This is my favorite Starbucks on this side of town. They always fast and your order is always ready for pickup on both drive through and indoor pick up. They have free wifi and restrooms if you need to remotely work or if you need to study. It's nice and cozy inside throughout the year. The staff is super fiend and helpful. If i could give it 0 stars i would. I don't know if you reading this have ever experienced the joy of the first sip of a java chip frappuccino but i plead that you just believe me when I say it is something out of this world amazing. Now on a sunday morning me and my wife decided to treat ourselves to a couple of our favorite frappuccinos. Upon ordering my beloved java chip frappuccino i was rudely interrupted by the woman taking my order; and made aware that my java chip frappuccino was discontinued. Now people, I have been ordering that drink for two decades now and i wouldn't have even known that it was discontinued because the lovely staff at every single other starbucks across the country still builds it as an itemized drink. However, this one just refused so i refused my business and went to a different location. It is apparent to me that this location does not prioritize proper training or competency in relation to drinks and the menu. I would also love to see an emphasis on customer service and being an overall pleasant human to others, especially if you are going to be asking for a tip at checkout. read more

This Starbucks location is one of the newest in Albuquerque. It's modern build is light and open and right along one of the busy intersections in the NE Heights. One thing I like is that it has a good-sized, unshared parking lot. The drive-thru is better than most in that it doesn't feel too cramped. They have an outdoor patio like many other locations, but they didn't include a pergola or any other overhead covering to protect against the summer sunshine which delivers 5 times the radiation of a full chest X-ray in a hour of easy sitting. This was a new Starbucks for me and I was a little nervous as I drove up to the drive-through with a good seven or eight cars ahead of me. Much to my surprise and happiness, the Starbucks team worked quickly and kept a rolling us through, one after the other, quite quickly. I probably spent 10-12 minutes in line with which I was quite satisfied. Great coffee, as usual, and fast, friendly service. I'll be back for sure!!! read more

It's so hot this morning a nice cold Frappuccino is the perfect. And my partner in caffeine went with a refreshing black tea. Definitely a great location for a stop when you are in the area. Drive thru is easily accessible and the parking lot a great size and not a tight squeeze. My coffee was great. I have said it before training is the same for the baristas but sometimes you get a coffee that is so delightful it's like a little heaven on earth. Now my only downfall is I wish the patio are would have been place to enjoy the Mountain View of the sandia mountains rather than the parking lot. read more

This location is one of the best! I don't know why or how, but the flavors of the coffee is so much richer at this location! Plus- lots of tables and space if you need somewhere to work at. The staff is friendly, with the best customer service and the bathrooms always have that freshly cleaned smell! The WiFi is a snap to get hooked up to also- and it's a solid consistent WiFi- no drops! And the drive- thru lane is wide enough to accommodate huge trucks!!! read more

The gentleman was "I didn't take your banana bread out of the bag because it got tiring to take out.." okay??? What if a doctor said "yeah, I'm not gonna take your stitches out cause that's a pain?!" Whoever the manager is needs to talk to their employees. They told me my total was 8.06 got up to the window said it was $8.60 and then I didn't have any change he said I needed some nickels and dimes talking to me like I was stupid.... like... alright. Great new Starbucks, go check it out! The inside is huge and spacious! The service is quick and they are prepared considering they opened yesterday! They have all the amenities as other Starbucks. I just lobe the iced triple skinny vanilla latte and not every Starbucks gets it right, bit they sure did! There is a drive-thru that looked like it was moving quickly. There is a large outdoor seating area with plenty of shade. Look for the new Starbucks next to Wells Fargo and McDonald's. I've been waiting for them to open since it's so close to my work.
