This is the second time that we come here and have to wait a ridiculous amount of time and they don't have everything needed. First time I came, the gave me the wrong order 2x. Then today I've been standing for 45 min waiting for my order. I just heard the woman say they are 45 minutes behind. They have no straws. They aren't telling customers there's an enormous wait or that they don't have everything to complete orders. Another woman just came in for a refund on a order from the drive thru saying she was waiting for an hour and 40 min. With the prices of these drinks this should be much better! read more

My first Starbucks in Brownsville, and needless to say, I was impressed! The building gave the impression of being brand new, and the parking area is pretty decent as well. There is a drive-thru at this location. Depending how you enter the area (be it off of I-77 or other), this Starbucks is quite busy with its drive-thru and walk-in traffic. Plenty of outdoor seating, which I found to be quite impressive. The outdoor seating alone seems to be larger than the indoor seating, which says something. But do you really want to sit outdoors during the summer months? Yeah, though so. Customer service was very good, and the product was quite consistent in its quality. Man, this is way more appreciated than I expected! I mean, I gotta need some place to dig in on my lifetime, but Starbucks has the ultimate percent for people who need some good times here for refreshment. For other coffee shops, it doesn't make how many percentages of ratings to get enough room from increasing the budget. Merely, it ain't no place to get enough value to increase the reactions what this guys are trying to give opinions for. I'm a regular at Starbucks, but today I received the most horrible customer service from Christian. He had an annoyed face. To make it worst he got more annoyed when I asked him I had ordered whip cream on my drink. Then when he tried to serve the whip cream on my drink it came out watered down and he didn't bother to stop squeezing the bottle of whip cream. Then when I told him I didn't want my whip cream watered he made a face of frustration cause I complained about the whip cream. It is not the first time I get bad service from this Christian person. Great location just down the street from the hotel, it is very easy to get in and out. The drive in window moves pretty quickly and I can get my mourning favorite and be on my way. Helpful and friendly staff. read more

Just got led to old hwy 77. Some tiny azz road with a bunch of 18 wheelers parked at the back of some building and no Starbucks to be found. Update the directions or something! read more

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. The woman at the drive thru got every single drink in our order wrong. When we finally got the correct drinks, she wasn't going to re ring us up for the correct order (which was $3 cheaper than what she charged us)...finally convinced her she needed to correct it. Brenda is so great. She always made sure my order was correct and everything tasted great. She cheered me up daily and I just love this Starbucks. I was miserable staying in this town-and these people made it better. Five stars for more than just a good cup of coffee. Nice people. I'll miss them for sure. Ps. I don't know anyone personally. I stayed late with some other customers inside doing a project. I didn't notice that it was already closing time, I just realized that because they just turned off the lights. Great place to enjoy a fresh cup of strong coffee or something yummy from the pastry selection. Whether reading a book or having a small business meeting, this is a choice spot for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I come here at least 2-3 times a week and there is a long haired manager (sorry I don't know his name) who seems to do a great job in making sure his guests leave satisfied:-) read more
