Came in for Matcha Teas, Coffees and a lemonade. The young ladies were friendly at the register, and asked our name, however did not let anyone know whose drinks were being placed on the counter. So a couple of people were standing around trying to figure out whose drink was whose. Why the 3 stars though that the young lady with long blonde hair was a bit short and rude when I inquired about me helping an elderly man in a wheelchair into the restroom and making sure he can get out. She snapped back that he's there all of the time and she's got it. We drank our drinks at the table and I still hadn't seen him so before I left because I am a caring person, I went and inquired on him. She snapped again and said "believe me! I got it!" however with attitude. I think in the world we live in, we should welcome people that are kind. There are enough mean people that stand by and don't care to help another person. I live in Mizner park and I purposely avoid this starbucks whenever I can. They need to do a complete rehire, and put their self entitled employees in check. Paid for two coffees only received one and was told they forgot to put the other one in que, when asked for the order again, they gave me a complete different coffee and tried to gaslight me into thinking it's the one I ordered. So here's the bottom line: this used to be my go-to SBUX. 5 minutes from home, in the popular and busy Miizner Park complex. Now it's the one I avoid. And regret going to when I occasionally do. Why? It's dirty. Tables unclean. Floors not swept. Garbage cans overflowing. Sticky counters. The staff usually look stressed. Overwhelmed. Overworked. Sweaty. Hair messy. No smiles. No hello. And the manager clearly has issues with mentoring nurturing and developing staff. Baristas. come and go. Understaffing at key hours. It's. A. Mess. And I write this with a heavy heart. A long time SBUX stockholder I wish I could be supportive. Of course if you work in the area you'll go there. Or if you're shopping in Mizner Park you'll go. I neither work or shop in Mizner. This Starbucks benefits from being in Mizner Park, which offers a nice outdoor ambiance and plenty of spots to sit and relax. Unfortunately, the experience inside doesn't quite match the setting. Customer service is hit or miss...sometimes friendly, other times rushed or inattentive. Drinks are rarely consistent, even when ordering the same thing. They also often run out of essentials like napkins and straws. Great location, but the service and quality need work. read more

I love the Starbucks mug collection they have displayed on their top shelf. Pretty cool to see all the locations they have. I stopped in here for a quick pick-me-up when I was in Boca Raton. I came on Monday December 9th The employees are more worried about talking amongst each other than making drinks. One barista she had curly hair she was more interested in talking to her friend very slow service I'm not from Boca but I received better customer service than this at others. The employees let the homeless stay here all day everyday when they don't buy anything. It's unacceptable and when my daughter who's a minor gets harassed by them because no one tells them to leave, it's more than enough reason to never come back. This used to be a nice area but now it's just riddled with bums and homeless that security never tells them to leave. If they don't buy anything then why are they allowed to loiter? The employees at this Starbucks are in on it and they use the bathroom all day and the bathrooms are disgusting. And I got a marshmallow dream bar and I swear the wrapper smelled like urine. I live nearby and this is my go-to Starbucks. There is a parking garage that is free right around the corner so I park there. The staff is awesome - always friendly and always gets my drink right! I placed a mobile order before my friend placed her order by waiting on a long line specifically to get my coffee order expedited, but she got hers first, which didn't make much sense to me. This is usually a busy location because it's in Mizner, and I'm just not sure they're keeping up. With anything. The tables outside were dirty, the line was long, and the order of the orders (that sounds confusing) didn't make sense. I couldn't find a place to sit. There were people who weren't Starbucks patrons taking up outside tables, so I had to find a bench elsewhere to sit. Also, FYI, compared to other Starbucks locations, this one is probably not your best bet for a study spot. There is a lot of commotion and distraction. read more

Quick and easy, plus I love this location for their decor! Most Starbucks are clean and quick. This one is no different. They have all their international mugs for sale on display. It's beautiful! The store is part of an out door mall located in miziner park. Parking is limited and not free. That is probably the biggest downside. I usually grab a variation of soy vanilla latte that is always ready if I order ahead of time. They always have it done before I get there too. Despite the parking, I can usually find parking close to go in and out quickly. read more

This is MY favorite SBUX. This is MY SBUX. I live close to here. I like the staff. They are all pleasing and sharp and get to know you, your drinks and food preferences. The manager Mindy is Fabulous. She mentors her staff. She watches over her domain. She keeps the shop clean. Inside. Outside. And always recognizes me. It's good to be recognized, right? She acknowledges her other regulars as well. The parking in Mizner Park can sometimes be a challenge but if you are patient you can find a spot. Only complaints? Some people take a table for 2 or 4 outside and they are only one person. I know everyone in Boca is very very very special, but hey, let someone else sit down also. Easily the best SBUX location in Palm Beach County and probably all of SoFl. The manager, Mindy, runs this place like clockwork... yet you will still see her hustling around making drinks, cleaning floors and doing whatever to keep this place humming along. The other employees are wonderful as well (Eddie, Sara, Anthony, along with quite a few others). All told, its pretty impressive given this is likely a higher volume location, and is def one that deals with a stereotypical high maintenance "boca" crowd. In terms of speed, consistency and customer service, it's lightyears ahead of its busy sister locations on federal, Linton and Gateway. I'll be honest with you, I'm not a big Starbucks coffee fan... or at least what they generally serve. Working in Mizner Park has given me the chance to become well acquainted with this particular Starbucks location, though. The interior was recently remodeled and it is very welcoming inside, although I never get a chance to sit down in the comfy looking chairs (always on the run!) The baristas (staff) are always extremely friendly and helpful, offering suggestions about new beverages or tasty treats. During their Salted Caramel craze, I attempted to order one of the famed Salted Caramel Mocha (coffee) drinks and they told me they didn't have the salt for it - what a bummer! It was odd, too, because they had an entire menu board dedicated to Salted Caramel items... but no beverages listed. As busy as the place gets, the lines are never too long and the service never wavers from being excellent. read more

This has become my "local Starbucks." It's located inside Mizner Park, therefore, the parking isn't "quick." Though, there is plenty of parking garages and there's one right behind the Starbucks. (Free parking) I come here to study. There's a lot of seating however, this location can get pretty packed sometimes. They have seating outside too and after they close (which is later than other Starbucks) they keep some of the chairs and tables out there! One thing I love about this location is that the staff is super nice and friendly. Great customer service. I've never had a problem with my drinks/food. The store is always clean and so are the bathrooms. There's outlets near most of the seating (for computer chargers and what not) and there's also a big table if you come with friends.
