Love the location, cuz it's close by to my place of employment. The staff is kind, and efficient. The establishment is clean and love the color scheme decor. It does have an inviting feel for me. Plus they actually do make cold brew, which is a procedure to make the coffee less acidic. It is slow dripped over long period of time, like other places like Starbucks that serve expresso on ice and call it cold brew. There is actually a reason to making cold brew coffee. It is made for those who love coffee but have acid reflux issues. Or want to prevent any stomach indigestion. They also sell vegan muffins of carrot cake flavor and banana bread. read more

Absolutely lovely! The building is adorable, giving off historic-refurbished vibes. Picnic benches line the left and back sides of the building - since indoor seating is pretty limited. Staff is very nice and helpful. My sister and I stopped by on Sunday to see what Warbler had to offer. Two female baristas manned the shop, and were kind enough to explain what "marigold" tasted like, since it was a flavor option. My sister ordered a matcha latte, and I ordered a cortado and a marigold latte. We sat outside by the aloe plants since all indoor seating was occupied by folks working on their laptops. The cortado was bitter but nice, and the latte was exceptional. It kinda reminded me of chamomile in terms of flavor. It was subtle and delicious. We took some drinks to go, including a sort of guava mango drink that was very pretty. The cool thing is even after the ice melted, the colors remained separated. I look forward to bringing my mom on my next visit! read more

This spot is super nice. Great little location and parking isn't terrible but is limited. The inside is very bright and welcoming, and the staff were amazing. Super friendly and set a comfortable environment from the moment you walk in. The coffee and matcha were just as great! Super flavorful and perfectly made to our liking. I did add oat milk into my matcha and it was the perf combo, so if you're a matcha fan yourself I would highly recommend you try it out. They do have an outdoor bench in the back but not much else than that. It would be nice if they added more outdoor seating and fans so folks can enjoy their amazing drinks while soaking in some natural vitamin d. read more

I love this new, quaint little coffee shop in downtown Brownsville! You immediately feel the cozy vibes inside as if you're walking into a home. The interior is bright and clean, and I saw they had lots of seating outside too in case it gets packed inside. The baristas were really warm and welcoming!! They had some unique drinks and my friend got one that's like a mix of cold brew + OJ while I got an iced oat milk matcha. The matcha was AMAZING! It was creamy and well mixed. My friend's drink was delicious too and full of flavor! To top it off I think we spotted an actual warbler outside! Super cute haha read more

Popped in here on whim Easter morning. First off, the fact that they were open was surprising in the best of ways. Secondly, I was immediately drawn to the entire aesthetic of the place: clean, tidy, white interior walls, the beautiful fragrant smell of roasted coffee beans brewing, smiling faces. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and settling in here was effortless. I opted for a latte with cardamom syrup, pretty in presentation and tasted even better than it looked. The perfect tinge of sweetness and the coffee smooth with just enough bite. Without a doubt I'll be back. The staff is very kind and professional. They are prompt and friendly. The ambience is super. It's a place that is a hidden little gem in this town. I really enjoyed the outside as well as the inside. All of the details were very nicely done. It looked clean, fresh, and pretty. It's a very welcoming environment. The coffee has a wonderful flavor and they serve it with wonderful detail and touches. For instance, your in-house espressos are served with a bottle of Topo Chico. Cute, comfortable, cozy! Welcoming at every corner. We were looking for a place to relax before picking up our kiddos from their Space Camp at the Children's Museum. We walked into one down the street... cold, bare, and very uninviting... a quick Google search brought us here. It is everything we needed.
