I've been a regular at this Starbucks for two years, but it's really gone downhill lately. For the last eight visits in a row, there's been something wrong with my order. I've had oatmeal mistakes, watered-down drinks, and even drinks that were incredibly chalky and not properly mixed--like the matcha, which had clumps. After several issues, they gave me a $3.80 gift card, which is nice, but honestly, I'd rather have my order correct than deal with consistently bad and poorly made drinks. I initially came here because it's convenient, but it's been more of a hassle than anything. Today, when I went in, a very kind woman at the window explained that their system had changed, and everything is now premeasured or their ingredients are different, so the drinks might not taste the same. I get it, but I've had these same drinks at various Starbucks locations--Las Vegas, Dallas, and even random stops on the road--and they've never been this bad. She mentioned it was due to their new system. They had to remake my drink twice. The first time, it tasted nothing like a mocha cookie crumble and left a terrible aftertaste. The second time, my frappuccino was just watered down--gross. After that, I asked for a refund and left. On top of the bad drinks, they've repeatedly forgotten napkins or utensils. More than once, I've had to go back inside with a crying toddler because they forgot to give me a spoon for my daughter's oatmeal. It's frustrating. The lady at the window is always yapping, and there have been multiple times (including today) that I had to wait while she just held my drink without handing it to me. I even had to ask for my oatmeal after it was just sitting there, and once again, no spoon was included. It's honestly getting ridiculous. They gave me another gift card today (which, I guess, is cool), but I waited forever with a line of angry people behind me and still didn't get my drink. At this point, I feel like I have to leave a review because this situation is just nonsense. I ended up going to another Starbucks location and mentioned this one, and the lady actually laughed and said, "Yeah, a lot of people complain about that place. They don't know what they're doing." I'd also like to add that my mocha cookie crumble frappuccino here and at other locations is always perfect, with no complaints. So, get it together, guys--it's not the machines, it's not your brands, it's YOU. I'd also like to add I spend TONS honestly way too much on Starbucks but this will save me money because today was the last time I ever go here. I won't be back. read more

I am very appalled by the "service " here. The "manager " Paige is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I'm surprised she has a job that involves talking to people considering she seems like she hates any sort of interaction with them. This Starbucks is horrible sat in line for 15 minutes like a whataburger. When at window lady stares at me for then hides another 2 minutes just to say there out of but I can wait another 5 minutes. Lately this place used to be good , but has been horrible lately. I get mochas and sometimes cream cold brew coffees and cappucinos. I've gotten what tasted like burned coffee beans the last three times. This location is hit or miss on the coffee and there drive-thru line is usually long. Long lines are annoying, but the terrible configuration of the parking lot at this location makes a long line super frustrating. The line obstructs the parking spaces and entrance and exit both ways! The location in the middle of a shopping center and gas station parking lot is just so unfortunate! It is also very difficult to get out of the parking lot to go north on 183. I would say, head down the road to the Lakeline location. read more

I work in this area. So it's convenient for me to come to this Starbucks. The bathroom is DISGUSTINGLY dirty EVERY SINGLE day that I come in here. You would think coming into a multi billion dollar company/store that the restrooms would at least be clean or usable. I have to go to my car all the time and get my Clorox wipes to clean the toilet seat just to use it. They continue to let homeless people come into their restroom and bathe in their sink and poop and urinate all over the toilet. I really really really like this location, I've never had a bad experience when getting my coffee here, but just don't stay until they close at 9. They will kick you tf out at 8:59 and stare at you until you walk out the door. I was training someone for work and our shift ended at 9 as well, I just wanted to stay for 2 minutes just to finish what we were doing but the employees did their job and made me feel super uncomfortable by staring at us until we left. Two employees stared us down and one of them says "you can go outside to finish, there are tables out there". they put a bad taste in my mouth and I don't really wanna come back to this location. read more

2weeks ago yesterday bought this cup- never put it in the dishwasher or left it in the car. It is peeling and making a mess. Went in to exchange it, because I didn't have a paper receipt they wouldn't do anything about it. I have the on my phone where I paid they the app. Not willing to help at all- so $20 down the drain. Well, I was going out to breakfast on Sunday morning and thought I'd be good and do something a little healthier than an IHOP omelette, so I looked up bagel places near my house - aha! A Jeff's Bagelry was just a few miles away at 183 and Anderson Mill... at least according to Google. Alas, it was too good to be true. Jeff's was apparently defunct (good luck wherever you are Jeff). However, right nearby, I stumbled across this cute little coffee shop. It was called Starbuck's Coffee, and looked pretty nice. Not only did it have coffee, they had tea as well! Not to mention, pastries. I had the reduced-fat blueberry coffee cake, which was pretty good. They didn't have any nutrition info posted though, and I bet it still wasn't as healthy as a bagel would have been. This Starbuck's place was pretty well done - clean, well lit, a selection of different seating arrangements including little restaurant tables and work tables, even sofas. They also had a wide selection of drinks... it seemed a little complicated to order though. Even their sizes were odd - instead of small, medium, and large, they had tall, grande, and venti. Other than that though, it seemed a pretty cool place - they even had a wireless hotspot. They should build one of these on every street corner. read more

I have yet to check out the inside of this Starbucks but have been able to do the drive through lines are always pretty long. But they seem to be getting people in and out of the line pretty fast . Drinks have been made perfect even suggesting new drinks to me the staff have been very friendly every time ! Which is a big plus read more

My most recent interactions with the staff were all positive. I usually drop by in the afternoon and get a decaf pour-over (which I have to wait for a few minutes). However, the barista in the last two days hand delivered the coffee to the table when it was done. I am impressed. The place is often busy and too noisy for my taste, so it is not as easy to focus if you want to get work done. I was also a little taken back today by seeing a fly inside the food display window (even though those items were for display only). The barista said that they could not fish it out. We came here on our way out of town for a quick road trip frappucino. We got the salted caramel mocha and they ran out of the salt to go on top of the whipped cream. The flavor, though, was still good without it. They had a ton of people behind the counter who weren't doing much and seemed to be getting in each others way which made the wait a bit longer than we had wanted. This Starbucks is always crazy busy and they do such an amazing job!! This is definitely a compliment and also a feedback review as well. I went today and the guy seemed like he wasn't present and I had to repeat my order 4 times. I don't know his name because his name was rubbed off the tag‍ The lady called my name and when I looked my drink was hot not cold. No big deal so she made me the right one. I got the right drink, but after leaving realized it wasn't made a triple shot as requested and paid for. It almost taste like there isn't even caffeine at all and kind of watered down tasting. I got the iced caramel cloud macchiato. It happens sometimes, just expect details to be important when spending the money on a signature drink. Love this Starbucks. This is my Starbucks mainly just because it's a drive through but it's also luckily in my hood. Luckily, I usually get well made frapps. I came here after school on a Friday to order my kids a special treat (a danish) from the pastry case. I'm giving the pastry a three, but it probably should be a one or two. It was dry, and shriveled. I don't even think it should have been permitted to be on sale. This is not the kind of place to take your kids to for a special treat. I told my kids that sometimes I do reviews on yelp, and what did they think about this new location of this shiny new Starbucks. So here is my children's opinion. Mom, the parking was pretty good, but the ground walking up to the entry is completely covered with spent pieces of chewing gum, maybe they just don't know how to clean that. Mom, the inside was absolutely filthy. There were crumbs on the empty tables, and the floor was not swept. The area where you fix your coffee, filled with debris. I have to say, we did not come at and especially busy time. Half of the Starbucks was empty, with a few people scattered here and there on their computers. There was a few cars at the drive-through. Maybe one other customer in line. I know about some other Starbucks that are also nearby, these are the ones that I will probably take my kids to for a genuine treat. I like the Starbucks brand. I think it has a lot of high expectations attached to it however. One thing thing I always like is the gender neutral bathrooms. This type of safe space, is very important, and I do applaud Starbucks for that. read more
