When I chose to walk away from what I perceived as overpriced repair options, they suddenly insisted that I needed to pay $1,650 in fees before they would return my car. Let me be clear: this was for *no labor at all*--just their notorious hidden storage fees that they never mentioned verbally or in writing. It felt like they were trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible without being transparent about it. The prices for car parts were ridiculously overpriced. I honestly believe they were trying to scam both me and my insurance company. Any reputable shop would want to build trust, but their tactics seemed more focused on lining their pockets rather than providing honest service. To top it all off, their "shop" is actually a home located in a sketchy neighborhood with a high fence around the backyard. It just gave off a vibe that made me extremely uncomfortable. Took it back for 2 more weeks and returned it dirty and did not buff out scratches on the door. Endrick did not care about the poor quality of his work. Also they cut the wiring harness to the radio amp. Scammed the insurance of a substantial amount of money and cost me out of pocket to make it right.
