Found Tiffany by chance just calling around look for somewhere to get a fill. Tiffany was so quick and my nails looked so good after. I have been back multiple times. My most recent set. I think I the third I have had done here. I've had them for going on 3 weeks now and they still look great. Would recommend checking this place out.

The lilac tips were barely filed, so I was concerned you'll still be able to see them under the light pink. Then I had to ask to get them shorter, was told I would have to do square instead of almond.. I was only asking to file down the same amount that grew out..? Anyways after a little back and forth he finally gave In and filed them shorter. Which was a pretty sloppy job honestly. One hand the nails were shorter and rounder, other was longer and more pointy. The end result looks super thick and unevenly painted. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just not very well done.

Tiffany at Star Nails is amazing and a life saver for my nails. I went to a bigger shop in Ridgefield and had an awful experience. My nails were thick and just looked like I did them at home myself. I was disappointed. I waited until I needed a fill and went to see Tiffany who has been doing my nails off and on for over 15 years. I will never go anywhere else again. I wanted to have my nails done before attending my son's wedding. Tiffany was very helpful in explaining things and making suggestions. Both of the staff there was very efficient and worked quickly and I was comfortable through the entire process. Things were very clean as well. I could tell while I was there that they have a regular return of customers for their services. There was no confusions as to what the fees would be. I would highly recommend. read more

Took my dad in and we got our feet taken care of and Tiffany was super nice and very happy with great energy. They made my old man feel comfortable and it was his first time ever getting his feet done so he was hesitant it not after that he was very pleased with the service and the great experience. Tiffany (and Cindy?) are great! They made us feel so comfortable. My daughter and I went in to get a mani/pedi. We opted for the gel dipped nails and are really happy with them! Tiffany is amazing as had been stated here. She did a great job on our nails and was helpful with knowledge about the technique and advice on how to take care of them for future appointments. Today is 4-16-22, I had my nails done by Tiffany on 4-4-22. I waited to write a review to see how my nails held up over the last twelve days. Keep in mind I am actively participating in the demo of an old house, painting and remodeling, and moving wood etc. to a dumpster daily. I like to look like a princess on my off time, but I don't want to hold back or worry about breaking a nail. I do wear gloves and adapt in some ways when picking things up. Tiffany applied the nails thicker than most. , and I like that. Especially toward the bed of the nails. To many manicurists make them thin and it puts pressure when you are moving something. If you have ever had a nail tear off, you know the pain. As well as the inconvenience and expense.Tiffany was professional, fast, and listened to my needs I would recommend her highly. Tiffany is the greatest. I went in with nails that were splitting and a mess. She took one look and suggest Solar nails. It has been wonderful and I highly recommend them to all. It was really long with a lot of massaging. I will go back next time I'm in the area and wish it was closer to my house. read more

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. this is my second or 3rd time coming here and i was showed nothing but kindness and felt very welcomed. tiffany did a fantastic job on my nails and did them in such a timely manner!!! 25 mins for a full set acrylic is truly the fastest and most professional i think i've ever seen. if you want your nails to be wonderful and your heart to be full, i suggest going to star nails in battle ground!! read more

Best place for pedicure and gel/shellac manicure. They are willing to open after hours for you. Come in and give them a try. All buffers and files are brand new for each clients. You are not forced to buy them. $20 for regular pedicure and $35 for deluxe pedicure. Gel/shellac manicure $25. You won't regret coming here. read more

Went here years ago and got gel nails. They started peeling 2 days later. Went back and paid to get it fixed. decided to give it a try again since it had been many years. Sad to say I was once again highly disappointed. I got the deluxe pedo and Mani, paid almost $100 a couple days ago. My gel nails are already peeling. Leaving for vacation in a few days but won't even waste my time going back to get it fixed. Don't waste your time going to Star nails salon, it's not worth your time nor money. read more

I'm about to give Yelp a zero star review since I've written this twice now and lost it both times trying to sign back in before posting. But anyway. I keep giving this place second chances but I don't think I will any more. They never have a wait, which is why I've gone there a few times. Any of the times I went and got an mani and pedi, they gave me the mani in the pedicure chair, which is really uncomfortable, and if you're like me and have to control your ticklishness or hold your fingers right, can get tiring trying to do both. So I've got my right arm pulled across my body while one woman is trying to straighten my hand and the other is trying to do stuff to my feet the whole time already. Also, if I'm paying $30 for a pedi and another $30 for a mani, even though their combined price is much cheaper even without adding gel, I'd like to get a full pedicure and a full manicure, comfortably. I'm thinking why do they need to rush me? This time I'm literally the only person here. There's 3 women working. Pedicure woman is rubbing the salt scrub for too long and hard. There are red marks that burn now. I keep thinking that she will stop soon. But that soon isn't soon enough. Manicure woman catches up to pedicure woman and grows impatient waiting for polish. She goes and grabs another bottle, paints her thumb, flashes it at me, and says "same color." I assume she's right, it looked like it. Pedicure woman is using the LED light to dry my toes. There is bright pink polish on it that is now on my ankle. When she finishes my pedicure, I say, "can we remove the pink from the edge of that light, on my ankle?" and she smiles, pats my feet and leaves. Too surprised and now too annoyed to even deal with it anymore, I don't say anything else. I look back as the final coats go on my finger nails and realize her "same color" is matte grey, while my toes are green with some sparkle, the color I picked specifically for an event I am attending. I was going to complain, but after the obvious pink splotches on my ankles going unnoticed, I just couldn't force myself to explain and then have to sit there while she re-did it. When I get home and look closer the tips of the nails are so thin I can see regular nail color, and they made the cuticle edge so high they look grown out already. Really not pleased with my "relaxing spa day." read more

Overall, it's a nice place with nice people. Too overpriced if you ask me. I don't think I will be going back.

Bottom line this shop did a BAD, hastily done and REALLY overpriced gel manicure. There are FAR better manicurists in Battle Ground-they may not be as fancy inside but I prefer to have a good manicure vs. a crappy overpriced one so the decor was useless to me (except I suspect the high prices charged help pay for all the matching chairs and TV's blah blah..) if you are looking to get your nails done i would recommend going to the 7th circle of hell and…read morehaving satan himself do them before i would recommend going to this establishment. not only are they not licensed but they also will abuse you psychologically, physically, and emotionally. coming to this salon has genuinely ruined my mental health and taken away my will to live. the owner is a psychopath who will take great pride and gratification in your pain and suffering. words cannot describe how unbelievably terrible my experience was. thank you esteemed readers for staying with me, now buckle your seatbelts because it only gets worse from here. from the beginning i knew i had made a grave mistake, i should have left the moment she started referring to it as "playing nail salon" to consistently stabbing me every time she went to move a cuticle. to add insult to injury she did pour acrylic liquid into every cut she gave me. about halfway through my appointment she left for two hours and left me with half finished nails. within those two hours i had plenty of time to reflect and unrepress 16 years of trauma. i don't know what was worse, waiting around for two hours or having her return. immediately upon her return she dove right back into criticizing my life choices, and physically abusing me. this was hands down one of the worst experiences of my life, and the cherry on top was as i was leaving i felt obligated to say thank you to which she responded by saying "no thank YOU for being my guinea pig"

The gal says I dont want that one and puts some other choices in front of me. A $30 basic, a $40 regular, and a $50 option. I dont read rhe differences, i point to the basic. She explains that because i have some pink gel left from Feb, it needs to be removed and i need the $40 one Ok i say. When i pay, she says I owe more money. I got the regular PlUS a $10 fee to remove the gel and had to Pay $50! The gel popped off when the gal cut my nails, there was no extra work. So much for a $30 special!! The service itself was fine.

I ended up paying almost 50 dollars (with tip) for a VERY rushed and NOT good gel manicure. My…read moremanicure consisted of getting my nails filed far too much (vs. other shops that loosen the gel first with tin foil etc-all the lady at Infinity did was use her electric filer) Now my nails are weaker (which ISNT what a gel manicure is supposed to do) plus she didnt even get rid of all my old (and more brightly colored) polish either so I have been carefull trying to get rid of that too. Bottom line this shop did a BAD, hastily done and REALLY overpriced gel manicure. There are FAR better manicurists in Battle Ground-they may not be as fancy inside but I prefer to have a good manicure vs. a crappy overpriced one so the decor was useless to me (except I suspect the high prices charged help pay for all the matching chairs and TV's blah blah..) Oh yeah and I discovered when I was paying they also do a two dollar surcharge ON TOP of me paying 40 bucks for a lousy manicure. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have had my nails done by Tiffany about 5 months now. Tiffany is very nice and fast. She knows what she is doing and is very professional. I am someone that wants to get my nails done and be on my way. Tiffany is that person that can get the job done and get you on your way quickly. I've been other places where they give you a long hand massage, and although that is nice, I would rather just focus on getting my nails done and getting on with my day. So, for quality work and getting them done in a timely matter, I would recommend going to Star Nails and letting Tiffany do them. read more

Tiffany is AMAZING. She does the fastest job out of any nail place I've been to with great quality. She gave us a good deal. I can tell she's a hard worker. I went for my fill today as did my daughter the previous week. We both wanted different things the second time around. Tiffany, again gave us both what we wanted. I am super happy and will be back yet again. I was also given a rewards card today, that she signed for both visits. That gives me an awesome discount after the 10th visit. Came in as a walk-in, and was asked to wait for 30 mins, which I was fine with considering I was a walk-in. Time for service (nails fill) Tiffany helped me and didn't pawn me off to a different worker. She talked with me without me having to engage the convo. My nails came out perfect without any pain!! I had ingrown toenails and Tiffany was my angel. She got all of my ingrown nails out, and now I feel like a new woman! I was in so much pain, but she saved me. Praise God for the blessing of Tiffany. No one EVER gets out my ingrown! Star nails is the best. I would recommend to anyone with feet issues, as well. read more

Tiffany and Sandy always do a great job! I go in for gel manicures and deluxe pedicures. Those deluxe pedicures are the best, with the leg scrub, lotion massage and wax. My feet always feel baby soft! I love getting French tip manicures and I they turn out beautifully! read more
