I usually go here, and it's fast, convenient and I have no complaints. Been going here for years before and after the renovation. However this time I believe there was a dead fly in my drink. I only noticed it until I was almost done with my drink. I'm not one to complain and I understand mistakes can happen.. but at least check the cup.. Avoid this location if you have any choice. I would have given them 1 star except my drink tastes decent all be it luke warm. First, we ordered ahead with the app. Upon arrival the door was locked and had to wait in the drive thru line anyway. Secondly, 15 minutes in to the line they never spoke through the intercom to ask " Can I help you?. A piece of paper was taped to the intercom listing at least six items they were out of. The door says they were closing at 5:00 instead of the scheduled 8:00. Third- we get to the window and tell them we have a pick up order and she says, "you can tell us that through the intercom in the future." You mean the one that was taped over and you never used!? Lastly, this is how both our drinks looked when we received them. (See the picture). They double lidded them so coffee was leaking in between the lids before we even took a sip. Hmm? Out of the many starbucks I go to (including the one I work out) I have never received such awful customer service. Not only was I unable to use my free beverage because of "the opinion of the cashier", I never got the dried fruit that's supposed to come with the oatmeal I get regularly. I never write bad reviews for businesses because I always love to give the benefit of the doubt, especially since I come from a business family but each time I came here the stuff is rude, the drinks are always off or they'll close before actual closing time for no reason. Sooooooo nice and amazing! Even when they're behind on orders they find a way to get your drinks and food out to you as quickly as possible. There is one worker named Don who is the best. He always works very hard to keep the drinks coming out quickly and he learns names very quickly. He always finds way to talk to everyone and learn everyone's name. For the most part the staff is pleasant and friendly. It's often busy; so plan accordingly, especially if you're going through the drive-through. They are absolutely terrible at having food ready for mobile orders though. I have to ask for it about 80% of the time. This happens even at 5 am when it's quiet. I usually walk into this Starbucks at around 12:40pm every weekday. It's close to work, and I couldn't be more thankful for that! The staff here is very nice, and really make an effort to get to know their "regulars," but are very friendly to newcomers. They're knowledgeable about their menu and drinks, and are always eager to suggest new beverages, or answer questions like, "What IS a Caffè Misto, anyway?" The store is very well managed, clean, and usually isn't too crowded. I've never had to wait more than ten minutes to receive my coffee, and if it takes longer, it's only because I've been chatting with the baristas. The drive-thru is a nice feature when you're in a rush. Since Starbucks now offers free wi-fi to its customers, there are usually people using their laptops at the numerous tables in the store. Admittedly, I'm a Starbucks addict/groupie. I've been to many Starbucks stores (both in and outside of MA), and can say that this is easily my favorite. read more

Alright so I am obsessed with Starbucks. I love almost every single one of their products. I love almost all of the staff even though there is a very high staff rotation there. Starbucks coffee in general is the most customizable and delicious coffee I've ever had. This one in particular was just renovated about a year ago. During this renovation they kept only the drive-through open which I thought was a very smart business move. They put a ton of staff on and the drive-through went faster than ever, even during busy times. Unfortunately that is not the case now. My fiancée and I have had numerous negative experiences involving timing at this particular location. A few minutes for a freshly completely brewed just-for-me beverage is perfectly acceptable. However, 15 minutes to move 7 cars to only get to the ordering portion is crazy. I'm talking about 12 cars from the back of the line to the window you receive your order taking 20 plus minutes is outrageous. Most of the time without even an acknowledgment of how long you've waited. And what happened to those little drink credits? Every time they saw somebody without a smile you got one even if you were already in a great mood. Anyways long story short I waited 15 minutes the other day to move 7 cars and instead I pulled out of line and popped into a longer Dunkin' Donuts line and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Honestly, this is more of a 2.5 rating and I hate to give negative reviews but my past few experiences at this location have not been enjoyable. This particular Starbucks is close to work so it is convenient for afternoon coffee runs. It is never really that busy during the afternoon, but they always favor the drive through customers over the ones that go in store. I have waited 10-15 minutes for an iced coffee and an iced tea because the employees are so focused on getting the drive through orders done that you just sit and watch the people outside getting their beverages before you. Dear Starbucks, Well, You got me! I was swooned by an in store advertisement for a Green Tea Frappuccino. I've got to tell you that the pale green of the beverage featured on the in store advertisement made me think, "Now that's something that I would like!" I don't know why I would have thought that. It turns out that the "Tazo Green Tea Frappuccino (Blended Crme) Inspired by Japanese tradition" is not as palatable as the advertisement would lead one to believe. I love the part of the drink being "Inspired by Japanese tradition". By this you must mean the less desirable parts of Japanese tradition; the Rape of Nanking, the Bataan Death March, the stuff they do with sticks. If you watch the History Channel then you know what I am talking about. I don't mean to come across as someone who dislikes the Japanese. Hey, I even dated one for a couple of months.
