The place has been around for years, I like to hit the local stores first. I have been here a handful of times over the years and have always had great service. My daughter and I came in for a pedecure (no appointment). Thankfully it was early enough the place wasn't packed. Normally it is better to make an appointment. Anyway, we picked out our colors and Jenny introduced herself. We had a nice conversation the whole time. My feet melted and feel so soft and pampered!! I forgot how good it feels to have my feet taken care of. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend and will be returning. read more

I decided to come to this place because I was recommended by a friend to go to and when I arrived, it was nice and quiet with two ladies sitting and watching Netflix on the television. Not bad, right? This place is awful. Sorry, I'm not going to sugar coat it. Not only I felt uncomfortable there, but the person who did my nails (please god, if that was the owner who did my nails...) made the experience overall the worst. She used an acrylic nail to take off my nails. That REALLY hurt. REALLY. And then did a bad job on my nails. It took days for my nails to stop hurting. Didn't help that after the whole thing, she wiped alcohol on my hands. The only time I complain is if I'm having a bad time at a place (or being a brat), but this time, I'm not being a brat. 0/10. Don't go for the painful experience and possibly getting your actual nails being ripped off the nail bed. read more

Keep reading!! My girlfriend and I were at Oliver's Market and decided on a whim to get pedicures when we saw there was a nail place in the little center there. Let me cut to the chase...literally! I'll just preface this review by saying the Establishment wasn't the friendliest place just upon walking in. My girlfriend said it had a "sad, weird vibe" the second we walked in there! SO...I sit down in one of their spa lounges and the only male in the place is is the one assigned to do my pedicure. To being with , he never acknowledged me in any way so I thought "I'm sure he hates doing this so I'll be as nice as I can." It was during the massage portion this same super odd, strange, almost crazy looking dude massages my foot but applies NO pressure. None. Felt like a fly crawling on my foot! I asked him to use a little more pressure if he could. He looks at me (I mean creepy, like a serial killer look!!!) This maniac goes ahead and CUTS MY FOOT with his nail! It hurt, it shocked me and I was mortified. I spontaneously said "ouch!" and every female manicurist in the place just glared at me. It was absolutely horrible!!! Don't know what recourse I have other than this review on Yelp. But I really, really don't want anyone else going through this! I am still reeling from this and it happened almost a week ago. Just DON'T go there!!!! If anyone has had this same experience with this gross, rude, weird dude, please report it to the Better Business Bureau, as I'll be doing the same thing!! read more

This is not my usual nail spot, BUT I was desperate one afternoon and wasn't about to drive my lazy ass all the way to Novato. I remembered seeing a nail salon in this shopping center due to my frequent Oliver's stops so I ventured my way over and attempted a walk in. They seemed very busy but told me to sit down at a station and that someone would be right with me. I wanted a pedicure and a color change on my fingernails. The girl doing my color change was awesome. Usually, on a color change they barely primp your nails, literally just changing the color. But this girl basically gave me a manicure for the price of a color change. She massaged and oiled my hands, trimmed and oiled my cuticles, shaped and sanded my nails and then painted them, using I swear, 5 top coats. My pedicure was awesome, too. Made an app earlier that day for 4pm for me and my niece. We walked in and were rudely told to pick our colors. Every time the lady talked to us she seemed like she just wanted is to leave. Started my full set at 4:20pm every time she got a message on her phone she would stop and check it. They didn't start my nieces gel manicure until 4:40pm. Two ladies came in for eyebrow waxing and the lady would stop our manicures to do the waxing. They definitely care more about the money then the clients. They were already packed and anytime some one called or came in they would take them. There were only 3 people working!!! My acrylics where all crooked and had imperfections. My niece had previously had acrylics on and had some acrylic around the edges which they just painted over she was not happy either. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Ugh. No. I went to get my nails done for my bday. The pedicure was great. Got a beautiful gel nail w sparkle finish. However, my manicure was so, SO bad. That completely ruined it!!! I got fake red tips. The tips were not matched to my actual nails! I pointed it out on three of them (didn't notice the problem on my left hand). You could see the white on the tip of my nails below the fake tips. She went to fix it, but the red nail polish splattered and she ignored (didn't see?) it. She cut two of my cuticles (I was bleeding and wincing in pain!). The sparkles she was supposed to brush on sucked - some nails barely had it and others were lopsided w it. The glue wasn't superb - she didn't remove it from under my nails and there were areas that didn't look good. Ugh. No bueno. Was so disappointed but didn't know what else to do but pay and leave. :( read more

Save your money & do not come here. Staff is generally friendly & sweet but watch out for the one lady with a white blurry mark on her left eye ! I've gone to this place for a few months now and would always get acrylics. I decided to try another salon and when they took off my acrylics we discovered fungus so some of my nails. They told me that when my acrylics were being filled they haven't been sealed properly so water has been getting in between my actual nail and the acrylic which caused the fungus. I'm a little disappointed because everyone there is so nice but unfortunately I will not be going back. read more

My first and last time here, they did so much wrong in my book. They started one of us 30 min after our appointment time and the other 45 min after. My girlfriend wanted pink and white which turned out to her liking except for some pink that was mixed up in her white, but all and all she was fairly pleased with the turn out. I on the other has was not happy with my outcome. I asked for a french with white tips. When she glued the white tips on she put one on crooked, after she placed it I told her it was crooked. She told when she file it, it would not be crooked. I let it go! Once the acrylic was on I appointed out that it was still crooked. She tried to file it out butt that did not work and then offered to redo it after the acrylic had already set. I told her that I did not want her ripping the acrylic off to fix a mistake I pointed out in the beginning. She then placed a gel top coat that she lets it under the light for 2 minutes and then wiped it clean with alcohol. When I left my nails were super tacky and now the clear coat is peeling off my nails. I will definitely not be returning and not have to seek out a new place to fix their mistake. read more

The salon is clean, the staff is friendly but it's a bit expensive and in my opinion the quality of the manicure and pedicures aren't worth the $63.00. The last time I was here my toes were smudged and the polish was all over the skin of my toes which I had to deal with at home. For $28.00 I would have appreciated a clean nice looking pedicure instead of the messy one I received. During this experience I also got a gel manicure, $35.00. The nail tech cut my finger pretty deep and that wasn't a fun experience either. read more

I have been coming here for about 5 years but I moved to the city a year and half ago and spent a year trying to find a salon that can do pink and white acrylic at least half as good as Hi can. Needless to say, I am driving up to Cotati every 3 weeks to see Hi. He his the only nail technician that does it right every time, not too thick, all the same shape, the nails NEVER lift or break and he puts a nice gel coat on top instead of polish that lasts...they always have that nice wet glossy look. If you want pink and whites that last you MUST go here and see Hi. I always get a pedicure too and it is always to my satisfaction, I never feel rushed and they actually pay attention to what they are doing. The price is right for the quality of work! Having my nails last 3-4 weeks makes the drive worth it. read more

Seeing that i am a broke college student, I was elated just thinking about getting my nails done. So when I finally got the money I decided to treat myself to a manicure. It was resonably priced only 10 dollar but once she started working on my nails I understood why. This woman went midevil on my cuticles, it really hurt and I instantly regreted going in there. I guess she could have just been rushing me since it was towards the end of the day but my nails look worse than they did before. She told me she was going to do a "special design for me" it was a butterfly that looked more like mouse ears and a green flower. The woman who owns this place is the sweetest woman and I feel terrbile talking down on this place because she was so kind. But seriously, when you pay to get your nails done it should be an enjoyable expiernce and this was definitly not! read more

Weirdest experience...They do not allow the full shellac timing process and did not let my hands/ feet stay under the blue light for the allotted time. Only cares about money, not customers...2 days later my shellac is peeling off and my right big toe I think is infected from this place.. I do not recommend.
