Scott is one of the most unprofessional and argumentative people I have ever met. We came to this…read moreshop trying to get a transmission fixed due to it being damaged from a car wreck. They took 3 months to get anything done and we had to call almost every week to get an update (which was nothing because they had not worked on anything whatsoever other than taking apart the car to diagnose it). We eventually got tired of the wait and decided to get it towed and pay what was needed to get it out of the lot and let Scott know that was the plan. Not only was the car not ready for a tow because the parts were not in the car, but when asked to do so repeatedly he ended up shoving the parts into the car and left it. Worst experience I have ever had from a mechanic I do not recommend wasting your time, energy, and money.
