I wanted to share a concern regarding an experience we had today at your drive-through around 4:20 PM. Unfortunately, we had one of the rudest interactions she has ever had at this Dutch Bros location in Redlands. the employee seemed very rushed and spoke with a noticeably negative attitude during the order. While I understand that busy or hot days can make things stressful, the interaction left her feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, we were told that there were no sugar-free options available for a fizz drink, which was surprising because we have ordered sugar-free fizz options from Dutch Bros many times before. We're simply hoping to understand whether something has recently changed with the menu or availability of those options. We have always enjoyed Dutch Bros and the friendly service your brand is known for, which is why this experience stood out to us. Tried Dutch Bros for the first time and ordered the blended Palm Beach lemonade (peach + pomegranate). One sip and my mouth instantly dried out like it was trying to file a complaint. The sugar level was so intense even my 13 and 17 year‑olds, who normally treat sugar like a hobby... tapped out. It tasted like someone blended a Jolly Rancher and said "good luck." My daughter got the iced lemonade Vampire Slayer with strawberry popping boba, and that one was another shock to the system. Between the tartness and the sugar, our faces were doing gymnastics. I genuinely don't know who's drinking these drinks, but it's not anyone in my household. I'm not a coffee person, so I can't speak on their espresso game, but the juice‑based drinks? Hard pass. I'll stick with my Starbucks Lemonade Refresher, at least it doesn't threaten my glucose levels. Atmosphere-wise, I went through the drive‑thru on a Sunday afternoon. The walk‑up window was packed with teens and young adults, and the drive‑thru had about 10 cars deep. Definitely a Gen Z hangout, which makes sense because they seem to have stronger tastebud resilience than the rest of us. I don't like writing reviews. I also hate complaining about my order. I usually take the high road and call it a day, but my friend did not like her drink either so we went back. Our drinks were remade. The original complaint was that they were milky. Her drink came back even more milky and mine had no syrup in it. I had 3 syrups in mine. When I looked back it looks like the worker was looking for a reaction. It was extremely rude. We come to this location often and had never been treated like that. First time visiting Dutch Bros Coffee. This location is just on the outside of Mountain Grove Shopping Center. It's a hop skip and a jump from the Residence Inn on San Bernardino Ave, Redlands. Several cars were in the drive through on a Sunday morning and the walk up window just completed a transaction. The Broista was knowledgeable and kindly answered our questions. Really great service. He even let us take a photo of their t shirt which reads "Dutch Mafia" on the back of it. Hubby got a large iced Golden Eagle Chai w/sweet cream. Since I already had decaf at our hotel, I chose a refreshing strawberry lemonade. I tasted his coffee and it's not something I would order. Great experience getting our beverages here. First time visiting this location. It's right at the tip of mountain grove shopping center just off the 210 or 10 freeways. Welcoming staff as I walked up to the window. No line? Amazing! Ordered my drink and it was done rather quickly, a first at any Dutch bros. Luv that toasty, nutty cocomo. The blend was perfect to ease my craving. Nice location that's not too congested with traffic from the shopping center. A few tables outside on their patio to enjoy your drink selections. You can order ahead on the app and pick up. Visited this location again today and as I drove up I saw there was one person standing outside the order window so I decided to park instead of going through the drive-thru. Big mistake. Huge! I watched for over 15 minutes as the drive-thru line cycled through all the people in line as I waited for my one drink. The drink was then given to me and was 3/4 full of ice and an inch or more from being full. So I basically got a small for the price of a large. Nice. Late night coffee run, what should of taken a few minutes turned into 24 minutes waiting for two coffees. The staff isn't very attentive to the window, the drive thru was busy and I felt that was their first priority. But you have lines building up outside and mobile orders waiting for pickups, I think tending at the window should also be of some importance. Really disappointed with this visit this time, I visit at least 3 times a week but after tonight I may have to go to another coffee shop. This was my first time trying Dutch Bros, and unfortunately I was really disappointed. I saw a lot of advertisement for their new matcha series, so I decided to go try their lavender matcha drink. When I got my drink I really appreciated the aesthetics of it, but it did not taste like matcha at all. It tasted like sweet watered down milk with minimal floral notes. If you're looking for matcha definitely go to a local shop or even Starbucks! I tried my friend's iced coffee and it was really good, so I do recommend the iced coffees here. I would also like to mention the obnoxious and explicit music they were playing in their work area. I went through the drive through, and I could barely hear the lady at the register talking to me. Placed my order over 30 mins before heading to the location through the app & it gave me an 845 ETA. When I arrived I was about 5 mins early but the girl explained to me that my drink doesn't even pop up into their queue until shortly before it is due. I waited around, but other names & cars keep getting their drinks. I went to double check that my order was in the queue 3 mins before it's due and she confirmed and told me that everything is good as long as it makes it on time.
