I walked in, no appointment, on a Thursday morning around 11AM, and I was helped immediately. She was very friendly and processed all documents very quickly. The waiting room is clean, tidy, and they had a movie running! I pulled out my laptop to do some work, but by the time I loaded my emails, the test was done! Service was good and fast. My only issue was the cost for my 911. They wouldn't honor the $12 coupon. When I asked why, they said performance cars don't qualify for the discount. I have no problem paying more for additional required services. So I asked, does it take more work for my 911 than a regular car. The answer was no. It is the same test. So they charge more for a more expense car. They also said that if I bring my F150 SuperCrew in that is also more expensive because of the size (didn't realize I was at a car wash). Same test. The cost difference is only a few dollars so who cares. Just annoying to get jipped. read more

They were super nice super helpful and even sent the information to the DMV so I don't have to send anything. bring your DMV paperwork and they'll take care of it for you. I came here two years ago for a smog check and not much has changed. I called in right before lunch and the lady said there was no wait, so I quickly jammed down there. When I arrived, the lady that I spoke to quoted a 30 minute wait. I guess another customer came in as I was driving down there. 17 minutes later, I was done! I was so glad it didn't take the full 30 minutes. There is a Yelp deal that gives you a discount of $12 if you check in l, and there is a coupon on the website for $37 smog check + $8 certificate. However you cannot combine the discounts. Either way, both deals come out to be the same price so I would recommend using either. I was out the door for $45. If by chance your older vehicle is not passing the functional test, and you have no check engine light and you RECENTLY disconnected/changed your battery, then you may need to drive your car for a few days to activate your obd2 sensor monitors. If that doesnt work, you may need to do a google search for your car's "drive cycle" procedure. [The DRIVE CYCLE is required to activate/bring your obd2 sensors online, ASSUMING nothing is wrong with your car. Some older cars are notorious for the taking a long time for the sensors to come online and instead require a "drive cycle" procedure]. -Not many people know this info. (I realized I had to do a "drive cycle" procedure to activate my obd2 monitors...my mechanic says i could be driving to new york and back and unless the procedure is faithfully followed I wont ever activate the monitors.) However, if you ran your drive cycle procedure properly and already put a few hundred miles on your car--and the obd2 monitors are still not online, then smog test stations recommend you to get your car diagnosed for possible engine problems and repair. Even if you ran the manufactuter's drive cycle procedure properly, the obd2 sensors will never come online if there really is something wrong with your car. read more
