The biggest tip I can give: always book an appointment--the service is way better when you do. Jenny is amazing with designs (hands down the best!), and her partner Andy does the cleanest polish jobs. They're both super professional and clearly know what they're doing. I've had a few hiccups here and there--like once I paid $70 (plus $10 tip) just to get my nails taken off and filed. My nails ended up super brittle and honestly, it felt like a waste. I wouldn't recommend that service--just get them redone instead. Also, I've been cut before to the point of bleeding (not with Jenny or Andy, but another tech), so just a heads-up. That said, most of the staff here are really good: Sofia is gentle and cleans my nails better than anyone else, even Jenny sometimes. Hannah takes her time and does a great job--super patient and detail-oriented. Julie knows her stuff and is really steady with her work. Sometimes Jenny can feel rushed, so I rotate between techs depending on how I'm feeling and what I want done. At the end of the day, I definitely recommend Nails Allure. I've had way worse experiences elsewhere, and despite a few bumps, I keep coming back.Good vibes.

They weren't busy at the time so I scheduled to be there in 20 minutes. It's located in a strip mall so there's tons of free parking. He got started on me right away and was really efficient. I had a couple of fractured nails from a previous job and he was able to repair my natural nails and still add acrylic without any pain. The final product was perfect; simple yet elegant. The venue has all of the appropriate COVID dividers between technicians and clients for. There's paint in areas it shouldn't be and paint missing from areas it should be. I have been getting pedicures for years and she was the first technician to explain to me why my big toes were always in pain! All this time I thought i had ingrown nails but turns out i have had skin growing under my nails...she gave me some suggestions on how to remedy this situation and it will help tremendously!! The salon is pretty small with only 4 pedicure chairs and when I came on a Thursday afternoon, there was no wait and only one other client there with me. No music or water fixtures and the tv was off when I was there but I really enjoyed the time to chat with Vivian and to read my book with no distractions.
