You want the table a little warmer/ cooler? Got it. Want to lighten the pressure in certain areas? Sure, no problem! Curious about how 'x' pain connects to 'y' limb? You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My 82 yo mom loves it here, too. There's a plethora of skilled service providers and lots of face, body, general wellness treatments to choose from.

Greeting/First impressions: when you walk out of the elevator onto the third floor, you enter a calm, green, serene entrance. When you walk into the gift shop, there are many beauty/skin care products for sale, bathing suits, a bar, and health snacks available for purchase. The greeters in the front checking you in are nice and go over all of the spa rules and give a tour. Amenities: you first get fitted with clean slippers to use throughout the spa area, the slippers are nice and warm. Then you get a plush robe to go with it. The locker rooms have large lockers, towels, skin care, and hair care products along with rain shower bathing areas. There is a himalayan salt sauna room in each of the mens and womens locker rooms. There is a eucalyptus steam room (it gets HOT!), a hot therapy pool, and cold plunge available for use. This is available to anyone who has access to the amenities pass (any service over $100). There are menus with drinks and snacks available to order, this can be brought to you while in the pools or the relaxation room. There is also a small rooftop area to relax outside. Massage: I got a deep tissue massage with Aura. I typically ask to have the shoulders worked on the most, but she hit trigger points in even the smallest muscles in my hands and feet. Her hands are truly magical - would recommend booking with her if able! Checkout: check out was simple and quick, you pay at the end of your visit. They even gave a little parting gift of a thank you note and a sample anti inflammatory dark chocolate for the ride home. Overall, the bang was worth the buck!

I've been going to Star Nails for 3 years now and I have always been very much satisfied with the results of my nails. L T does a magnificent job on my nails . I never to tell him what I like, he already knows. I also have my pedicures done there. I could not ask for a better place and I have been to quite a few and will not go anywhere else. Some people may think that their prices may be a little high, but I guarantee you get what you pay for. Where I am employed, my hands are in view of my clients, and I always receive compliments on my nails. I'm always happy to tell everyone who does my nails and where they can be found. All of the employees there are wonderful hard working people. I always feel welcome to their establishment. read more

Since Trina took over the shop in January 2013, I have fallen in love with this shop and it's employees. I came here in January to have a nail job gone wrong, from a nail ship out west, fixed. I met Trina the new owner and she said she could fix it no problem. Not only did she do an amazing job on my nails, she exceeded my expectations. Since then, not only do I come her but my sister, daughter, niece and friends come her and love it. The WHOLE staff is amazing! Star Nails is a step above most nail salons I have seen here in the Dublin area.. The salon is spotless. Having been a cosmetologist I am fully aware of how a nail salon should appear. I have walked out of numerous salons in the Dublin area because of the lack of proper procedures'. Trina and her staff do an amazing job. Trina creates beautiful designs on my toes as well as my natural nails. I leave there feeling great. I highly recommend Star Nails. Have been coming in for close to a year now and am extremely satisfied with the services offered. The new management is superb and the staff is super friendly. The remodel looks great and is well kept and up to date on all the newest trends. They take the time to find out exactly what it is you want and provide you with extensive and in depth service. Been going here to get my nails done for 4 years now. Without a doubt my favorite nail salon, and LT and Hannah are for sure my favorites that work there. Both of them take a lot of pride in their job and I've never been unsatisfied with a visit there, and I never end up spending more than 50$ (not including tip) on my manicures there either so its great service for a very fair price I think. Luckily, I met Trina... she did amazing job... and when I wasnt sure if I really wanted my halloween design stays on my nails for quite long time... I asked her to come up with ideas. Call and make an appointment with Trina! I first went to her for an appointment in August of 2018 and see her religiously ever since. She helps pick out your color based on ideas you give her, she can master just about any pattern or design you throw her way. Also she cares about your nail health. She's so bubbly and upbeat and is a perfectionist with everything she touches. Not to mention she does waxing, I don't know what I ever did with my eyebrows before coming to see her. I have been coming to Star Nails for about a year. Every one is always friendly and listen to exactly what you want. I am really rough on my nails, and I come in with a mess- I leave with perfection with no extra fees. LT is a master with solar nails. He is quick and detailed! While there today, a mother came in with a little girl (5 or 6 years old), and they made her feel like a princess while giving her a pedicure. It was so sweet. Their customers are always first. I just love this place! The customer service is great (they speak English) and they are very accommodating if you need something special (like leopard print, all hand painted) ! I have been to so many nail salons and I always walk away with thick unnatural looking nails, but at Star Nails they know how to keep them thin and very natural looking. Looks like it's under new management. Went for manicure and pedicure. Sat in new massage chairs while soaking. I'm diabetic and very picky about who deals with my feet. They did a phenomenal job on calluses, toe nails, and hands. I like to call ahead but today I walked in. Got served within 10 minutes. Will miss older staff. Trina and company are awesome. read more
