I feel like I've been very lucky in this trip across country through Canada, as every Starbucks I have stopped at has been really well kept, and the service has been on point. Point. In the past, I have run into a few that were less than perfect. But this place definitely stood out. Had a decent amount of parking, and very easy to find. When you walk into the door, the place is warm and inviting like most of the Starbucks I've been to. Had a few people in line ahead of me so I got to look around the place, the merch wall was on point with all kinds of great new items I had not seen before. Service was quick and friendly. I ordered my latte and a breakfast sandwich and went down to the end of the counter to wait. It only took a moment for my food to arrive and it was fresh, hot and tasty. I sat down and watched the people behind the counter who were buzzing around with a lot of drive-thru orders. One thing I noticed was there seems to be a lot of regulars, as someone would walk through the door and they would immediately say hi and their name. This is awesome, as it adds an extra level of personability to a place, making it almost like. Cheers. Bottom line? When I am traveling cross-country and I'm anywhere near this place, I will definitely stop in. It is well worth your time to go check out this incredibly well-run Starbucks. read more

I was there about five minutes before closing and getting out of my vehicle. The girl ran to the door and unlocked it so I drove around to the drive-through and there was a person right in front of me. They took his order and then when I drove up. They just ignored me out there. That's pretty bad customer service. read more

me and my friend ordered 2 grande waters and it took them 30 minutes and we reminded them constantly and they were messing around behind counters and clearly making drinks wrong. this is unacceptable behavior and i am expecting starbucks to have further more better hiring for future costumers. read more

Coffee is good and Service ok. Need to call out name if coffee is done - most ly they just place it on the counter mutely. Cold inside and most chairs are horribly uncomfortable.. basically stools with pointless low backs. read more

Was an interesting visit to say the least. Did a mobile order and arrived about 10 minutes after I ordered. I was the only one there and no one acknowledged my existence. Once they saw me sit down and saw my order they seemed very annoyed I interrupted their chill time. They mad my black tea put it on the counter without a single word. Walked up to counter to see if it was mine. Might as well have been a ghost as in their eyes I wasn't there. This is by far the worst Starbucks in America. Never a bad experience have I had here when coming to town to visit family. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. It can get very busy here and the drive-thru (which I do t use) can be insane with the line. The drinks and food have all been made well, and even when they are crazy busy, both come out hot. There is ample room inside to sit and visit, or to even write a review :). The team here always appear to do their best to serve the masses, and I appreciate the efforts by everyone here. read more

Worst experience on 500 mile trip. Lost entire order. Then screwed it up a second time.

Always great service, but they tend to add to much milk or milk replacement to the drinks.

This Starbucks is conveniently located and you can drive through or go inside! As another reviewer mentioned, there's currently patio seating. I'm a huge tea and matcha fan, and their matcha latte is really good. All of the baristas were so nice, and it's great to have a familiar coffee shop nearby. I'm giving this Starbucks four stars because Starbucks is a big chain and not particularly unique, but it does the job, and some of the drinks are really good. Also, the drive through can get really busy, especially in the morning so prepare to be a bit patient if needed. Tip: the baristas can't yet accept tips on credit cards due to the current system, so bring some cash with you so you can tip! read more

Everytime I go they never get my drink right when I specifically say what I want. I simply asked for no inclusions and water based refresher and every time they give me a refresher with lemonade and inclusions. read more

Super slow Starbucks. Took over 20 minutes to get my food order, and the store didn't appear to be crazy busy. Even after I got my sandwich, it was COLD and had clearly never been put in the oven to warm up. Pretty disappointing... The employees were doing their best, they clearly just need a few more people working at a time to help out. read more

Three stars because there is nothing wrong with the drinks, or the staff for that matter. This Starbucks just wasted my time. There is no point in ordering ahead at this location because they do not make your drink until they see you walk in the door. If I knew this, I would've just ordered at the counter. I came here 12/10/22 saw they had a sugar cookie latte asked if they could do a frappe they said yes of course dear lord if I wasn't in a rush to get to an appointment I would have turned back this frappe was terrible they had little candy balls all over that didn't taste like anything between the ice that wasn't blended at all and the candy it was like chewing rocks and the flavor terrible u could see it wasn't mixed right I will never go back here Montana has a lot of other coffee places that actually know what there doing no reason to waist money at a multi million dollar company that can't do there job right $6.95 and a dollar tip not worth the cup u put it in read more

I usually am never the person to leave a review on a business, but today I was very frustrated with quality of drink I got. I spent 8$ on a drink for it to be pretty much blended up milk. I was even asked by the drive through attendant while ordering if I would like coffee in it and I said yes please. Definitely disappointed for the price I paid. read more

I'm a huge fan of Starbucks but not here. When you are going thru a drive thru, have consideration for everyone in it. If your tea is going to take 5-7 minutes to steep, then go inside! If you are bored at home and want to chat up with people, go inside, the drive thru is not for you. As for the employees working the drive thru, it would be good practice to have people wanting a specific item that is going to hold up other people, to park and you can run it out to them when it's ready. This suggestion is given as it was the person taking orders that offered this option in the first place. Maybe next time just ask her to come inside for her special brewed blended hot teas since your store was out of her favorite. Yes, this is how long I waited behind this individual that I even know her name. I had to ask her to move so I could get out of the drive thru without getting my drink because I was in a time limit but had allowed 20 minutes for me to get my drink. read more

Got here at 815 pm, sign and online say open until 8:30. Knocked on window at 8:20 after waiting at drive thru for a few minutes. Saw another car wait and drive off also. Ben driving since noon and needed a shot of coffee to keep going. Very poor customer service. read more

I got some gift cards to Starbucks for Christmas and went to go cash them in at 10:00 this morning the line took forever we sat in line for thirty minutes certain that people were ordering coffee, when it came our time to order we sat patiently waiting for someone to take our order. After 15 minutes waiting for someone to come over the loud speaker we decided to pull up to the drive through only to find there wasn't even anyone there and there was a line of cars.
