I enjoyed working in this coffee shop. There was a convenient parking lot out front. They also have a nice amount of seating inside and outlets needed for a work day. They have decaf coffee and alternative milks, which is essential. The service was friendly and efficient. They do not have many options for food but there were a few pastries available. I enjoyed the herb and feta scone and the pumpkin chocolate chip muffin -- which was also vegan.

There are not enough words for how much we love our neighborhood coffee shop. In addition to the obvious of the coffee and pastries being fresh and delicious, everyone who works there is always so sweet and kind. They make our 4-year-old daughter feel like she is part of their family. They take extra time to let her order for herself and never make us feel pressured or rushed. And they always have a big water bowl outside for the pups. Lots of crayons and games for kids and families as well as a handful of books inside. You could relax and spend all morning here at ease.

Okay friends, the seasonal flavors here are to die for. I got the maple sea salt chai and added a shot of espresso, and it was so good I had to come back the next day and have another. This place is so cute and industrial inside, and the baristas are speedy! If I still lived in Charlotte, I fear I would spend entirely too much money here.

Second coffee today and I enjoyed it while working on my laptop. Yes, Summit is a great spot for your out-of-office office and sitting with your computer for a while. I was here for about two hours this morning and it was perfect. The baristas made me an excellent cortado in a coffee cup. Two shots of espresso with an equivalent amount of steamed (not foamed) milk. Just delightful to get the same amount of caffeine without having ten more ounces of milk in it! The seating is comfortable and the background noise was low. This was an excellent spot to work from my laptop. [Round number review 4000 in North Carolina - 2548 of 2024 - 23559 overall]

Delicious coffees and great vibes! Always some fun seasonal drinks and you can change the level of sweetness too. They have their own app so it's super easy to order ahead and pick up. Parking can be a pain from time to time, but I usually have good luck. This place is a frequent of mine, and for good reason!

Great coffee, chill vibes. Not too crowded on a Sunday morning, the noise level was perfect for getting some work done. Lots of free parking available. I got an oat milk latte with lavender and vanilla syrups and a spinach feta pastry. Total came out to about $14. Super nice employees!

Nice coffee shop! I came here for an hour while waiting for my friends before we headed out to the airport. It's a cute and cozy space, very welcoming and inclusive. They have a small beer/wine fridge and some pastries. I just ordered a black coffee with chocolate and caramel syrup. I had a pleasant time sitting at a small table and reading a book while sipping my coffee. Service was good, coffee tasted good too. I think the music was a touch too loud, but I did enjoy the playlist/station. I'd come back!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. Period! It is centrally located in a shopping plaza with its own free parking lot. Staff members are absolutely amazing, especially the manager who always has a great attitude and smile. The menu offers quite a few options of hot and cold drinks and pastries. My wife and I had dirty chai lattes and the glazed croissant and almost had a heart attack from how delicious they were. The ambiance is great, quiet and it's always clean. 100% recommended and can't wait to come back.

Great experience! I had a gift card so I thought I would go check it out. The staff was all very friendly. I went around noon on a Saturday and I didn't need to wait at all. It would be the perfect place to work remote as it was a very chill vibe. There was also outdoor porch seating. Parking is in the back and I didn't have a problem finding a spot. The latte I got was delicious! I wanted a bagel as they get them from Poppys (the best !!!) but they were out for the day- understandable since I didn't get there until noon. I got the trailblazer bar and it was amazing!!!!!!! Seemed healthy with lots of grains, seeds, and blueberries. They had a case with other baked goods too. I will definitely be back.

I am so pumped about this new Summit location on the east side!!! I came in and worked from here for the afternoon, and I couldn't have had a better experience. The staff are kind, the space is beautiful (love the underground warehouse-y vibe and green accents), and there is tons of seating for both work and relaxation. Speaking of work, they even have a printer by the water/coffee additions station - never seen that at a coffee shop! As for their menu offerings, I was super impressed - not only do they have the standard coffee shop drinks available, but they also have tons of beers on tap, chilled wines and snacks in the cooler, and a huge spread of fresh baked goods. Yum! I am excited to come back when the weather is slightly cooler and bring my pup to sit on their nice two-story patio (saw a big water bowl for dogs out there - love that). We will most certainly become regulars at this gem!

My favorite part of my weekly morning routine is coming to summit coffee after run club. Summit is an amazing company that is always taking care of the community. I love that they open their doors to the morning run club so that we can drip sweat and quench our thirst after a humid run. They don't even mind! It's a sweet spot that is a very cool - A/C and ambiance, lots of examples in the photos of furniture and local art. The staff are always mad cool and they put on the sickest playlists every morning. They're also incredibly kind and accommodating. Some other favorites, I know there's more, you can use alternative milk NO EXTRA CHARGE, and you can bring your own coffee mug and straw for your delicious drink. I love that they have seasonal drinks available too - their marketing materials are so aesthetic - and it's not just about aesthetics though, it also tastes delicious. I love that they foster community by donating back and their really vibrant community board. Looking forward to some other yummy drink concoctions and more good vibes. It's my favorite morning routine.

Find your summit. Fall Harvest Chai Latte.
    Julie F.

Thank you for the Fall Harvest Chai and friendly conversations. I am so grateful for your hospitality and kind service, Tasha and team! I recommend creating this autumn blend while these items are in season: Chai Latte with 1/2 honey, 1/2 pumpkin and 1/2 maple syrup (or cinnamon). Ambiance Review: This coffee house has comfortable seating and cozy pillows. Come grab a moment with a buddy, work on a project or focus on reading solo on a rainy day like today.

A minute after I sat down, a lovely couple tried to squeeze the vintage wooden booth that looked like it was built before the civil war. Cute tho but tiny. I told them they were fine to join me so they could sit in the comfy chairs! And that I didn't mind. So they were grateful to join my spot back here in the last room. I had recently tried this drink at another Haraz location and loved it so much that I officially considered myself a matcha drinker. When I received my drink, I noticed it looked much pinker than it had at the other locations I'd visited. I assumed it had just been mixed and that the usual layers of matcha, strawberry, and whipped cloud had blended together, so I didn't think much of it. However, after taking my first sip in the car, it immediately tasted like strawberry milk. Since I was on my way to work, I kept drinking it, expecting the matcha flavor to come through, but it never did. It was disappointing because the drink was nothing like the one I've had several times at other Haraz locations. I hope this location places an emphasis on training and consistency so the drinks meet the same standard as the rest of the Haraz locations. On a positive note, the staff members were kind, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as I walked in.
