First time trying Dutch Bros and this location. Its looks pretty new, drive tjru drive way is very long. Plenty of parking. I did a walk up order and got the Caramelizer. It took a little while for the drink to be made as they seemed fairly busy. The staff was friendly and the vibes seemed fun. They had some music playing inside. There are tables outside but no shade. I have never been to a Dutch Bros before, and I'm very disappointed in the drive through at this location. It crawled and made me late for work. I don't recommend going unless you have an hour at least to go through the waiting process. As far as the drinks I ordered...they can't be worth the wait. This place is ridiculous. read more

We were visiting from out of town in Chicago where we do not have a Dutch Bros nearby and this was our first time trying it. We were the only customers since we came later at night before heading back to our hotel. My boyfriend had so much fun customizing his drink and the ladies at the window were so friendly and funny. My experience here was great. But I am not entirely sure if I am a fan of their lattes. You can utilize the drive through or you can order at the walk up window. Although the drive thru was busy, our drinks still came out quick from the pickup window. I ordered the hazelnut latte, and although the hazelnut flavor was there, that was all I really tasted. We love Dutch Bros! We have Ex communicado starbucks, because they constantly want you to place an order in the Drive thru 15 minutes in advance or pull around and park and we're not doing that! So we went to Dutch Bros, where the drinks are a lot bigger for a lot less money and they taste delicious! They have lots of customizations, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The drinks remain the same no matter who makes it. Lina is amazing and always helpful and in a great mood. Also I'm loving the pink safety vests!! I was excited to hear this location was open.. big disappointment! Waited more than 20 min to get my order at the window... there was only one customer waiting for theirs. By the time I received my 3rd drink, my hubby's chocolate shake was chocolate milk- it was left on the counter while they were prepping my drink.. they messed up my son's order as well! Greater than 20 min! once I got my drink, the served the cold foam to the top of my sparkling drink (BTW, I was told they wouldn't fill it all of the way because it would start overflowing when mixed)! HA! When the employee was handing me my drink, it was already spilling over and making a mess. I was so disappointed. I'm absolutely appalled at the way my elderly father was treated at this location. He went to try something new and was simply trying to order at the window. Because the music was blasting, he suggested turning it down so he could be heard. Instead of doing the obvious--lowering the music or actually listening--the employee dismissed him and told him he was "mumbling." To say that to anyone, let alone an elderly customer, is unbelievably out of line. There are countless reasons someone might not speak loudly--age, medical conditions, a speech impediment--and an employee not realizing that (or worse, not caring) shows a complete lack of awareness and basic decency. My dad walked away feeling humiliated and canceled his order. For a company this large, it's unacceptable that staff aren't trained to treat customers with even the slightest bit of respect or compassion. Management needs to fix this immediately--because no one should walk away from a coffee shop feeling disrespected and embarrassed. read more

Since this place opened, we've been coming to this spot rather than the one in Redlands because it's closer. Some days were good, but recently it sucked. Last time they messed up our order 3 times in the span of 30 min. 1st they put in incorrect order, which there is a price difference compared to hot beverage and blended, so pretty much got up charged for hot beverage because they charged us for a blended. 2nd mistake was they gave us the wrong order, so we had to go back. 3rd is no one was apologetic, and made it seem like we were in the wrong. I've been trying different drinks from the menu and I've also noticed that most of the signature hot coffee has so much foam. It's like half coffee half foam, for $6 coffee, that's bs. Y'all need to do better. It's beginning to not be worth it. If that's how they make coffee here, then that sucks. I stopped going to Starbucks for this reason, and was so excited about another coffee shop in my area, but this is disappointing.
