I wish I had a better update to provide, but....I just can't. While the staff is friendly and service is fairly quick, the coffee just makes me sad. The flavors are not consistent, sometimes it tastes burnt - I don't know what's up. Based on my last few visits, I don't think I will be getting my morning dose of caffeine here anytime soon. As networking is a large portion of my job, I get to meet new people and spend more time with them during 1 on 1s. Biggby, who is owned by a networking friends family, and is also the supplier of coffee for our weekly One Million Cups meetings, is where you'll find a lot of us on Wednesday's around 10:30. Even as a non-coffee and pretty much non-caffeine drinker, they had a mango/blood orange drink that I can get without caffeine. I've had it on the rocks and a version that was thick and creamier. Both are good by me. Depending on how packed it is, you may or may not have to wait a few minutes for your order. But my that time I'm usually, so in-depth with my conversation that I don't notice the amount of time that passed. Another great spot for meetings! read more

What an excellent coffee shop! The service is outstanding, and the coffee, beverages, and other beverages are great. They have a huge selection. They also offer muffins and bagels and bagel sandwiches. They also have some chocolate chip cookies and rice, crispy treats. They offer workstations. You can plug your phone in with a USB outlet available. It's colorful and roomy inside and very comfortable. The young ladies and gentlemen, that work there are extra friendly, and I love that I always give them what I think is a generous tip because they are so nice and fast and friendly. Just like Starbucks they are a little bit. Pricey though. read more

They have a lot of "sweet treat coffee" which I quite enjoy when I need a quick drive-thru stop for my fix. Some of the cold foam cold brew flavors can be hit or miss, but I really enjoy their seasonal stuff. The staff is super sweet and courteous, they always make me smile. They have a super tiny drive-thru tucked in the back that might be easy for some to miss. read more

They have a large sign for Bagel and Coffee $5. I ordered the $5 bagel and coffee and first they wanted to charge $6.48. When I asked why not $5 plus tax the clerk said she made an error. Then she wanted $5.88. When I explained that there couldn't be 88 cents tax (17%!) she got the manager. I asked the manager for the advertised special, coffee and bagel for $5. She had no explanation. I was a newish customer and usually spend $25 a week on coffee. No more. I will find somewhere else to get my morning coffee. I do not want to wake up and be ripped off. read more

There was 4 cars in the drive thru line including mine and I waited for 25 mins. Slowest service I've ever experienced

I've been a fan since they first came to Charleston before Starbucks arrived, so it's hard to give 3 stars. It's the best coffee in Charleston. I was so sad when they closed their Mt Pleasant store soon after their arrival, but elated when they opened a WA store a few years ago tho it's far, closer than their other locations. Lately the quality & consistency is slipping. More, I don't understand closing the WA store but having signs on the door announcing they were open. If you're closing during day time hours; take the signs saying you're open off your doors. I saw several customers confused by this circling the store trying to make sense of this confusing scenario last weekend. Please keep the quality up to healthy standards; and work on having correct open hours posted if the store is open to the public. read more

The coffee is great. The service is terrible. The wait is terrible. I hate the drive thru. It took me 28 minutes in the drive thru. There is no exit once you commit and you cannot get out of line. This place is no longer an option for us until they say no to food at the drive thru or get an exit option. Being stuck in drive thru with no way out with a 5 year old for almost 30 minutes is not ok for One coffee. Wtf. read more

I am not a fan of this place. The drive thru is one of the slowest , tightest , high traffic area, I have been too. I went there once and I was the only car there, I kid you not I ordered one coffee and 5 minutes later I was still waiting at the drive through. I was asking what is up and at last I just drove away. I was excited for this location to open. I used to frequent the Biggby in North Charleston and always enjoyed the large drink menu. I've probably tried at least four of the lattes but my favorite is probably the avalanche with half sweetener. The avalanche has mocha and sweet peppermint syrup. Because of Covid, only the drive thru is open at this time. read more

I have been going to Biggby for years, and up until the past few months have loved it. Recently, the quality of the coffee has severely declined, the cold brew tastes watered down and bitter. The drive thru consistently takes over 30 minutes to get through, which in a line that only holds 5-6 cars is insane. I am so so sad for this establishment because they used to be my absolute favorite. I am hopeful that they just have untrained new employees that will improve over time. read more

Came to the area for vacation, and happened to drive by Biggby, and I'm sure glad we did! 4 days in a row later, the coffee was so great every single time! While seasonal, the pumpkin cold brew with cold foam or simply the pumpkin iced coffee were some of the best we ever had! I've been on a hunt to find great coffee in the Charleston area. I was headed to the beach and wanted to grab an on the go coffee treat. I drove past this location and decided to try it. The menu is quite large. The staff was friendly and helped me decide what to try. There are lots of coffee offerings. I decided to try the Iced Teddy Bear. It was amazing! It's definitely more of a treat and desert but I was very pleased. I will for sure return to this location. read more

I'm a sucker for Coffee places and I'm always trying to find other places to support other than big chains like Starbucks. I was really excited to find out that they added another location to the West Ashley area as I don't find myself in the Summerville/North Charleston area too often. I've visited a couple of times and have found that the employees are pretty friendly, especially for fast food service. There was a mix-up with my order and the employee didn't get an attitude or anything. She gladly fixed my drink. I am happy that this location is finally open and the two times I have visited recently the coffee has been good and the customer service has been excellent. Thank you! However, I ordered a bagel and cream cheese today and I was giving a container of cream cheese that was already open with some of the cream cheese scooped out of it. I have patronized this place since it opened, it's close to my house, I only like cold coffee and they have lots of options, so I like it. When first opened, their hours were similar to neighborhood Starbucks, open till 9, and many of us sober people like to have dates at neighborhood coffee shops. But man, recently the hours have been cut drastically and this place can't last. A week ago new signs showed up in their super treacherous and sketchy drive thru lane that announced they would now be closing at 3 pm, despite front door signage that still had a 9 pm closing time. One of the advantages of being a Biggby Rewards cardmember is you get a free coffee beverage on your birthday, good for a while after. My birthday was last Tuesday, so I thought today I would cash in on that before my 12 hour work shift starting at 2 p.m. At 1:15 pm the door was locked despite "open" signs lit on two sides of the building, and a new sign posting hours on the door signaled a 1 p.m. closing time, despite all "open" signs lit and window signage still indicating the old 9 p.m. closing. I went across the street to the Circle K convenience store, tried their cold coffee options, going for a cold latte similar to the "Teddy Bear" i would order daily from Biggby at $6 something a pop. Well I got out of the Circle K with a sweet cold caffeine kick for $1.77, and thanks to the failings of a chain I had become accustomed to giving $42 a week to, I am going to be fine with giving $14 a week to another chain. read more

This is on my way to work from dropping my daughter at school. I try not to stop every day. The spicy cinnamon latte is the best and the staff is very nice. I appreciate the way they hand you your drink in the drive thru it's nice not to worry about dropping your drink in the handoff process and it keeps everyone safe during covid. read more

It's ok. I keep going back for some reason thinking it will better but it's just ok. My coffee drink always tastes different depending on who makes it. I had a particularly bad experience one Saturday when they kept giving me the wrong order and had to remake things. It wasn't my fault but this new worker. The staff (one woman in particular) kept rolling her eyes at me and acting very rude. Not really want I want on a Saturday morning at 11. Despite this lady, I've also had a good experience with some other staff that chatted with me while I was waiting. I'll probably keep going here until I find a different coffee drive thru that's not starbucks. read more
