I come to this location almost every week to get coffee and study for a little bit. The staff are very friendly. It's usually not busy to the point of I can't find a table. At least on during the week in the middle of the day when I come. The front door has been broken for a while and doesn't close all the way sometimes so it can get cold inside. I normally order a Grande Mocha whenever I go to Starbucks and the majority of the time it's a pretty good mocha. This past Saturday, something was definitely wrong. Both my wife and I received drinks that tasted like they were diluted or had some critical ingredient missing. My Mocha was probably missing the proper amount of chocolate syrup and was made with some awfully weak coffee. My wife ordered a Chai Latte and she too felt the drink was watered down and lacking flavor. This place is convenient to our house, but we probably aren't going back there anytime soon. Ugh! I have tried this location four times in the past four months. The first time they gave me the wrong drink with the correct name on it. The next three times the latte smelled and vaguely tasted like cinnamon. I don't know if they don't clean machines well or cinnamon oil from workers' hands is getting onto/into cups/lids, but this is not okay. I will not be back. read more

This is not the easiest in and out Starbucks. It's a mess getting into the parking lot because of the Academy and Wyoming traffic. Then once you're in the parking lot it's a nightmare to maneuver around. There are several popular stores which make the congestion horrible. Once you make to the drive they it's easy. The staff is great! They are super friendly and make an outstanding drink. The were quick and efficient and had me on the road again before frustration set in. If I am going to a shop in this area I will return but for an easy pick up, maybe not. read more

Let me tell you guys! This is my go to place to study! I am currently here as we speak! The comfy seats against the wall is perfect. I usually spend a couple hours of studying and thank goodness my tush doesn't hurt from sitting. Something different. Some Starbucks have just the wooden tables and chairs to sit at and after a while it becomes uncomfortable to sit in. The baristas are really sweet and makes my drinks taste super delicious! I usually get the pink or dragon drink, but one of the baristas gave me a sample of the new nitro cold brew and it was delicious! I like my coffee sweet so I got extra sweet cream and it was to die for. I love it! read more

And how funny, once I walked in that attitude from your drive thru cashier suddenly disappeared, like the fake yelp profile that suddenly appeared and started making comments about my appearance regarding my previous review.... So funny... But to the manager, Laura, and the supervisor who assured me there won't be a problem. And to employees who read your own reviews, maybe put the same amount of work you put into your tiktoks - while at work - and harassing those who put up real reviews on your attitude, and you'll find yourself with less problems :). Today they accidentally made my tea with water and sweetener when it was actually supposed to be made without either. Now some might argue this mistake was reason enough to give a poor rating. But it was just that a Mistake. Let the first to never have made a mistake to through the first stone. Oh, what's that, no stones being thrown.....and if you threw a stone you're a liar. Business's should be judged not on a mistake, that is unless there is a "mistake" made for the majority of orders when it then becomes poor quality control as apposed to a mistake,.....anyway, as I was saying....Business's should not be judged on a mistake but rather on how they handle them. Not only did they immediately apologize and say they would remake it right away, but then also the manager come out to visit me at my table and apologize personally for the mistake, tell me they were brewing a new batch of tea right away, and hand me a $5 gift card. My tea then came out quickly and perfectly made. As I said this is the second time I have received service above and beyond at this location and the first time didn't even involve a mistake. I find that places the exemplify good customer service it always comes from the top down. Kudos to the management team at this location. Please keep up the good work. Avoid this location at all costs. This is the third time I've been to this location (wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt) and every time I've sat in the drive thru for 20+minutes just to pick up an order I placed online. They must place the newest and slowest baristas at this location. If you want fast service go to San Mateo and I-25, you are in and out within 6 mins WITH a line of cars. read more

While the drink I ordered was fine, the service was horrible. It took three minutes for three servers to stop talking to each other and come take my order at the counter. There was a young fellow working on Saturday afternoon when I went in. I spent five minutes conversing with another worker. I had no idea that he was the one who was supposed to make my drink. He finally got around to making it, called my name, and didn't even smile or say "thank you" as he went right back to talking with his co-workers. I've been to many Starbucks locations over the last 25 years or so. I've never experienced service this bad. Avoid and go to another location. read more

I am known as that guy who orders the Green Tea Frap and have spread the addiction to untold numbers of other customers. Sadly, I am noticing a significant decline in the level of service we receive from baristas. I usually go through the drive through here but decided to come in and do my homework. I stayed about an hour and a half, ordered two venti drinks and a snack, and sat quietly at a corner of the bar.
