I have been here quite a bit over the last couple of years. The staff was always very friendly, service was fast, and drinks were great. The last several times I have been, my drinks were so heavy on the syrup (when I did not order like 17 pumps) that it was barely tolerable - the last one, I actually ended up throwing half of it away. The only thing that seems solid/consistent is the frapp, which is not something I want to drink every morning. The mobile order process is quick and service isn't too delayed, even when busy in the mornings. The inside space has lots of rooms and plenty of seating - it can get busy/loud, depending on the crowd, but if you need a spot to work on less busy times of the days, it's a good option. read more

This Starbucks was selected based on previous reviews. Entering I was met with a loud speaking patron but the environment was clean yet reserved. We ordered with a pleasant barista. After ordering this is when observation continued into unpleasant and views. There was an Officer that walked back in with a pastry in which was not what he ordered and the sticker/label said "BILL". The Barista came to the Officer with his ordered pasty and said so and so said to hold this as you grabbed the wrong one. Instead of tossing out the pastry that this individual took out of the establishment, she put it back on the counter with "Bill's" ordered items. This is beyond UNSANITARY. This was disturbing. Our order was pretty late and our unwarmed pastries we had to later go back and inquire after about 15 to 20 minutes. read more

This was my first visit to this Starbucks location. I had a nice conversation with a friend. I enjoyed their Vanilla Sweet Crew Cold Brew but I should have added more creamer and sugar to make it just right. Also had their blueberry muffin which was so good! read more

I've never felt more disappointed walking out of a coffee shop than I did at Starbucks today. What used to be a simple iced coffee has turned into an outrageous pricing scheme. Nearly six dollars for a small iced coffee -- and that's before they start stacking on extra charges. You want a little flavor? That's another dollar. You want the drink filled with actual coffee instead of a mountain of ice? Good luck. By the time the so-called "surcharges" and taxes get added, you're staring at almost eight dollars for a basic drink that's half-frozen water and barely any coffee. It feels like a masterclass in shrink-flation: charge more, give less, pretend nothing's wrong. Customers end up paying premium prices for miniature portions that don't come close to matching what we used to get. This isn't about quality anymore. It's about squeezing every cent out of people while giving them the smallest product possible. It's disappointing, frustrating, and honestly feels like being taken advantage of. Starbucks used to be about the experience -- now it's about how fast they can drain your wallet. I won't be coming back until they drop the gimmicks, stop overcharging for basic add-ons, and actually serve the amount of coffee people are paying for. read more

The staff is awesome! Very friendly and their drinks are very consistent with what you'd expect for Starbucks. It's a pretty large space with plenty of outlets for working albeit a bit noisy with the open room acoustics. However, they do have some shaded outdoor seating. read more

I'm excited to have a full-service Starbucks with both drive-thru and indoor seating close to home. This location opened a few months ago for drive-thru and carry out, but due to COVID-19, the indoor seating area just opened recently. That was okay since outdoor seating is available- and the Wi-Fi works outside, too. Starbucks has been well staffed when I've stopped in, and the staff are courteous and kind. It's hard to tell how crowded or busy it will be since it is still fairly new. I tend to go at off-peak times, but I haven't seen it especially busy yet. A few parking spots are in front of the entrance, but additional spots are located behind the building if you need them. On one visit, I had 50 expiring stars, so I grabbed a chocolate brownie. It's a great reward, and the staff will even heat it for you. I noticed staff take polaroid pictures of the dogs who get pup cups from the drive-thru, and these pictures are on a bulletin board inside. That's a unique idea and probably helps with doggie/person customer loyalty. I've read that having Starbucks located near your home increases property value, and as a homeowner, I sure hope that's true. I'll be a regular here. read more

Just went through here as we were passing through town while traveling. Megan took our order and greeted us at the window with enthusiasm, humor, and a cute and quirky personality! For the very first time I am disappointed with a Starbucks establishment! I'm in town searching for my new home and needed a place to go and work for a few hours. Of course Starbucks is my first option! When I arrived I was happy to see many open spots available to work at. I set up shop then head to the bathroom before getting started. There are two available. When I go into the first one I almost threw up because if the smell and how filthy it was! So I walked out and into the next one. It didn't smell as bad but was filthy too! Please note in the pictures there are lots of employees working so clearly someone can clean it! What's sad is this is the norm. For both toilets to be so filthy on and around it means they just don't care! The staff and management utilize these same restrooms! read more

i am a regular customer at this starbucks, i go every week with my friend. we always seem to have some sort of inconvenience here. 70% of the time, they get our orders wrong even if it's not busy at all. normally i just brush it off and it's ok, but i am finally so fed up that i now decided to right a review. today, my friend ordered her drink and a bagel before me (the app said it would take 5-7 minutes) i ordered a drink and a lemon loaf and it came out quickly although the order was a bit off. her order however, was not given to her until 35 minutes later. the drink was ready very quick, but it just sat there melting for 35 minutes. the drink itself was not exactly what she ordered. she was finally given her order long after people who had come in later had gotten their larger, more complex orders. she was unable to get her drink so when she finally received that along with her bagel it was watered down and gross. read more

I got a drink through the Starbucks drive through. I had a chai latte which was great. I like Starbucks chai the best, they don't use too much milk which I appreciate. But the woman who was working the drive through was very helpful when I was having an issue getting my app to work. I had a coupon for a drink for $3 which was so nice to be able to use! I love the pumpkin cream cheese muffin and wish it was permanent! The toasted white chocolate mocha is hard to beat but is more of a treat. New location on Grand Oaks Boulevard near the Blue Water gas station and Monster storage. Drove through one day because I was craving a grande chai latte. Service was quick. Flavor was as could be expected. I was happily caffeinated. Easy in and out, but I definitely timed it just right, because it can get really busy in the drive thru. Only negative is if you order on the app for pickup, you have to go through the drive up to get it, because they won't let you walk in. Especially when your latte is almost 7$ I expect a latte to have froth especially a macchiato drink it's supposed to have a thick layer foam so you can layer the caramel on top of that receiving my drink with no foam and no caramel it's just disappointing... As a former employee it is not that fucking difficult! learn your recipes make sure you are frothing your milk... even the oat milk it is possible to froth it I've done it many times!!!! Austin is amazing. His customer service is stellar. I was craving a slice of lemon loaf & much to my dismay they didn't have any. So Austin offered up a slice of warm banana bread. I was a little hesitant because my heart was set on the lemony deliciousness. When I got to the window he graciously let me know when they will be getting more of the lemon loaf in. It hurts me to not give Starbucks 5 stars, but every time I go to this location they are out of something. Typically it is the strawberry açaí refresher or egg white bites they are out of that I've noticed. Also, the drive through is set up horribly. I'm always waiting in line at the storage place next door, making it hard for people going to the storage unit to get in there. read more

It's a pretty new building, however there are four lazy people behind the counter at all times who act like they are doing you a favor when you ask for the basic items your drink comes with that you paid for. Terrible customer service and they are usually out of food and breakfast items. I've never been to a Starbucks that is consistently out of whipped cream and the cartridges to make it, but this one is! It is worth it to get friendlier service and have the items you want in stock by driving a couple more miles down the road to the next Starbucks. read more
