The teachers were overjoyed and so appreciative of the incredible variety on the menu. What really stood out was how 7 Brew has something for everyone--not just coffee lovers, but also those who don't typically drink coffee and simply enjoy a fun treat or an energy boost. Some of our non-coffee-drinking teachers especially loved the Birthday Cake Shake, the Iced Sugar-Free Banana Bread, and the Iced Fruit Roll-Up Fizz with raspberry, peach, and white chocolate, just to name a few favorites. The sugar-free options were a huge bonus and greatly appreciated by the teachers. The 7 Brew crew was incredibly efficient, taking orders ahead of the pay window to keep everything moving smoothly. They were also friendly, courteous, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Most importantly, the drinks were absolutely delicious, and our teachers felt genuinely spoiled and celebrated. Thank you, 7 Brew, for helping make our Teacher Appreciation Week such a special--and delicious--one! We can't wait to go back.

The owner took the time to track me down and send a message over social media letting me know they think I left it behind and they'd hold it for me or I could have a credit towards a future visit. Unreal. If you have visited Perq before you know there was likely a line yet the owners took note of this and took the time to go above and beyond. When I pulled up, I realized parking was going to be an issue. Your only option is street parking in a very busy part of town. They have plenty of spots in the back, but they are reserved for employees only. All but one of the employee spots were available. After circling the block a few times, I was able to park a block away on the street. When I walked in, I mentioned I was picking up food but I also wanted to order a coffee. The man at the counter rudely told me that I had to pick up my food at the counter in the back. When I asked if they had nonfat milk, I was again met with an attitude and he said "we only have local milk and three dairy alternatives." It was very clear that I wasn't being respected because I wasn't a local. Imagine my surprise when a small/medium sized latte, with no syrup, was $9.10. Absolute highway robbery for an average latte. For food, I ordered an avocado toast with shaved egg. I had a much better experience interacting with the woman at the food window. She was incredibly kind, made an effort to talk to me and my food was ready 20 minutes early. It was good and fresh, but I now know that I'm not a fan of the texture of shaved eggs. I'm in Sarasota a few times a year and I will absolutely not be going back.
