Unbelievable. I always have a bad experience here and I always come back because MAYBE it'll be better. NOPE. I pulled into the drive-thru at 4:11. It is now 4:41. No escape route. I just gave my order (they are out of both the scone and the cookie I asked for). I am trapped. I complain at the window and just get a shrug. I remember the days where they wouldn't make my drink right and I'd get a free drink coupon. Here they hold you hostage and give you nothing. For the second day in a row they forgot to make my drink! Both days I placed the same order. Yesterday, they made my co-worker's drink and forgot mine. Today they were slammed, with only one machine working and they were running way behind. On top of waiting for a quite a while, they managed to miss making BOTH of my drinks. This can be a slow drive-thru. I've been to slower Starbucks, but the longest one I was in was on Youree. The drinks here are hit and miss. Sometimes their drinks taste burnt and/or watery. read more

This is consistently a bad experience. There are unfortunately not many options in bossier city, as the other airline drive location is just as poor in service. The service is slow and they often get my drink wrong. I just have lost the patience to send it back anymore. read more

Welcome to the slowest Starbucks in America. They seem to be fairly shameless about their ineptitude, everyone just smiles (the South after all) and waits, and waits, waits. Understand that it takes some time to navigate through the various latte's, expressos, fraps, and iced coffees. But at the Beene Blvd Starbucks it all seems a challenge, even the art of serving a black coffee to a customer (with no other customers in the store or drive through) can take 5-10 minutes. "Oh I though you wanted 2% milk in it, after noticing that 50 percent of the cup is filled with milk after I ordered black. By the way, you know that counter that offers various scones, buns, and rolls, once you confuse the counter help by requesting a bakery item, and a coffee beverage, add another 10 minutes to the order. Often times they will forgot one or the other after a long wait. I lay the blame at the feet of the manager, who seems like a fairly easy going guy, but has body language is of someone who takes his time anyway, why shouldn't the customer spend 30 minutes waiting for their Starbuck's order?. I just don't think he has instilled a high energy, focused work effort, the employees try their best, but it starts at the top. The people are very pleasant, and lovely, but it's an unorganized mess. A lot of Starbucks are designed in a manner that give the store a cool vibe, kind of an oasis in a concrete jungle with some mildly cool furnishings, windows, and a laid back feel. This is not the case at this location, it has the atmosphere of a doctors office. With few windows, all the seating is designed to make you take your order elsewhere. Ironically this location has a large outside seating area, so when the weather is good, it's fine. Here's the hack, if you don't want to waste time forget this place, instead go across the street into the Target store, they have a fine airport sized nook version of Starbucks there, minus the corporate culture and wait. This drive thru is absolutely ridiculous!!!! So slow. I waited 15 minutes the other day and close to 20 today. They never even bother to say sorry either. They need to get some new employees or retrain the ones they have. Not happy with this at all. read more

Normally I wouldn't take the time to post a review however, since approximately 4 old employees left service has declined. I used to love this location, never minded having to wait.. today that changed. I was handed two of my drinks, food items, five minutes later I seek the attention of the drive-thru barista because I still hadn't received my final drink. She ignored me, so I in turn honked my horn ( rudely I know but necessary) when asked about my drink she had a nasty attitude & acted as though my asking about my drink was an inconvenience to her! As I finally receive my drink, she proceeds with a condescending " have a nice day!" Rolling her eyes. Never have I experienced such bad service! I once loved this location, thanks to the ever changing staff it is now my least favorite, as well as aggravating spot! Take a cue from neighboring Chick-fil-A & address the paying customers as you would your parents, elders, professors etc.! read more

This is so aggravating. I'm not from here but from Atlanta. And if This Starbucks ran like this in Atlanta they would be shut down or the manager fired. I have been here for 20 minutes and I haven't ordered my drink. This is ridiculous. Starbucks should do something about this store. I mean 20 minutes and not even ordering a drink come on. Not to mention you have to wait for the drink to be made. So let's see to get one cup of coffee I had to wait 35/40 minutes. That is crazy. Never again. read more

I've never understood negative reviews for Starbucks. I mean, you either like their style of coffee or you don't. For the most part, if you've seen one Starbucks, you've seen them all. Until the Beene Blvd. Starbucks. Honestly, I don't know how a relatively low volume store like this one can have such bottom-of-the-barrel service. Slow, couldn't find a slower drive through if you tried. ( wait time on average is 15 minutes if you are lucky) Every time I get coffee, it tastes different, not good different, but one where they didn't follow the recipe. People are friendly but incompetent. read more

Nice clean location, fast service! Customer service was amazing! They made my drink with cubed ice and when I said I was expecting a frappe, they didn't even hesitate to offer to remake it and then gave me both of them. All the staff had a good attitude and smiles. Impressive experience! read more
