I LOVE Starbucks coffee! So no matter what I'm going to get my drink. This is my normal go to spot. I sit in the extra long line because I know they are going to get my drink RIGHT. Amber, Dylan, and Demi are really great. Today I don't know who I had the unfortunate experience with, but when a customer says that the drink doesn't taste right, that's all that should matter. Not for the barista to come to the window aggressively, telling you they made it right. And when you try to explain, they walk away dismissing you.; saying have a nice day in a tone that lets you know they really don't mean it. I will continue to go and patronize this establishment, because as I said above, I love this coffee. I would like to see customer service make a serious comeback.....soon. What's not to like about this location! It's open 24/7! Crazy! I think it's the first ever Starbucks that I've visited with that designation. That said, the barista's are polite, efficient and surprisingly energetic. They do have a drive through but I walked in around 8pm. They have Nitro which is what I needed to get me home! The inside, not surprisingly, doesn't have comfy chairs but they do have plenty of tables. In my travels through this area this is the only Starbucks I'll visit. read more

Starbucks is my favorite place to get my drink. normally I like you guys here but when it comes to being in crunch times they can't seem to find their priorities. From my perspective the team during a busy day seems unorganized uncoordinated and not very efficient in my opinion. Why do I say this because today when I went in I had previously ordered a drink 16ish minutes before and yet when I went to pick it up it was not available during it normally I'd let it slide but I continued to wait and yet I saw no one attempting to make my drink. On a side note I do want to mention that this Starbucks is not for custom drinks they can't make one to save their life because they are not careful enough to read the ingredients. I love this Starbucks because the staff work hard to get my order just right, and they treat the customer like a movie star! I consistently get great service here. This Starbucks is on my way to work, and I usually buy coffee for my staff meetings here. Since this store is near the Cabazon outlets and casino, it's often busy (especially on weekends). Nevertheless, they are courteous and kind. The women's restroom sometimes gets overlooked, especially on busy days, and they don't have paper towels, so you have to dry your hands like a barbarian (an eco-conscious barbarian) under the air dryer. I'm a regular at Starbucks throughout CA, as I travel often for work. I'm highly disappointed at the way business has been done during my last 3 visits at 3 different locations. I used the mobile app to order ahead, and arrived only to find signs on the doors stating that they are closed and only the drive thru is open. I know that they are able to turn off mobile ordering, but they choose not to. I believe because they still want to have higher sales even with the inside being closed. Very inconvenient as it only leaves two choices, leave and not get your money back (or go through the trouble of attempting to), or waiting in a line of ten cars to get your drink that's been sitting for a while. My drink was even only 75% full at the most recent Morongo visit. C'mon Starbucks. You can do better. read more

Third or fourth time we've stopped here at this location while passing through from the desert dust bowl to hit the beach. Great service every time and never a huge wait! Very spacious and clean. Summer took our order and she was very friendly and very focused and gave us excellent customer service. Thank you for making my screw up seem like no big deal! Much appreciated as I was having a hectic day as it was. So I was passing through Cabazon on I-10 pulling a 36' travel trailer. I used the mobile app to order since I knew I couldn't use the drive-thru with the trailer in tow. I checked the map on the Starbucks app and the blue dot (indicating me) was right on top of the green dot (indicating I was at the correct Starbucks). I put my order in, but quickly realized my order was incorrect. I ran inside to correct my mistake before they made my drink. Come to find out that wasn't my only mistake. I placed my mobile order to the neighboring Starbucks, so THIS particular Starbucks didn't even have my order The blonde lady that was assisting me was so cool about my mistake...literally like it was no big deal and she didn't act one bit inconvenienced. She said, just pull up your receipt and I'll make your drinks. A couple minutes later, I had my drinks. So thankful for her awesome customer service as there was no way I would have gotten my trailer into the parking lot of the neighboring Starbucks. read more

As a Lyft Driver I'm always on the road in new areas and typically need a pick me up at some point in the day. Unfamiliar with the area, I stopped by this Starbucks and was greeted with all smiles. Just before I order, one of the baristas asked if I wanted an extra drink they had just made for a previous customer which I thought was a very cool gesture because I really didn't even know what I wanted. They were completely transparent and made sure I enjoyed the drink and I also got a bagel which came out quick and nicely toasted. I felt like a celebrity. I can almost assure if I'm ever on the road in the area I'd want to stop by, and not to expect free drinks or anything but their energy was absolutely fantastic. I always get the iced coffee to keep me awake across the miles I had to travel. But they have lots of other excellent drinks. And their sandwiches are very reasonably priced and really filling. Well, not everyone here is great. We came through the drive through and ordered two venti iced americanos. When we got to the front we were handed two hot ones. Of course we politely told the barista that we asked for them to be iced, the barista grabbed them without an apology and went to change them. We crossed our fingers hoping they wouldn't just pour the hot coffee over ice and call it square. We asked when she got back if she had done that or made them fresh.
