First time to Dunkin' in a long time and found this location near by. The store was busy, clean and offered a self ordering kiosk which was easy to navigate. They had a large display of all their tasty donuts. I saw they had something new for their iced latte which was the option for a protein milk. I asked the girl at the counter what brand that was specifically and she told me it was lactaid. I waited about 5 mins to get my coffee. The coffee itself didn't have much flavor, I'm not sure if the milk was too much but I didn't get much of a coffee or the shot of SF vanilla that I added. I may have to come back and try something else or perhaps a normal latte to see if I can tell a difference in flavor and quality. read more

I hit this store several times a week, always the drive thru. Yesterday they had a boy at the register who had his hair done up with ribbons and he was wearing long, dangling earrings. I guess I'm just being crabby, but I really don't think you need a mentally ill person who makes more than 75% of your customers uncomfortable, as the person doing this particular job. I'm also a big customer service fan, and when he handed both my drink and food, he didn't look at me or say a single word. I actually sat there until he noticed and he said, "did I forget something?" and I said, "yes, you could say thank you or have a nice day or something!" and he just stared at me. The drive thru line wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. The cashier recommended adding cold foam in which I did and did not regret. My drink took a few minutes but still very doable when on the go. I also got a double chocolate donut, yum. The inside was clean and there were restrooms available as well as indoor seating. This Dunkin' is conveniently located near the Aldi on Dorchester Rd and Ladson. It's easy to navigate in and out. It's always clean when I go. They have fast service, but they are hit and miss with customer service. There are days I go and walk in and no one says a word. Their other days I go in they're friendly people that say good morning. They have messed up my order a few times. The orders I place are through the app which should make it very easy to get correct and I have gone to pick up my order, leave and reach in the bag to eat on the way to work or wherever I'm going, and discovered that I have the wrong order with my name on it. This was very inconvenient one morning when it was raining cats and dogs and had already gotten wet and had to return to get the correct order because I ordered a turkey sausage croissant and was given ham which I do not eat. You can't go wrong with the donut selection however the drinks are not always made to order. Sometimes they are right on target and other times they are way too sweet. So, I do believe the people need a little bit more training with prepping the orders properly. read more

You never know what kind of experience you will have at a Dunkin. This was my first stop & I have to say that I was impressed. It was late evening & I really needed some caffeine. There aren't too many other options for coffee nearby, so D.D. it was. I was surprised by how friendly the staff was. When I took a moment to order at the drive-thru, the guy gave me a heads up that they were mostly out of donuts, as it was the end of the day, which I thought was nice of him. I got a frozen coffee (mocha), which was basically a frozen coffee with a bunch of chocolate syrup in it. It wasn't the best coffee that I had ever had, but overall, I wasn't mad at it & it did the trick. In general, it was a good experience & I would stop in again. read more

This brand new Dunkin' is tucked behind other businesses off of Dorchester Rd and Ladson, right next to Aldi. I've had donuts brought to me from here once and we've picked up donuts once now and they have been so fresh. Such a huge difference in the often stale ones from the other Dunkin' nearby. On our most recent trip, this past Sunday, we utilized the drive-thru. I thought it was quick and the employee was super friendly. Dunkin' Donuts is a hit or miss. I came here and it was great the first time - food tasted great and drinks were made exactly to order. I came back a few days ago and the drinks weren't prepared correctly. Both were missing sweetener - I went through the drive thru and by the time I figured it out, it wasn't worth it to go back just for that. I looked at the receipt and it was correct there and on the stickers on the cup so I'm not sure how they made it incorrectly. It seems like these places are hit or miss, and most of them aren't that great - I'll probably come back because it's a convenient location, but I'll definitely make sure that my drink is prepared correctly before I drive off. read more

Stopped by the Dunkin Donuts off Ladson Rd near Dorchester Rd. The drive through line moved quickly and we had our order in less than three minutes. I ordered a large Iced Coffee with just a little bit of milk and a half dozen donuts (four Boston Cremes and two Chocolate Frosted).
