This Starbuck's is located in the Morrison Harris Teeter and is a night treat before an early morning grocery run. Yes, the line can seem log, but it moves quickly and the service is always on point. I have also enjoyed a few breakfast treats, bagels, scones, etc. and like most Starbuck's I am not a huge fan of their food. I definitely think they can up their game when it comes to available food options. Overall, I like the location and service and when I am in the area will always partake in a morning coffee or afternoon iced coffee. read more

This is a great location connected right to the Harris Teeter with plenty of seating inside and out. It is convenient for me when driving by daily. I have stopped in here a few times but unfortunately more than half the time the drink is made wrong. It hasn't been too busy so I'm not sure if it's just being rushed or lack of caring? This is disappointing to have to ask for a remake on more than one occasion. I do love the seasonal menu but don't stop at this location anymore. read more

This Starbucks has a great location, even though no drive up, in that it is attached to the Harris Teeter. So if your looking to cross off two projects, come here to do your shopping and coffee. Ambiance wise, there really isn't any. A couple chairs and tables, and a wide opening into the Harris Teeter's. On the day we came I think they put a new person to work on the cash register ... and every other drink he rang up was incorrect. We ordered two drinks and two pastries ... both drinks were wrong and had to be redone. The batistas were working like mad people, but couldn't keep up with all the redos. This location always gets my order wrong which is extra special given I order a drink straight from the menu with no modifications. Usually the drink is just measured incorrectly and has too much milk, but this time instead of a hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso, my drink must have been cinnamon dolce? When it had been a few minutes, they asked for my order name and when it wasn't there we realized what had happened. They expedited my order and made it without charging me a second time. I came to this location a week ago and got my favorite grande drink. unfortunately, my cup was filled maybe 4/5 of the way. i noticed that it felt light when i picked it up but it wasn't until i was in the car when i opened it and my friend and i both saw it was obviously under filled. i didn't take a photo and didn't go back in because we were in a rush. it was around 4-5 pm on dec. 27. i was nothing but polite to the workers, so i found it incredibly disrespectful since i paid like $8 for it. i also tried to call but the line didn't connect (twice) to the management, i would like to ask you to talk to your employees about this situation to prevent it from happening in the future. and to the customers reading this, check your drinks before you leave :) read more

This Starbucks attached to the Harris Teeter is very spacious. The staff works hard and it's usually very clean. There is plenty of seating to find a spot with your laptop, plugs to charge up in easy reach and the free Google wifi is as fast as my work connection. read more

Important - this store in INSIDE THE HARRIS TEETER. Convenient if you are already a shopper, but parking is not always easy to find if you are just trying to get a quick coffee and be on your way. They do have a lot of seating though, so if you plan to stay a while and work or read or something, they have a great patio area and a lot of inside seating as well. I have been to this location a lot lately, taking several orders from my coworkers at a time and pre-ordering on the app to make it easier and faster all around. THREE DAYS IN A ROW my order is wrong, not just on one item, but multiple items. Almost always without fail, some of my frapps will have whip and some won't. Today, mine said EXTRA WHIP and there was zero on it. The lady behind the counter takes my cup to check for herself, and there in bold letters right on the label it says, EXTRA WHIP. Then while I waited on the rest of the order, she called out the wrong name. She laughed it off and said she didn't have her glasses today. That's a problem, don't you think? If I didn't wear my glasses to work, I'd have millions of dollars of my customer's materials ordered wrong as well. My coworker ordered the Horchata Crème Frapp since she doesn't drink coffee. What do I get? A regular Horchata Frapp (with coffee). I am over it, why the hell would I ever want to come back here when my order is guaranteed to be wrong? read more

The girl at the counter was super sweet, the guy making drinks was sort of rude. I had tried going to the other Starbucks nearby to get my dog a pup cup and myself a pick me up, but the line was insanely long and not moving and since I pulled an all nighter, I just wanted something quick. I figured since I usually have a good experience at this location, i'd just go here. I sat near the pick up counter with my dog in my lap because it was taking a good minute for my drink to come out and my legs were starting to hurt. I smiled at him and he just immediately told me I needed to move and that i'm not even supposed to have her in there with me and said something about her particles? I was only picking up my drink and waiting patiently I wasn't planning to sit there and eat or be there long at all. My knees were just hurting. Trust me I didn't want her in there with me, I sorta had to bring her with me because you can't just leave a dog that small in the car around here. I just wanted to be close by for my drink so I could leave asap. My drink literally came out immediately after that anyways. I feel that I might've been judged or something on my appearance because I was up all night packing for a move so I probably looked exhausted and wasn't dressed the best, or maybe it's because i'm young he felt that he could treat me like that idk. In general he wasn't very kind or welcoming at all. I'm not trying to be entitled or anything, I don't mind someone asking me to move or telling me she couldn't be in there, I totally understand that, but how he treated me was definitely not how he would've treated the other ladies in there and it's not the vibe. It's just really frustrating as I usually go there to kinda escape for a moment and pick up my drink and it just made me uncomfortable. This is a typical Starbucks in a supermarket. Brutally long lines in the morning (use the Starbucks app to skip the line). There are three Starbucks within seemingly half a mile: this Harris Teeter one, one in the mall, and the new one with a drive through on Sharon near Fairview. This is the best one. The ones at the new one by Sharon and Fairview has cashiers that are too chatty and ask too many personal questions, parking is impossible, and the drive through is usually pretty backed up. The mall one is too small and congested. This one in the teeter has ample parking and is quick if you're not too lazy to hop out of your car to grab your drinks and use the app so the drinks are waiting. Just a ho hum interior though. read more

This is a small Starbucks in a Harris Teeter in the Southpark area. They get a lot of business so it's very crowded and there are long lines. The lines do move quickly though. This Starbucks had a sign near where you pick up your drink order that said "mobile pick up here" this is the first I had been this a available. I had a terrible experience at this store. I went to pickup an order and waited 30 minutes for the Barista to make the order. Then when I asked her the status she said " we are making it, we don't start it until you come. So first how stupid is that! What's the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait 30 minutes. Then when I say I have been waiting 20 minutes her smart mouth disrespectful and rude response was " well some people have been waiting for 30 minutes". Not something you want to be bragging about not to mention rude and disrespectful. But the topper was that a Caucasian man asked about his order and her response was " I understand your frustration Sir, I'm sorry". I am an African American and I wonder why the response was soooo different and disrespectful? I will give you one guess. She then proceeded to bash the manager for not turning off mobile orders. Love this full size Starbucks at the Harris Teeter at Morocroft. It is great to grab a cup of coffee before starting to grocery shop. I have been here dozens of times and never more than 3-5 people in line. Since some Starbucks can have 10-20 people in line this is a perk! They have tables inside as well as a huge covered patio. You could even grab some lunch at the deli and a cup of joe at Starbucks and eat on the patio. read more

I live close by so this place is a great alternative to the location in the mall. I've come by before ordering ahead and even with a long line the staff is very efficient. It's attached to the Harris teeter so parking can becoming a big congested at times, however in the early AM before work it's a breeze in and out. I usually hit this location every time I go to Southpark Mall (thanks to my wife, that seems like it's every weekend) and the drinks are always consistent.
