I wanted to give these guys a shout out though, not because they would appreciate it or even care but to help anyone else looking to rent come to a quicker decision. My neighbor and I decided to go in half on a lawn aerator rental. We had looked at the local big box hardware stores and when one of them letting us down by not having what they said they did in stock, we went a different route. These guys are fairly busy on the weekend as the locals seem to know where to go. The price was half of what the hardware stores were charging. They were polite and professional, and down to business. Total time spent picking up and dropping off was about 20 minutes. I will definitely go here anytime I need to rent equipment.

They were very quick to schedule same day, over the weekend. They were able to make it happen that Monday. James was prompt, very polite, and courteous. Even with covid, he followed protocols and wore a mask. Our dog liked him so that was a great sign, and he was kind to our animals. I ended up calling the office the next day with some questions once I got the estimated quote back. Their customer service team was great and super nice. Very helpful and answered all my questions. They had fair labor cost! Truly! Great price. They do charge for ACTUAL hours worked. The more work you do, equals the less they have to do, which means less money ya spend! You do pay by card at the end of the move, which was nice feature. The only reason we didn't hire them was because they started at 9am, when the competitor could come at 7am. For us, who are up at 5am, this just worked better for our timeframe. Both companies were on par with the same estimate, which was so comforting. They did come in under in terms of the bid price for both labor and materials. I really have no real reason not to hire these guys. Again, thank you so much to James, Loretta and their team.
