Tiffany is always convenient for a appointment, fast, and does great work. I can go at least 3 weeks between fills. Highly recommend.

First off I was told my nails would be 25 then when she was done with my nails she said they were 50. They aren't worth $50. Second off the super glue was all over my fingers and under my nails. Very uncomfortable and painful under my nails. I was cut numerous times in some of the same spots. And to end this all off I made my appointment a week prior, then when she was done with my nails told me I can only pay in cash because their debit machine was broken. She claimed she told me on the phone. But then proceeded to say the machine broke that morning. They could have easily told me that before my appointment but they didn't. Went in to get a gel manicure... immediately after I sat down two girls came in to get their nails done as well. I had Tiffany this time, and I have never had anyone rush through a manicure like she did. She was obviously wanting to not loose out on the other business, and rushed through my manicure. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. There was another woman there before me, also getting a manicure, and she was still there when I finished. My nails are filed uneven, the polish is bumpy and missing the sides...my nails basically look like I did them at home my myself. She knew she did a crappy job because she signed off on a couple extra spots on my punch card and tried to suck up at the end. I always feel bad that this nail salon is never busy, and I try to give them business, but I will not be going back. read more

I stopped in for a deluxe mani-pedi spontaneously. Great service for the owner Tiffany. Affordable prices. Massage chairs, hot water foot soak, sugar scrub massage, hot wax treatment. They are even open Sundays. I had teh best experience, so calming quiet and soothing when i really needed it. its been a few days and both my hands and feet still look perfect. Been going here for over a year now, I always come to get manicures/ pedis. One day while I was in getting my nails done Tiffany offered to my eyebrows, I hadn't had them waxed in years and was very hesitant but she told me "let me try just once if you don't like then we don't do it again" and she listened how I wanted them shaped and I've been having her wax them ever since! My usual nail lady was booked and I needed to get my nails done so I decided to scope out the area around my house and found this place. They were the only place that weren't overbooked so I decided to give it a go. I got a set of acyrlic nails for only $25 and it only took the 45 minutes tops! She worked super carefully and quick. I highly recommend this place if you're on the go and don't have much time on your hands. If you ever want to get a quick set and don't have sensitive nails, ask for Tiffany. I went back to this place to have shellac removed. Not only did it cost 10 extra dollars it wasn't a pleasant experience. They were immediately asking me if I had the original pedicure done at this salon. I advised them I did then they asked me who did the original service. I couldn't remember. I started soaking in the acetone and a man came over to get the polish off. I had to soak a little more. In the meantime he went to polish another ladies toes came back to me and I realized he had not washed his hands. Then he used his sharp fingernails to grab a hold of my toes and get the polish off. I do not like leaving bad reviews but I will never go back to this establishment. I am calling the health department too. Luckily I carry disinfectant in my vehicle and used it on my feet to hopefully get rid of any bacteria that might have been on his hands. read more

I get great service from Tiffany every single time at Star nails , it's true some of them do have trouble speaking English but they always laugh about it they really do try to please their customers here! I've been to a lot of different places here in town but here they keep their appointment times and that is important to me. read more

I came here because my nail salon Galaxy Nails was busy. Wow!!! Tiffany is the one that did my nails and my daughters. She was so rough and went incredibly fast so I knew the finished product would look horrendous and it did!! I got solar tips which were flexible not strong enough for my daily life, they were crooked and shaped horribly. I would NEVER go back or recommend anyone visit this place.... I will continue with Galaxy nails. They are amazing!! read more

The worst place by far. I'm so disappointed in my shellac manicure. Took over an hour in a half to do my shellac manicure. I have never been to a place that took that long to do a shellac manicure. At most 45 minutes. Also, the shellac eidnt even las t me a week. they usually will last me at least 3 weeks. I don't know her name since her English is pretty awful to understand. I just know that I was seated at table number 7. If the boss reads this, please do something about it. There are a lot of nail salon around and you will be losing customer if she takes that long on every one of them. maybe in the future I'll come back for another try but I know that I don't want her to do my nails read more

My regular nail salon was too busy today so I went to Star Nails. I should have been tipped off when I walked in to an almost empty salon on a Friday afternoon, but I decided to take a chance. Although the pedicure was nice, the gel manicure was not worth the money. The technician insisted on doing it during my pedicure while standing at the side of my chair. At one point I was juggling the manicure light, a magazine, the color charts all in my lap with arms going whichever direction while she tried to work on them. The old gel was peeled off rather than soaked off which at times was painful. I protested but she apparently could not understand me. My nails have rough spots from not being filed well and are quite short despite my request to leave them long. Ladies were not particularly friendly and chattered non stop in loud Vietnamese. Do yourself a favor. Don't come here. the older skinny lady that did my pedicure was horrible. I needed to be out of here in a certain time because of work. I got a warning from my boss because I was late. I cam during my 1 hour of lunch time. My work was just right across the street so it only took me 1 minute to get there. Once I got there I was seated, in the pedicure chair. Relaxed I was until she came along. she took forever doing my toe nails. I just wanted a quick $20 pedicure. I thought I would have time to run across taco bell to get some lunch as well. it took her about 30 minutes to trim my nails. I mean come one, is it that hard to trim someones nail and cuticle. she hasn't even down the scrub or the massage for me. she would periosdically look up at me and tell me to do the deluxe when I told her i dodnt have time.I will never be coming back here again even for a quick polish change. You guys need to retrain your employees. Ill rather just drive to nails 200o or the new place by starbucks for my pedicure. read more

I have been getting my nails done for over 6 years and have NEVER had such a terrible job done. I had a full set put on...A full set done in 25 minutes!!??? the tips are not glued to my nails and grit gets under them, my cuticles were not cleaned up, the gel chipped at the cuticles the first day, there are tip sizes that are way too big for my nail size and look ridiculous, I asked for the cream shine (pink cream) and was told no and got a supposedly $25.00 a bottle topcoat which I hate, the sides were not filed down, they are crooked...Tiffany is the only one in the shop who does full sets and fills and she had 4 other people behind me and told them it would only be about a 20 minute wait from beginning to end. Really??? I don't even have the desire to go back and get them fixed because my faith in her is gone. I am just letting them grow out and will get a backfill later from someone reputable. People do NOT go to this salon if you want nice nails. Also when I called I was told $25.00 for the set and was charged $40. I asked for pink fill and got white. When I tried to talk she didn't listen. She said she has many years experience and fast doesn't mean bad. Well..take my word...it IS BAD! read more
