Just perfect I spent the week lining up help, equipment and a vehicle to use. I have used Total Rental for almost 20 years and never treated like this. This is not professional but what do you care? They will try and rob you. I spent 4 days trying to sell my vehicle with them, they garunteed $250 with a free tow twice. I called and confirmed, $250 for my 97 blazer. I contacted them on a Thursday, they assured over and over again they would pay me the $250. They put me in contact with a tow company and I scheduled a pickup for the following Monday. 1 hour before the scheduled pickup on the following monday, they sent me a message saying they will only accept $75 instead of the agreed upon price and blamed it on a clerical error. They then cancelled the entire deal when I brought up their previous deal and refused to apologize. They robbed me of a work day trying to steal my vehicle, this is not an honorable business, and they will put more effort into stealing from you than actually helping scrap your vehicle.
