I had already been questioning the sanitation aspect of this store after when we walked in we were met with the foul smell of body odor from what seemed to be coming from a female employee. Nonetheless, I bring my ice cream up to the counter to address the issue and the employee i mentioned up above was standing there. He fixed the issue and gave me a clean, hair free scoop without the side of body odor. On the receipt, it listed an additional iced tea... The iced tea tea costs $1.99 although on my rewards program, discounted the iced tea purchase by 99 cents. I didn't purchase this item. I never asked for a receipt in the past. All of a sudden, for some weird reason.. I asked for it ??? I felt duped. for the past 18 years. I was dealing with a store that I never questioned and now after 18 years.. I now have reason to believe that I was being charged b/c I just didn't check. I now have the feeling that this is a practice that may have been in practice???? I just don't know.. I questioned Mimi and she refunded my $1. After looking at the receipt, I realized that there was no way that there was an accident based on where the Iced Team was charged in the chronology of what was rung up.
