First time trying this location. The drive thru line here is weird lol the staff was nice. I didn't like that she turned the ipad around and said "is 15% for tip ok" instead of just letting me decide if I would tip or not. Anyway, the drinks were good. Me & my sister both got the Dulce de leche latte. It wasn't too sweet. I got a chocolate milkshake and a strawberry milkshake for my kids. I really enjoyed coming for coffee to this location! I got a holiday chai drink with peppermint and it was pretty good! My family loved it. I really enjoyed their peppermint mocha frappe! That was my favorite! This place is always very busy but the lines go pretty fast and they are worth the wait! Natalia helped my family and I through the drive thru and she was very sweet and patient in going over our order. We had a couple of questions because there aren't many Dutch Bros in my area but Natalia was very helpful. Overall I give this place a 5/5. Loved their coffee and service! During our trip in Phoenix, Fatty's life was in danger since Ms. Fatty didn't inject her daily dose of caffeine, so we quickly found this spot called Dutch Bros for some quick addiction fix. The dude, we think his name was Jamal, totally helped us out on how to use the app to order and made great recommendations for us. The drinks was pretty and tasty. Fatty thought the drinks were too sweet but Ms. Fatty was happy about hers. We liked it so much that we went back again for the second on the next day. I asked for a hopscotch protein coffee with banana soft top on the top and the bottom. When I got my drink they put regular soft top on the bottom and no caramel drizzle. I paid almost 9 bucks so I went back. The girl gave me attitude and said well The soft top isn't gunna stay at the bottom, which yeah I know but you put regular soft top on the bottom like I didn't already know what the regular soft top tastes like. What a great experience this morning at this new location. It was easily accessible and only a few cars in line, SCORE! This one seamed a bit larger than others with a longer, two lane entry. I wish more stands were like this. What I loved the most though, was the huge sun shade for the employees taking orders, especially on hot days. It's brutal out there. Wish more stands did these things. My cold brew was made perfectly. The barista listened to my request to limit the heavy whipping cream because a few of the stands over do it and it taste horrible, like the entire cold brew is gone. I'm a Dutch obsessed person. I've been to at least 15 at this point because I go of there is one nearby during my work travels. This one has to be the best designed from a Dutch aesthetic, to a practical application, I have seen yet. Double lines throughout, combining at the last minute to pick up at the window, but also an exits if you get your drink while behind the person at the window. My favorite thing is that they have a massive shaded area in the driveway, where I'm guessing the Broistas take orders from when it is busy. With the heat, they need that shade. My city gets just as hot as Phoenix and does not have this built in (was built about 2 years ago) and it is very much needed! I have an complicated order and my drink came out PERFECT!!!! There is a pull thru lane, so you can go around if you are lucky enough to get your drink before the person in front of you. Sometimes tear happens if they have multiple drinks. Just moved to Avondale and found there a Dutch bros a half mile from my house! The downside? There was about 400 cars in line at 2pm on a Wednesday. How??? I decided to park and walk to the window but of course 5 others had the same idea. Plus more were lining up behind me. Ended up waiting 20 mins. The girl was very nice and my drink was yummy (iced golden eagle).. but tbh dutch bros coffee just isn't worth it for me to wait that long. If it's that packed in the middle of a weekday, i can only imagine what the mornings or weekends look like. Too many other good coffee spots by me with shorter waits. You can certainly get some fancy coffees that will suit your taste no matter what you have a hankering for, but bottom line is, even if you are like me and just want a good cup of flavorful coffee, Dutch Bros provides that and is consistent throughout all of their shops. The aforementioned line is part of the product and often I like to go up to the window just because it gives you more time to interact with the employees.
