As for my nails I LOVE THEM. Melissa truly put so much effort into them and you can tell that she takes pride in her work. It was so refreshing to come in and have a service provider who was kind, patient and took the liberty to ask questions to make sure I got what I wanted. I showed her my inspo picture once and that was all she needed to get to work. From getting my nails to the exact shape I wanted, making sure all the details were to my liking and just having such a nice aura about her. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I feel like they did a pretty good job. They don't have a TON of colors but you should be able to find something close to what your looking for. My nails came out extremely crooked--several of them are literally pointing/facing to the left instead of straight. But honestly, the most frustrating part was the experience trying to choose my color. I picked the color I wanted, and the nail tech switched it on me. When I told her that it was not the color I chose, instead of listening to me or correcting it, she argued with me. She first tried to tell me a glitter was the same color when it clearly was not. When I said I didn't want that, she then tried chrome and again insisted it was the same. I repeatedly explained that it was not what I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. At the end of the day, I am the customer paying for the service--I should be able to choose the color I want on my own nails. Between the crooked nails, not receiving the color I asked for, and being argued with instead of listened to, I left extremely disappointed. There are far too many great nail salons in Tallahassee to spend your money somewhere that leaves you feeling unheard and unhappy with the finished result. Both of us ended up with nails we had to come home and file because they were left with so many sharp edges, even after asking multiple times for the corners to be rounded. The acrylic is uneven and the entire process was painful because he was being so rough with the nail file. The tools were ran onto my skin over and over, while the tech was on FaceTime. The worst nail experience I've ever had - and I'm old (48!). It was over $200 for our services, but after mentioning our concerns a few times we just gave up.
