The therapist returned with a bottle that was clearly running empty, scraped together only a tiny amount for my back, and admitted afterward that she had run out--yet still charged me the full $20 fee. Forced Tip: Tipping is optional. I am typically a generous tipper (normally $30-$35 for good service) and was still going to leave $25 despite the subpar session. Instead, she demanded a $30 tip and entered the amount herself without my consent. I have no issue paying for quality care, but paying premium prices for subpar technique, nearly empty add-ons, and forced gratuity is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Flicked all the lights on, and walked out before I got a chance to open my eyes or say thank you. I changed and walked out, helping myself out. As I was waiting for my husband to come out I was given the QR code to pay. Once my husband came out we both paid via the QR code and the lady told us to wait and verify that they received payment. After verifying, she calls me out in front of the other 4 people in the waiting room for tipping too little. I asked if it was a problem and she said "no" and walked away. She was lucky I tipped at all! Tipping is based off of how much you enjoyed the service, hospitality, and the overall experience. I didn't need to tip but I still did anyway! Calling someone out for not tipping enough is not professional. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband didn't mind his massage. The sole purpose of him booking it was because he wanted the deep tissue massage so the depth/pain was something he was requesting. And he said the guy would check up on him every once in a while and ask if he's okay or if the depth was okay (I didn't get that). We've been to plenty massage bars before and have never had issues. Safe to say we will not be coming back here.

When we booked, we specifically requested two female therapists. We were both initially given female therapists and the massage started. The massages themselves were also extremely disappointing. There was essentially no pressure or real massage technique--my therapist mostly put oil on my back and rubbed in circles. Justin said he was experiencing basically the same thing with his massage. Then, halfway through our massages, we suddenly started hearing a man's voice in the room. We realized that my fiancés facefemale therapist had apparently been replaced by a male therapist. Nobody asked us, nobody told us, and nobody explained what was happening. We had specifically requested female therapists, so having Justin's therapist changed to a man without our knowledge or consent was incredibly uncomfortable. We were not given an explanation when we questioned it. I eventually became so upset that I got dressed and walked out. A manager came in, but we still did not receive a reasonable explanation for why this happened. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday experience for my fiancé, and instead we left feeling uncomfortable, confused, and extremely disappointed. Staffing issues happen, but you communicate with your customers and ask before making a significant change to the service they specifically requested. Changing someone's therapist halfway through a massage without saying anything is not acceptable to us. I would not return.

You pay up front before the massage. $2 extra for credit card. Then in the massage room, the first 10 minutes is a slow build up. I felt like with the language barrier I needed to speak up more of what I preferred. So I had to mention I had a bad kink on my lower right back that I'd like her to work on. Then I had to ask for a little harder massage. She asked if I wante oil and I said yes. Then after a slower first 10 minute start I asked for more emphasis on my lower right kink on my back again. She asked if there was pain. I said yes. Then she started the magic work of bringing the hot stones as a free addition. I've never had a masseuse use all six hot stones to build up to sooth the pain on my pack before. She started with 2 then added 2 more then another 2. She lined all 6 stones in 3 rows of 2 along my spine and used the heat to sort out the kink on my lower right back. Her massage got deeper and more intense as she navigated all around my back. There was light focus on the leg and arms and no front massage in the 30 minutes but it was the perfect bit of massage I needed to feel better about my back.

WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!!!…read more I call on a Friday to make a couples massage appointment for Sunday morning. The lady says EMPHATICALLY 9:00 - 10:00 am several times on the phone. I'm not thrilled about an early time for a Sunday morning, but I take it because I understand they have to fit 2 of us. We show up on Sunday to the janky ass operation, and the lady says the other masseuse is not here yet, come back in 40 minutes. I'm already irked cause I could've slept in, but just try to roll with it. We come back and they have separate rooms for us. Not ideal, but we've encountered this elsewhere before. They ask for cash (no cards) up front before they start. They don't ask us what areas to focus on, any previous injuries, or even what level of pressure to use - just cash. I go to lay down and I see there's only HALF a sheet available for cover...??? The lady comes in and starts rubbing me and you can tell that she's on autopilot for most of it. There's a bunch of commotion going on; the ladies are shouting at each other from room to room, someone's phone rings and they let the wacky ringtone go for a whole minute - basically the exact opposite of a relaxing ambiance. At one point my masseuse walks out and starts arguing with the other ladies. It's like she was mad that she had to work on me for some reason. She pretty much rubbed my back for like half an hour and once I turned around she just ran out the clock by rubbing my head. Didn't even touch my problem areas. Then she says "ok done!", and walks out. I look at the clock and it's been barely 45 mins since we started (including the interruptions) when we already paid them for a whole hour plus a much too generous 25% tip.
