This is a pretty typical Starbucks. The staff are cool, the interior asks you to sit awhile, and there are always people here. They have a nice seating area with leather chairs as well as bar stools, and dining room tables. In other words something for everyone. There is a ton of parking around this location which is really convenient. They started "Starbucks Evenings" which is new to me. It starts after 2 pm. It's basically some more high end foods and beer or wine. If I was single it wouldn't be a bad place for a quick dinner. A little more high end than the typical bar, and more casual than sitting at a restaurant alone. Overall a great place to study, meet friends, or kill an hour.... and I guess get dinner now. read more

This drive thru line takes an eternity. I made the mistake of coming by around 4 one afternoon when it was pouring down raining and between people trying to maneuver the parking lot and the rain, it was an accident waiting to happen. I love that they have the big screen that you can see your order on, but it unfortunately did not help them make my drink correctly. While I get sometimes things get busy, there is no reason to wait 30 minutes in a line for a tea or coffee, ESPECIALLY when it's not a "typical" busy time. read more

Slowest service ever. Four people behind the counter and hardly any customers... But incredibly slow. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else. Typical Starbucks. Very friendly and helpful. I like this location in particular because of how open the layout is. Very spacious and I never seem to have trouble finding a seat. It's also conveniently located next to Publix, Dollar Tree, and more so the drive thru definitely comes in handy Another huge bonus to this Starbucks is that it has a tremendous amount of parking space. This is something that frequently is a troublesome factor when visiting a Starbucks location. Even if the parking lot is full, it has a whole big lot behind it due to all of the other stores in the center. read more

My experience with this starbucks has been great. They got my order wrong the last time I went but fixed it and offered a second one for free. They were getting slammed at the time so it was no big deal but I really appreciate their service, how they tried to make up for their mistake. I give them a 5/5 for that. read more

The manager was training a girl on till but was still friendly made it a memorable coffee stop - the barista called out my coffee so sweetly that I felt like she was calling me home for lunch. I had a good lunch here. I stopped in on an unplanned, spontaneous whim, and it turned out to be serendipitous, for the experience proved especially satisfying. Yes, the service was friendly, and I got my order correctly and quickly, and the restaurant was clean and attractive; however, what really made the place special was the relaxed, nourishing atmosphere, and the simple pleasure of doing something enjoyable. I sat, I ate, I drank coffee, I read a book, I watched the world pass by. For that magical little lunch hour, all was well, and that serenity stuck with me long after I left. If you go to this location, make sure to use mobile order and pay. I have gone inside to order a couple of times, and it always takes forever. And the line really isn't that long. One time I ordered inside the store and from the moment that I went in to the time that I left it was over 15 minutes. Now I only use the mobile order and pay and my orders are ready much faster. The employees here are nice but not overly welcoming and friendly. I do go at 6:45 AM so maybe it's just too early! read more

I stopped in on my way to a meeting for a caffeine fix. I had a few moments to spare, so I went in rather than wait through the drive-up window line which was looking pretty intimidating. I ordered the new latte machiatto and was told by the friendly cashier that it was amazing (it wasn't bad). The primary reason that I'm only giving 3 stars is because, as we all know, there's an order to things. You place your order, you pay for your order, you scoot down to the end of the row and wait for your order. When people who placed their order after you, receive their order before you, it kind of rubs you the wrong way. Each of us ordered one drink, nothing fancy, no extra add-ons, and yet others came through before me who had ordered after me. It was my first experience at this location, so I'm sure it won't happen again, and after my next trip, I hope that I can upgrade them to an additional star. read more

This place consistently has the absolute worst service of any Starbucks I have ever been to. I downloaded Yelp just to write this review, because I normally don't really give a shit about this kind of thing, but the last time I was there was too much; they actually just didn't make my coffee at all and I had to go back up and reorder it, and there were literally more employees than customers in the store. I have gotten coffee that was full of grounds, been hustled and bullshitted for tips at the drive-through window, they are consistently out of most of the regular coffee brews anytime outside of peak hours, and the employees generally seem at best incompetent. And forget about getting a decaf in the afternoon. It's like a poorly-run McDonalds. It's a perfect example of what everyone imagined would happen once they dominated the market-they no longer need to give a shit. read more

This starbucks on 1313 Sam Rittenberg is the worst Starbucks I have put my order at. I was trying to get a card and put money on it and they didn't even activate it. I ordered with a different card and they got my order wrong three times. One lady even said you can't put ice in a cappuccino. Love the location, great atmosphere. There are only a couple of baristas that know what there doing, I recommend racheal if you go there. She is fast and my order is never wrong. They have people that clearly need to learn how to make the drinks and not screw up. Management, you have people not using your drive-in screen. Purposely turned off. what is the sense in having one, if you allow your staff to turn it off. With only one person ahead of us, it took 11 minutes to fill our order, and when we received our pastries, the one we ordered warm wasn't. I don't know whats up with this location. First of all, if you can avoid the drive-thru, do so by all means. They guy who took my order comely lied about the contents of the bento box I ordered. I asked for one without candy. And guess what I got? One with candy. I ordered a frapp made with coconut milk, got to the window, turns out they didn't have coconut milk. Fine. Super fast & insanely friendly girl taking orders in the drive-thru. I ordered my usual coffee, and was hungry so I ordered the Spicy Ham & Salami Panini. IT WAS SO SPICY I COULDN'T FINISH IT. Whatever sort of peppers they used, they were orange and had the seeds, were so spicy it was unsettling. Imaging if an elderly person ordered this thinking it would just be a little bit of heat or a zesty sandwich. My iced coffee couldn't put out the heat of this stupid sandwich. I am THRILLED that this location opened so close to my house. There has been a gaping hole in Starbucks availability in this area, so yay for filling a void. What I don't love?
