to get out... but... ummmm... no.... $20 for a basic car wash? These guys broke my cars outside door handle. When they gave me back my car, after drying it, the door was open so I didn't notice until after I had to get back in my car. That was about 1 hour later. Luckily I was nearby so I went back and of course they refused to acknowledge what they had done. I spoke w/ 'Vic' he said that must've happened after I left. I explained no one had touched my car after the car wash. Got no where w/ him, asked for a number for the manager. Of course they just gave me the number of the car wash. I called back the next day and I was transferred to the 'manager' however I think it was the same guy 'Vic' I had seen the previous day. He stuck to his same story. I had to buy a replacement door handle online and had someone else replace it for me. Avoid this place! I work nearby so I tell everyone my story. Terrible customer service. I've been coming here for years. When it's busy, I expect a longer wait. Today there was a few cars and they took my truck right away. Charged me fair for a wash and wax. My truck turned out looking great and I did not have a single issue. No second hand smoke, no attitude from employees, as some of the comments here have mentioned. They also have a program where you put in your phone number to collect points. Then you can apply them to a future car wash. I like that. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because usually there is an air dryer as your car passes through. Today, no air dryer. So after it gets washed, one guy is hustling to get it dry so there's no spots. It seems a little under staffed, but then again today is a Thursday at 12:45 in the afternoon. A nice wash with All the fixin's is $22.00 as of today:( I paid $22.00 and the clean up guy did a great job and worked on my car for at least 30mins. But as always you get home and have to rub down soap scum and get more bird crap off my car which is a bummer. DO NOT GO HERE!! They dented my roof in two spots and refused to take responsibility for it. When I arrived I wanted the basic wash and cleaning inside. I decided to upgrade so there was a bit of wax in the wash and was told it would last longer so I agreed and paid the $25. It took a long time to get my car done, I was there for over an hour. When I got my car back I inspected it for spots like usual and found bird poo still very obviously on my car! I also noticed the roof had been dented... god knows how they managed that! When I spoke to the manager he refused to take responsibility despite the fact they the dents weren't there when I left my car in their hands. Unfortunately I didn't take any before pictures since I wasn't planning on them denting my roof. Not to mention they did not do a good job cleaning my windshield and it was still dirty when I got my car back. They are the worst most awfully run business I've ever been to. After spending 45$ on a wash and wax there are spots left from recent bird droppings. The owner was the one who suggested the wax upon looking at my car. The last two times I've been here and paid for the highest package, my back seat has not been vacuumed. Went here for a wash yesterday morning and I've came here many times... yesterday was by far the worst wash ever! Not only was there several areas with dirt still on there but vacuuming wasn't done properly and they put deep scratches in my window and mirror and backside passenger window is also scratched. 3.5 stars Star is hit and miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's just okay. I like that it's a handwash place and they have specials in mid week. I like the younger guy who works there way better than the older guy, and always get better service when the younger guy is there and in charge. The people who work on the cars are nice and if I find stuff that needs to be fixed before I leave (the almost always forget to wipe/clean the moon roof), they always fix it for me. I have been bringing my car here for almost 8 years and I haven't been disappointed until my visit yesterday in the morning. I asked for the same thing I always ask for; regular hand wash interior and exterior plus my trunk. I had left my trunk open (because I was told that's the only way they'll know to vacuum the trunk, otherwise they won't do it). My first disappointment from this visit was the fact that my trunk was open while my car was going through the wash area. When it was being dried by the machine, my trunk door flew open. At least because of that my trunk was vacuumed due to it being wet and soapy. My second disappointment was that the interior of my car was completely neglected and not vacuumed at all. Whenever I've brought my car here, both interior and exterior would be clean, no problem. I don't know if it costs extra to vacuum the interior now and no one told me, or the quality of this place has completely gone downhill. Either way, time to find a new car wash spot. read more

My family, friends, and I have been going to this car wash for so long and I have to say that each and every visit has been beyond satisfactory. They normally wash and dry the outside of my car very well.. without leaving any excess residue on the paint. The interior is always sparkly clean after my visit. The guy who washes my car, Samo goes above and beyond each time. I can honestly say the owner of this establishment is doing an excellent job running this car wash.
