Well FF, get a box and it's 3 cans of Vanilla Cappuccino, I looked up they were 10 dollars each.. Of course I message them..if I kept them I would've made $15 dollars off them For free...ok, my original message says..in a nut shell, you sent me wrong item, here's a snap shot photo yada yada ..I can send it back..but, I'd still like my items. Well it took 3 days to respond, fine message says it can take this long..Penelope says...hi, I can give you a discount off on the Cappuccino..so you would pay...25 dollars...nothing about my item..total concern..hyper focus to get the wrong package back..I responded noooo I want my chi latte..send me a shipping code and I'll send yours back. Got shipping code..great...but, my items...ummm when will I get them..email back again. Asking ok great when do I get my items.. (so basically at this point they want their stuff back thats all they care about)..I get a response "we will mail yours out once ours is back." So I mailed it out...sent the SS of the receipt, and asked so when will you mail my stuff out..Penalope said when the box is checked into their warehouse in Chino...now I'm PO..i get they want it back....but why do I feel like a thief and I now I'm being ripped off? ...mind you Chino is 2 hrs from me so the package was out for delivery the next day..ok, next day I look at the delivery see, out For delivery..at this point I'm good ready to just give up.....(mind you I ordered on the 25th were at the 5th Chino is close by..).I messaged said, look at your tracking, it's the tracking you sent me...I can't make up a lie about the tracking she gave me...it shows you're getting it..she didn't budge...at this point I asked for a full refund. Which was granted..I do have to wait 10 days...but fine....ok so I get it..they want their item, yes...they sent the wrong one, yes...I told them I'd mail it back, yes..they didn't want to get ripped off..yes...it just feels like something is off. The box I got was sooo beat up stained like water damage..just something about the way they do business doesn't make me feel safe around food..I sent the food item back...ummm sketchy..she could've given me a tracking number mailed it out after the box was received..just to satisfy me.....felt like they aren't doing well..business is not well. Money is tight...I have no clue.....so I'm just saying..buyer beware..they might be wonderful..I'll never know..but scared to ever deal with them again..

I prefer not to discuss the details, but it can make certain tasks difficult for me. Today, I was waiting in line at the self-checkout with only a few items: one loaf of bread, one package of paper towels, and three packs of milk. I politely asked an employee named Luis, who was holding a handheld scanner, if he could help me scan my items. Instead of helping, he raised his voice and repeatedly said, "Scan it! Scan it!" I politely asked again, "Would you please help me scan my items, please?" He looked visibly annoyed, grabbed my bread roughly, scanned it using the checkout scanner, and tossed it aside. Then, with the same irritated expression, he used his handheld scanner to scan the paper towels and milk, finished, and immediately walked away without saying a word. I noticed from his name badge that he has been working at this store for more than 10 years. I don't know whether he was having a bad day, but that does not justify treating a customer this way. Luis, the reason your name badge proudly displays your years of service is because it represents experience and trust. Customers expect someone with your experience to provide respectful and professional service. If providing customer service has become too frustrating for you, perhaps you should take some time off. Your job is to help customers, not make them feel like a burden. After shopping here for so many years, this was an experience I never expected. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other customer has to experience the same treatment.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Hasco Outlet in Ontario. The inside of the store…read morewas incredibly messy, and a significant amount of the merchandise consisted of damaged items or opened boxes. Purchasing an item here definitely feels like a gamble--shop if you dare. Customer service was practically nonexistent. There were staff members on the floor, but not a single person asked if we needed help. At one point, two employees walked right over to me, only to completely ignore my presence and start conversing about extra pizza in the breakroom. It was honestly kind of comical how oblivious they were to the shoppers around them. Overall, the atmosphere felt almost like a disorganized thrift store, and I absolutely would not recommend purchasing anything from this location. I am giving it 2 stars with the sincere hope that management takes notice and makes the necessary improvements to both the store's condition and the staff's professionalism.

Parking is smaller than a normal lot. I'd recommend reversing into a spot or else you'd find yourself making a 3-point turn just to exit. This place is bustling with business especially on the weekends. Upon walking in, you'll be able to borrow a grocery cart on the off chance that you'd buy a lot or a big item. You walk down the right side and you'd see a lot of clothing. These clothes are mainly from Sam's Club, Costco, or Target. They also have shoes available. Only some clothing articles are 50% the name brand price, but most of them are only a couple of dollars off. They have a furniture/appliance section of their warehouse next to the clothes. I've seen refrigerators, washing machines, outdoor furniture, and indoor. Sofas are available for half the price. I've seen a lot of kitchen items and outdoor items. They have pantry stuff, but all are open so they can count how many packages per box. They also have canned goods. When walking around, you'll see some bathroom necessities, living room appliances, stationary, and toys. I enjoy coming because I'll never know what I'll find or may need. Other reviews are right though; service isn't that great and the people at the front desk are usually on their phone. Other than that, the deals aren't too bad if you truly know pricing and what to look for.
