Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino
Christine B.

The drive thru line was kinda long but moved through at a good pace. I had to walk by to get to my car so I went inside. I completely forgot to tell the person at the register that I needed almond milk but luckily that wasn't a problem. Normally I wouldn't have wanted them to waste the beverage but I have a large dairy intolerance especially with milk products so I tend to avoid all milk. Thank you for this as it makes me think they care about customers. It looks like a good place to do work or homework. Many customers had laptops if some kind. I will visit again knowing this location is here.

Strawberries & Cream Frappuccino

This location is currently closed for renovation so my review comes late, but I usually frequent this location. The drive through can be long and annoying (someone once honked at me multiple times despite there being nowhere to go) but the baristas are always friendly and helpful. Once I got a frappe with little hearts drawn all over it, truly made my day. I still think about it and I hope whoever made it sees this :) thank you

A lovely sunny day at Starbucks

What a beautifully decorated Starbucks. Stopped here on the way back East for some Chi Tea and egg bites. Bathrooms clean and order was ready in pronto time. Thank you!

Very bad service. Out of most toppings, milks, and other accessories for coffee. Very slow and took over 20 mins to get coffee.

Ask the Community - Starbucks

Anyone know why this Ann Arbor Saline Road location is randomly closed? It's been closed all weekend.

I think there are staffing problems. The same is true for the location in Canton on Ford Rd. near IKEA.

The cinnamon rolls are worth it, and this latest trip had me going for a yuzu lemon meringue bar, which struck the perfect balance of not too sweet, but also not a bland flavorless hellscape, which a lot of "not too sweet" dessert can fall into. Rather tempted to make the trip and get one again before they go away for the year. I will note that loaf cakes, like the apple cake and the olive oil cake, were a bit disappointing--dry, and in the former case, lacking in apples.

The place is small yet quaint. There is some outside seating as well. We tried their OG breakfast sandwich and was very impressed. The toasted sesame bun was outstanding the sausage patty is not your typical sausage patty made fresh and spiced well. The egg has what looks like scallions and spices overall a really good sandwich for $9. Their coconut Ube milk bun was outstanding really enjoyed the coconut filling in the middle. The chili crisp scone was good but would have liked to taste more of the chili crisp. My wife tried their Champaign tea which she liked but did not blow her away. That said my wife is quite the tea connoisseur so it takes a little more to impress her when it comes to tea. All n all a great little spot will definitely come back again to try more of their baked goods. According to staff their coffee is what people really come here for, along with the baked goods.

The main thing Drip House has going for it is that it is effectively the only coffee spot to sit and study or meet someone right by the stadium (where a bunch of us live and/or work). It is also open into the early evening when a lot of other coffee spots aren't. And we do love an outside seating option. The service has always been just fine and it's a pretty cute spot (not to sound ridiculously nit-picky but while we're here--someone might wanna sheer some of the many dead leaves off the beautiful plant inside though). Also, the banana oat latte they had as a special a couple months ago was delicious. So yummy. Some things I don't love about Drip House: the blue chairs. So uncomfortable. It is expensive and, dare I say, overpriced. The first time I got my $14 piece of ricotta toast, it was delicious. And I figured, fine. It's $14 for a piece of bread with a little cheese and jam but it's so yummy, I'll splurge every once in a while and go with it. Plus, I can't eat tree nuts, so it is one of the few options for me. However, the second time I got it, it was most definitely not worth it. The "whipped" ricotta was just a sad, thin wet layer and there was practically no jam. I get it. It's expensive out here. We're living in the shadows of the avocado toast economy where espresso drinks cost minimum $7 and you effectively can't buy anything for less than $4. But just because you feel like you *can* doesn't mean you *should.* Paying $14 for a piece of bread.... Come on. It's insulting. It feels exploitative. Will i be going back? Yes, because of the proximity and sometimes a girl needs to go for a cute little walk to get a coffee--just to feel something. Would I if there was a competing coffee shop nearby? That remains to be seen. Also the size of the "large" iced drink. Come on guys.

But none of that is why I'm here... I stopped in on my way to work yesterday to get a cup of coffee and decided I'd better write a review about what I got. Many of the reviews below mention the great coffee that Zingerman's provides. But as a coffee drinker of 30 years, I can confidently say Zingerman's roasts the MOST BITTER coffee I've ever had. I guess it's a product for connoisseurs, but I am a little disappointed they don't have a normal coffee that tastes good. They only have burnt tasting, extraordinarily bitter coffees that make a British IPA beer taste watery. What's up with that? Why no mellow coffee at Zingerman's?? Also, if the cream curdles as soon as I add it to the coffee, I'm grossed out. If I want curds in my coffee, I'll dump some cottage cheese in there. What I prefer is a nice, smooth, creamy cup of drip coffee. There's really nothing better!

Nate and I frequent them while we're in A2 and recently visited this location for the first time. It's located in a strip mall and is connected to the Westgate branch of Ann Arbor District Library. The employee taking our order was super patient and friendly! I got a large oat milk latte and a croissant breakfast sandwich, and Nate got an Earl Grey tea with a pretzel bun breakfast sandwich. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner and they asked our name for the order (bonus for this, #iykyk). The shop is interesting because the library doesn't actually open until 10 am, but there is seating available for the coffee shop and people were walking around/browsing the library for at least an hour before they opened. I've never seen such a set up but it seems to work for them! I really liked the latte - it was smooth and creamy, and the sandwich was flaky and savory.
