End of August, I ordered 3 items Chi Latte..total with shipping was $25.00. so not a lot of money spent. Well FF, get a box and it's 3 cans of Vanilla Cappuccino, I looked up they were 10 dollars each.. Of course I message them..if I kept them I would've made $15 dollars off them For free...ok, my original message says..in a nut shell, you sent me wrong item, here's a snap shot photo yada yada ..I can send it back..but, I'd still like my items. Well it took 3 days to respond, fine message says it can take this long..Penelope says...hi, I can give you a discount off on the Cappuccino..so you would pay...25 dollars...nothing about my item..total concern..hyper focus to get the wrong package back..I responded noooo I want my chi latte..send me a shipping code and I'll send yours back. Got shipping code..great...but, my items...ummm when will I get them..email back again. Asking ok great when do I get my items.. (so basically at this point they want their stuff back thats all they care about)..I get a response "we will mail yours out once ours is back." So I mailed it out...sent the SS of the receipt, and asked so when will you mail my stuff out..Penalope said when the box is checked into their warehouse in Chino...now I'm PO..i get they want it back....but why do I feel like a thief and I now I'm being ripped off? ...mind you Chino is 2 hrs from me so the package was out for delivery the next day..ok, next day I look at the delivery see, out For delivery..at this point I'm good ready to just give up.....(mind you I ordered on the 25th were at the 5th Chino is close by..).I messaged said, look at your tracking, it's the tracking you sent me...I can't make up a lie about the tracking she gave me...it shows you're getting it..she didn't budge...at this point I asked for a full refund. Which was granted..I do have to wait 10 days...but fine....ok so I get it..they want their item, yes...they sent the wrong one, yes...I told them I'd mail it back, yes..they didn't want to get ripped off..yes...it just feels like something is off. The box I got was sooo beat up stained like water damage..just something about the way they do business doesn't make me feel safe around food..I sent the food item back...ummm sketchy..she could've given me a tracking number mailed it out after the box was received..just to satisfy me.....felt like they aren't doing well..business is not well. Money is tight...I have no clue.....so I'm just saying..buyer beware..they might be wonderful..I'll never know..but scared to ever deal with them again.. read more

Placed an online order yesterday and picked it up from Will Call located in Chino today. Easy peasy!

I was surprised to see that Lollicup USA HQ was literally in my "backyard" and it further surprised me at the amount of products that Karat (by Lollicup) sells! When the pandemic started, I did not know where to go to purchase face masks and a friend pointed me to the Lollicup website. I was not sure of the quality so I ordered a couple of items and had them shipped to me. The shipping cost was reasonable and fast! I received my order in a few days and was okay with the quality. They did mix up my order and when I emailed them with pictures and an explanation, they remedied it right away. Not bad for a first time order experience. A few months pass by and I see that the price of a few items had dropped and this time, I saw the pick-up order option. Since I had time, I opted for the pick-up to save on shipping costs. I read the verbiage on turn around times and even called customer service before placing my order to make sure that my order would still be there for the day that I was available. Yes, I did not receive an email to state that my order was ready, so I called customer service and they noted that my order had been ready that day. I was a bit disappointed in their relay of information but what can I do. I drove to the office and the parking lot was packed. Not sure if they were all employee parking but it was crazy full. I walked in and there is a counter where you pick up your order. The customer service representatives gather your information and then pass the information to the back warehouse. A pet peeve is that, even though the orders are "ready", they really are not "ready." I would've imagined that when my email tells me that the order is "ready," that it would be packaged and ready for pick up but it is not. The people in the warehouse actually have to go and pick up your items, and place them in a box for you. You will be waiting about 40+ minutes, give or take depending on how busy they are, from when you step foot into the office, provide your order number, and receive your items. The worker showed me my order and I double checked to make sure all my items were in there. After inspection, I signed the paperwork noting that I picked up my order and was on my way. While waiting, I did notice a fridge where customers can grab 1 drink per person. Not sure if there was anything in there prior to me arriving but that is very thoughtful. Their lobby is packed with products showing what they sell and it surprised me of the food (drink syrups, creamer, boba, powders, and etc) and food packaging products that they sell. Very diverse, and a colorful way to brighten up the lobby. read more

Don't buy items from here as all their products expire within 1 month. So ridiculous. Waste of time and money to throw food away after 1 month. Buy on Amazon instead where there's better customer service. read more

I order 5 cases of creamer by online at May 22. They didn't any notification ready to pick up. Anyway I went to there for pick up at May 30( They need 1week for ready. Fxxx). I didn't take because the product different with online picture. They said refund to my credit card on 10~15 biz days. BUT still not yet. Passed 1month. I called them. I explained everything and switched people and explained again switched people again and discounted. I just disputed to my bank. Really horrible experience read more

My husband and I came from New Orleans to train for our new exciting boba cafe! We chose Lollicup based on research and we are so happy we ended up here. Maria was our coordinator and she is just the sweetest person ever! Helpful, patient, informative. Always had a smile on. We trained with Sandy and let me tell you this girl knows her boba and teas! She's so cute and professional and you can really feel she takes her job seriously and wants us to succeed. We made so many drinks and she was willing to do whatever combination we wanted. We also got to have lunch here for FREE!! All the food is soooo yummy! It might taste yummier cause it's free lol! Sad part is that our training is Over. LOVE LOLLICUP USA! read more

I normally do not have problems with ordering, but this year has been a nightmare. My orders are weeks & months late, or don't even arrive. I've contacted them at least 4 times regarding the last order I never received. Their initial reply stated they were updating their system, so they couldn't refund me at the time. It's been 2 1/2 months and still nothing. I even filed a claim through PayPal. Still nothing. I can't get through on the phone lines either. read more

From my experience, the will call people take forever and the customer service at the front desk are incompetent/lazy. I have the same problem where they tell me my order is ready for pick up and ready at the front desk but it's not! I arrive at Lollicup and my order is not ready! I wait at will call and I see so many people just taking out trash rather than bringing out my stuff! I'm the only one here at will call! Going on an hour wait..... whether the order is small or large, you still have to wait approximately 1hr+. Going forward, I'll be going elsewhere for my business purchases. read more

I really wished I would have read the reviews for this company before doing any kind of business with them. A non working phone number and countless steps to get a hold of someone with just a 24 hour time frame to cancel orders??? Sounds ridiculous and like a total scam to me. If you dont believe me, take a look at their reviews when it comes to orders, damages, incorrect billing, etc... And every one is the same thing, "Lollicup takes 0 responsibility for THEIR mistakes".
