The baristas are always so friendly and helpful, and I especially like their little barista boards of drinks that they recommend or create:)

I usually have no problems with Starbucks... Any Starbucks... Don't mind the wait, because hey, it's Starbucks... But this morning, I did have a problem. I ordered my drink and waited on the side. I could tell that the baristas were serious... They were trying very diligently trying to get the orders out as fast as possible. One of the workers asked another worker how she was doing and she just have her 'a look'. They were pumping out orders like crazy. One of the customers wanted her ice drink stirred, so the barista (who gave the look), took her drink and literally threw it in the sink and started a new one. The customer felt bad but the barista said that she needed to make a new one because it won't come out the same. I was kind of shocked! I also noticed that as customers were coming to pick up their drinks, THEY were saying thank you for their drinks... Not the barista. Not sure if she noticed me just staring her down, but when I picked up my drink, she looked at me and said thank you. Love Starbucks. Maybe a bad morning... Drinks were coming out fast, but just need to take a breath in between to get refreshed again... Will I be back? Definitely. read more

This used to be my favorite Starbucks--conveniently located walking distance from my workplace. I must say over the years the turn over rate for workers went up and the service just keeps on getting worse. I miss all the old timers, who were so fun and friendly, yet quick and on point with their service delivery...they seriously NEED to come back! Waited longer than I should for a plain bagel, this time, NO drinks. To top it off, the barista nearly gave my bagel to someone else, who ordered after me! They weren't even busy and it's a Monday morning! read more

Baristas here are kind if mean. They close at 9:00 and you can just feel them anticipating to kick you out. And you can feel the frustration when you order a drink near closing. read more

Not my favorite Starbucks location. It was busy and seemed cramped. They don't carry the petite scones that my friend likes because they don't sell at this store. What? The barista was nice (a bit to high strung though). Too hyper when I want to calm down. We got Madeleines with our coffee. Good choice. I don't see going to this location much as I'm rarely in this area. The parking is weird, only one way out and in a bad section straight through oncoming traffic at the light. read more

I started coming to this location bc Moanalua is overcrowded and not very personable and Aiea was doing good.. But lately Friday's are not the day to go.. Around 430p-5p staff is just rude.. Not a thank you and when I asked for a straw for my drink the barista pointed her finger to them.. Ummmm okay Am I some kind of animal? Just ruined my experience there and my drink.. read more

I am so impressed with this Starbucks location! The drinks and food are always perfect, the customer service is great, and the place is always clean. I had been coming to this location for over a year and I have never had a bad experience. There are a lot of Starbucks on Oahu that I have had bad experiences at, but this location is not one of them. Let me start off by saying the drinks are consistent and delicious. I never got "burnt" coffee here. Every breakfast sandwich I ordered was also consistent, never cold in the middle, and never expired. And it also never took a long time to get my drink, even if there was a line out the door. The place was always clean, the staff does a great job to up keep the place. I have been to the Starbucks location (4561 Salt Lake Blvd) down by the stadium, Sack N Save, and K-mart numerous times and have seen cockroaches on the display cases, walls and floor. Never have I once seen a cockroach at this location though! The milk, sugar and other necessities have always been properly stocked. Bathroom is always clean as well. The most important thing I have to say is about the customer service here. It is absolutely on point. The employees here are friendly, nice, and personable and I feel like other Starbucks locations could learn a thing or two from these employees. Almost every employee here learned my name and how to spell it (it isn't easy!) and they remembered it! They would ask me how my day was and how work was going. They always have a smile on their face! I wish I could remember more of their names but the only one I can remember right now is Tasi. He is a great face for Starbucks! There is a few girls that I got to know as well and they were just as great (I feel horrible that I can't remember their names because they deserve credit too, I usually would come in the morning around 9-10)! I just moved off of Oahu last month and it will be very hard to replace this Starbucks location for me. Tasi said goodbye to me and gave me a hug before I moved and it made me realize how much I am going to miss that place. It almost made me cry. That is the kind of Starbucks everyone should get to experience and I am glad I got the chance to. read more

This place was really busy today. Went to meet a couple of friends and was early. I wanted refills which are free for having a Gold rating, so I ordered iced coffee and it was good meaning it had the right amount of kick to it (sometimes it tastes weak) and was made correctly the way I ordered it with soy milk including for the refills, some other places the person is rushing and they make it wrong, then when I tell them, they throw it out and make it again wasting time. The restroom has a code, 21035, I wonder why some have locks and some don't. What is sad is the guy who was in there took a LONG time which means awesome smells and I wish I didn't have to #1 kind of soon so couldn't sit down and try again an hour later, I had to go now, I saw a door that said employees only which I wondered if that was a restroom also that I could have sneaked in to avoid the wonderful aromas the guy left! I didn't notice any homeless in the area so why do they need a lock here? I never would have thought that this location would be so busy, amazing the line always seemed to have 10-15 people, this isn't downtown? There were 3 workers and they were not friendly per se, guess they were just trying to keep the line moving which I understand, but many Starbucks have a little more friendly workers who at least smile. read more

Today I went in to buy tea and bagels. When I went to the bowling alley to eat it, I dropped it on the ground. So I went back to star bucks and the cashier remembered me and asked what happened. So I told her and she gave me another bagel for free! Thank you so much! It's nice to know that there are still great companies around like Starbucks. read more

never asked for my name and they ran out of pumpkin Spice latte. all the workers must have been hung over from last night because none of them had a smile or a friendly voice. the only reason I'm giving this a 2 star instead of 1 is because they made my drink fast. Very poor performance. read more

Some barista's here make americano's really good. However there were several times where I could not taste the coffee and my americano tasted watered down or tasted like water and cream when I add cream. There was one instance where my bf and I ordered triple americano's together. His coffee was perfect. Mine was watered down. I wonder if she reused the same pressed espresso that she used to make his drink. There was another time where I wanted half and half. The barista gave me the cream container that was labeled nonfat milk. The guy said it's half n half just in the nonfat container. When I poured the cream, it was clearly thin milk that looked like nonfat milk. I told the guy the cream was very thin for half n half. He just shrugged his shoulders. There shouldn't be so many inconsistencies in making an americano, it's espresso and water. It also shouldn't be that difficult to put half in half in the half n half container or at least offer the half n half from the box in the fridge. read more
