Had my car tinted there and was accused of hit a workers car. Told them it was not me then they said that unless I admitted to something I didn't do they will not fix my tint. Bad business practices on customer service. Never do business with them as if anything happens they will accuse the customer. Now they will not honor any warranty work that I need.

Just had my windows tinted for my wife's RAV4. Made the appointment online and was able to get my windows done that same day! The guy who helped me when I got there was super friendly and informative. He had this cool heat lamp box that had four glass walls all tinted with different types of tint so you can see how much heat each tint lets through. I ended up going with ceramic tint because it allows the least amount of heat through and since we are expecting our first baby girl this June this is definitely going to come in handy during the hot summer days!!! Will be back soon to get my Honda Civic done too!!

Got my car tinted a few months ago and I'm still pleased with the work done! I called quite a few tint shops before I called Tint Monsters Norwalk and they were the best deal. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, ran into an issue with my dash cam but was able to find a solution. Was able to get a an appointment the same week. This review has been long over due. I brought my truck here earlier this year and was provided honest and excellent service. Everything was done in a timely manner and was able to pick up my truck after a few hours. Fast forward to a month ago I added another car to my family and immediately took it to get tinted. This is my go to place for tint. I've already had two cars tinted there, one was a tesla 3 which is more difficult to tint and the other is a lexus RC-F. The quality of their work is unsurpassed. I will definitely go there again in the future. Best way to get work done there is to make an appointment on their website. It's easier that way. read more

Was able to set a reservation for a sun visor tint online. The service was very fast only waited 40 min for them to finish. Also they had me check if everything was to my liking before actually putting the tint on my care. I think the amount for what I paid for was great and appreciate the good work they did to my car. read more

I've had my existing tint on my truck for over 10 years and one window was pealing and another had a few chips. Anyway I decided it was time for an upgrade to ceramic tint. I contacted Tint Monsters liked their quote and made a same day appointment. I wanted about an hour for them to remove my old tint and install the new tint. Back speakers stopped working so I checked wire connections to 4 channel amp. Wires were over stripped and 3 out of the 4 were barely hanging on, screw was through the insulation and barely making contact with amp screws. Left door speaker wire was over crimped and hanging on by 2 wire strands. Wish I took pictures but I didn't. We payed extra for all JL audio wires and ground. But why did they choose to use garbage wire from head unit to amps. I guarantee for the price this guys charges you, you can get it done better and cheaper ANYWHERE ELSE. Step it up dude. People work hard for their money. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WILL MAKE SURE ANYBODY I KNOW STAYS CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE FOR AUDIO OR TINTING. I do have pictures. Just looked in truck......haha. So when you see them owner you know this review is not bogus. Same cheap wire you use for head units to amps right? I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. However, I decided to hire JJ Windshield Repair and Replace because they provided a decent quote AND offered an OEM windshield. The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. Eddie showed up at my house (9 minutes after the 2 hour appointment time which was the only downside) the very next morning. He took one look at all the broken glass and said, "What a mess!" I smiled and said, "Don't judge me," and we both started laughing. From there, he got straight to work. He cleaned up all the glass, replaced the windshield, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. Eddie was professional and efficient. Based on Eddie's work and personality alone, I would recommend JJ Windshield Repair and Replace and I would definitely ask for Eddie.
