At first, they tried to have my insurance pay for it (original damage had nothing to do with the battery), then said it must have just been an old battery. They completely ignored the fact that their own employee left the lights on causing it to die in the first place. I was reluctant to write this because I was optimistic that they would take responsibility for their mistake and make it right. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Take your business elsewhere.

They have a super cute lobby at their Plain City location and they always have chilled drinks, coffee, and fresh baked goods. They offer loaner cars for certain services and I've never used that amenity personally, but the loaner vehicles in their lot look very nice and clean every time I see them! Even though I've moved throughout the years I still come back to ER because they're not judgy of my old decaying SUV, and they do their best to help. I can't speak to their pricing just because I honestly haven't had my car worked on anywhere else for big things. But they have coupons and I've always been able to afford their work!
