So I was sadly right. First review drink was yucky. Tonight I came in around 7 pm to see if any difference in manners, friendliness, cleanliness, ANYTHING????? NOPE!!! Uuugggh ON TOP OF EVERYTHING... THEY ARE OUT OF CARAMEL SAUCE!! WHO RUNS OUT OF CARAMEL SAUCE AT STARBUCKS???? Pleaseeeeee tell me???!!! :( I've come back here three more times after original review, same unfriendly, no enthusiasm, attitude from baristas. Super slow. I've come mid afternoon and now at 7 pm. I have never been here before and will never come back either. I was the only patron waiting just to place my order. The girls behind counter having a great conversation with each other. I waited 5 minutes to get my order placed plus I was going to buy a real cute tumbler. The girl asked if this is all I need. Really? How about asking what I would like to drink! Once I told her my drink she advised me it will be a 5 to 10 minute wait! I was already waiting 5 minutes just to place my order. I left, no purchases. Horrible service in Fry's on Watson! I waited a half hour 7:30 - 8:00 on a Sunday morning! Alexia an employee that works there, was so rude for no reason. I was asking the cashier about the drink specials SHE told me about and Alexia told the cashier: "you don't have to explain it to her." This location closes at 7 PM so by the time I ordered at 6:30, she told everyone behind me that they won't be taking any more orders in such a rude way. read more

This morning was just not it. I understand systems go down or run slow at times but just let your customers know out of curtesy if you know your system is backed up. We customers also have places to be. About 15 customers were waiting on orders and every time someone would ask about their order this one barista will reply super rude. No need for that! You can tell this pace- under new management is still trying. To get it together but horribly falling at it. Once you walk in you get this disgusting raggedy dirty old mop stench which it weird because the flor obviously hasn't been mopped, how could it tell? From the entrance to the register it was sticky, as was the counter and the area all around the beverage area. When ordering you could see the layer of dried spilt what ever it was smeared throughout. The wings took longer than I hoped mind you I had to order online. Just plain rude not all the staff but for the most part always rude. Equipment is always "broken" it's what they say when lines are wrapping around the flower dept. I ordered my usual drink off the app one was missing the cold foam I nicely asked for it & the black girl rolled her eyes took my drink did it & put it back on the counter no expression at all next girl asked for a straw & she totally ignored her. This place is going down hill quickly. I have stopped getting my coffee here and I used to be a regular. I wanted it to work so bad that after having terrible experiences, one after another I kept going back hoping it would improve. I would love to have a coffee while I shop, sadly I haven't in a few months and saved money while doing so. The baristas have a mean girls attitude and have been getting worse as time goes by. I wonder if it is because no one has said anything or management hasn't made some cuts. The only reason it got 2 stars was because of 1 female manager, she always tries to rectify orders and does greet customers. They never have cold brew and she always comps a shot of Expresso for me to make up for it. The rest of the baristas just say they don't have any. In the past they have tried to cut the cold brew with more water than they usually use, or regular iced coffee or will just use regular iced coffee. I've seen them do it and I most definitely can taste the difference. What I did to avoid confrontation, I just started asking ahead of time if they have cold brew, and I've even been lied to before and can taste the difference. I'd rather just be told they don't have it. The baristas can't be asked questions without giving you snark or attitude. I have watched and overheard them making fun of customers and their drinks or what they asked. It's humiliating and rude, mostly unprofessional. I've saved myself a buck and the headache. The coffee is bitter half of the time and they don't use proper rations. Each drink is a hit or miss and I can't handle that much inconsistently or confrontation for a cup of coffee. Will be heading to Verrado from now on. read more

3 people behind the counter the day of our visit. The gal took our order, great we thought. It took forever to make my new featured drink. My husband ordered Pike's, no big deal right? Ordered a frap with no whip and large water. Before they made the frap I reminded them I didn't want whip. They put whip. I told them nicely I'm allergic and can't have it. The barista proceeded to remove the whip with the lid and give the drink back to me. I reminded her that I have an allergy and can't have any whip so she asked if I wanted her to make a new drink. I said yes. She made me a new one and showed me the blender that said "dairy". So...she wants me to have an allergic reaction...? I give up on this location. Every time I've come here it's a total disaster. Today I ordered a dairy-free drink. She made it with dairy twice.... and when my drink was ready every time she never called out my name or drink for me to know. Barista was overwhelmed and the cashier was making a drink for herself in a circle k cup while all of this is going down.
