This location is easily my favorite Starbucks location. I come this way on my shopping days and always stop in. My drink is always made the way I want it and the employees are exceptionally, friendly and hospitable. Came here a few days ago and went through the drive through. I normally leave a tip but that day I decided not to. The barista noticed I didn't tip and had the nerve to roll her eyes and act irritated. I don't owe you a tip. If you're going to have an attitude at least make it to where no one can see it. read more

I went by 3/29 at 10:30am Extremely Rude employees. I had placed my order, and when the barista repeated it back she repeated the drink back hot, so I said " oh no it's iced" . When I pulled up to the window I was handed my drink with the barista talking to another coworker saying "oh hell no", I paid and tipped and the window was closed on me, when I drove away I saw a nice note left on my cup "ICED!!" as if I was in the wrong for asking for it iced. Do not recommend this location what so ever. Staff was out of line, and I didn't even drink it because I cannot have caffeine and didn't trust that they gave me decaf. Total waste! The only reason I would rate this particular place less than 5 stars is primarily the parking situation. Getting in and out of here is a nightmare. The drive thru line is almost always to the street these days and if you want to hop in and grab a mobile order you still tend to get tied up in this. That being said, I am a coffee addict and Starbucks in general always delivers and makes it way too easy to indulge with the mobile app. I don't plan to stop going here but it's helpful to consider the parking situation if you are in a time crunch. read more

My favorite coffee place for quick coffee, and this new location is right down the road from my house. The service is always fast for me and the customer service is always superb. This location has nitro cold brew on tap. I've tried just about every drink Starbucks has to offer and I've never been disappointed. read more

Greeted with such friendly service upon entry to this store. I came here to do a quick and simple ordering. First to reload my Starbucks app with twenty dollars and ordered a banana bread to go. This Starbucks is so fast and efficient! It does an amazing job of moving the cars through the line. My order is always right! The employees still make the time to be personable. When the line is wrapped around the building I don't stress because I know it will be a short wait. (Unlike the Corporate Blvd Starbucks where you can wait up to 25 or more minutes.) read more

There wasn't a wait at all which was great! The service was very good. Looking around the establishment I noticed trash on the floors. Also, the condiment station by the door was absolutely filthy. You can see coffee grounds, trash, spilled beverages and one of the napkin holders was empty. On a good note...my vanilla bean frappes was delicious!! read more

I'm a regular at the Sherwood location. The manager and the regular staff crew always greets me by name and when time has elapsed between my last visit they acknowledge such in small talk while I'm placing or picking up my mobile order. They take time to make their customers feel like community/family. It's this detail for me from my barista that makes this Starbucks branch feel like a small coffee shop atmosphere. read more
