Love this place! The setting is comfortable and cozy. Prompt and friendly service. I absolutely adore the campfire iced. I get mine with dark chocolate, light ice, decaf, almond milk with no whipped and it's delicious!!!

Cozy fireplace with Latte and Turkey Sandwich.

Have been here several times. This is a hidden gem. It's not like a standout store that you notice right away in fact it's right next to a UPS store. The atmosphere is like you walking into a ski lodge with a fireplace and all that wood. Perfect during the holidays. There are many tables and chairs with free wifi. Great place for a meeting for it is very quiet. Like their selection of sandwiches and sweets here. Staff is friendly and helpful regarding options to coffee recommendations and food items.

This Caribou Coffee is pretty cozy compared to others. It's nestled in the same building as the UPS Store, so make sure you take the left turn when you walk in the main door, otherwise you'll be shipped off somewhere. Unlike the Caribou on East Blvd, this one's relatively quiet, allowing for a more intimate environment. In fact, my partner and I we had our first "date" here. It provided the right level of coziness for "get-to-know-you" conversation, yet it was casual enough so neither of us would feel awkward. Caribou's coffee is less bitter than Starbucks and they offer some interesting coffee combinations like the Lite White Berry, made with sugar-free raspberry syrup and white chocolate syrup. YUM. Unfortunately, it's not really that "lite" as the name might suggest. For under 100 calories, I go for the Northern Lite Raspberry Latte. Not chocolatey, but still fruity sweet. During the fall, their pumpkin drinks rock. There's so much more pumpkin flavor in their hot and cold drinks than other coffee places. And during the holidays, the Ho Ho Mint Mocha is not only fun to say, "it's so tasty, too! Tastes just like candy," as Lucy Ricardo would say.

Consistently delicious! Nothing is left out! Helpful staff and makes drinks quickly with little wait time. Pretty location with wooden beams and better music than some coffee spots. I would come and sit sometime to enjoy the atmosphere. They have a loyalty card program that doesn't require you to load money on to make purchases for points. The menu may be off but seems you can order any drink and add any flavor desired although the choices seem to be basic of vanilla, chocolate, white chocolate, etc. You can do turtle, brownie, etc. I love the raspberry bubble tea and turtle mocha the most. The employees are usually in cheery moods which is refreshing. David the barista makes great drinks and knowledgeable about the products. I like the loyalty program and when they have free upgrades on beverage size.

This is one our favorite evening hang out spots. The staff is so friendly. We're always welcomed with big smiles and engaging conversation. We also love the atmosphere. Different kind of seating depending on the mood of the evening... Tables, sofa, comfy chairs, stools. For all types! They've single-handed changed my coffee shop preference... I used to always go to the "other" shop. Now I'm addicted to their dark chocolate mocha!! :-)

Service is always great. Their coffee is much better than that other big chain. And they use real chocolate chips in the mochas.

I have also tasted their iced white mocha latte and it was very sweet for a "regular"sweetened drink. Any time you place an order, you can customize your beverage sweetness. Their service is a little slow when they're busy but that's ok- it's worth the wait lol. There's tables to sit at while you wait.

I had recently tried this drink at another Haraz location and loved it so much that I officially considered myself a matcha drinker. When I received my drink, I noticed it looked much pinker than it had at the other locations I'd visited. I assumed it had just been mixed and that the usual layers of matcha, strawberry, and whipped cloud had blended together, so I didn't think much of it. However, after taking my first sip in the car, it immediately tasted like strawberry milk. Since I was on my way to work, I kept drinking it, expecting the matcha flavor to come through, but it never did. It was disappointing because the drink was nothing like the one I've had several times at other Haraz locations. I hope this location places an emphasis on training and consistency so the drinks meet the same standard as the rest of the Haraz locations. On a positive note, the staff members were kind, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as I walked in.

For some reason, I expected to see way more deli items though...like more sandwiches, desserts and such. The thing that made up for the smaller selection of deli items was this unique display of Cannabis treats by their bar! WOW...I never expected that...and NOT complaining either! We actually came to dine...and initially, it was a bit of pain in that we had to order at the bar downstairs, then go upstairs to eat. I wish they had a waitress or two...but it seemed their friendly bartender did all the work (and did a fine job at that)! Seemed we were the only diners upstairs though. Since this IS a market, guess most folks come to eat lunch (not dinner). Unfortunately, my husband is unable to come for lunch, so we had no choice. The menu wasn't big, but whatever we ordered were all DEE-Lish! We ordered several items... Bolognese Pasta, Turkey/Bacon Wrap, Fries, Caesar Salad and even Beignets! Loved ALL of it!! Kinda made up for having to stand and order downstairs. Also, there were plenty of tables and chairs upstairs...almost a loungy set-up. I just wished they blasted some cool music upstairs (and downstairs). There was some music playing, but as things go in most places, it was very muted. Overall, this is a cool, little market...and I can't believe it took me this long to check it out. Definitely plan on returning!

It's a beautiful place to relax over coffee and dessert. They have an extensive menu with plenty of food, pastries, desserts, and drinks to choose from. The Lemon Poppy Seed Yogurt Cake was incredibly soft, moist, and perfectly lemony. The Peach Cheesecake was the star of the desserts--creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the Lemon Raspberry Tart, which had a wonderful balance of sweet and tangy flavors. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful ambiance and outstanding desserts, it's definitely a spot we'll return to. The next time we're in Charlotte, we'd love to come back and explore their food menu as well.

The popular & intimate venue did not allow much space for conversation, only found 1 seat by the register. Dearth of offerings info - again, customers there are likely regulars-- so baristas didn't offer info I didn't expressly ask for. (I couldn't see what the milk subs were for drinks, or decaf options, etc.) The drink was fine but this is not the venue for me. It definitely felt like a spot with a lot of regulars, which is always nice to see, and the overall vibe was very family-oriented and welcoming. One person handled both my order and preparation, and he was kind and friendly, especially once I started the conversation. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and loved that I could choose the bread. I went with the croissant, and it was a great choice. The sandwich was toasted, really good and filling. For my drink, I had the Cinnamon Toast latte/Americano Macchiato with oat milk, and it was delicious. Flavorful without being overly sweet and very well balanced. A couple small things worth noting: when I tried to use the restroom, both were locked, which was a little inconvenient. Also, the napkins available were the small coffee-style ones, and I definitely needed a few more for the sandwich. Overall, this was a solid stop with good food, a comforting atmosphere, and friendly service. If I'm in the area again, I'd come back to try more items on the menu.
