What is going on at Chester Starbucks? Took 20 minuets for mobile order this morning. Machines were experiencing problems last week. Noticed they have put drive thru expresso machine back. Last week had 9 people working and a Starbucks rep shadowing, and took forever to fill mobile. Over 15 people were waiting on drinks. What gives???? read more

The staff has no personality just look like robots and lack of customer friendly i sometimes get a scoop of protein powder and it isn't stirred enough and i have chunks of powder floating in it, i made the mistake once of returning it and i still got the same result with an attitude to go with it .geez read more

Fast DT with a friendly staff - was in and out in two minutes. Right off 95 - I was back on the road in no time.

I did the mobile order at least 10 min in advance and it took at least 10 min or more for someone to even come over to the mobile pick up counter with a hello or a drink. Please be more considerate of all your customers! Probably won't be back again! read more

I've never been to a Starbucks where the service was so slow. They were not unusually busy than any other Starbucks in the morning, and I saw at least 5 people working, however it took 16 mins to get my tea. Probably what was the most disappointing was the fact that the wait was never acknowledged. Other Starbucks I've been to have given the order for free and/or provided a small gift card when service wasn't up to par. read more

I like this Starbucks because it has a drive-thru. Most of the time the drinks taste good and service is pretty decent. Once in a while my drink has tasted funky though, I think depending on the barista. But that's a rarity. read more

Stopped here after lunch. This location is conveniently located off Route 95. The bathrooms were clean. I must picked up my normal Starbucks chow, a venti coffee and a morning bun. Both the coffee and morning bun were what you would expect from any Starbucks. 4 stars for being consistent with every other Starbucks I've been to. read more

It is your typical Starbucks that I visit at least once a week. Great group of baristas that are always friendly and prompt. Only once did they gey a order wrong (got the wrong drink) they quickly corrected it and gave me a voucher for a free drink. Love my iced coffee read more

I used to avoid this place due to the inconsistency and incompetence, but they have since stepped up their game, and 90% of the time, they make a great, consistent coffee beverage. At this time, the Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato is my go-to, and it is quite excellent. read more

Hi, I never write a bad review but today it was so bad. "Kennedy" that works at this store, treated me so bad. This morning she yelled at me several times full blown across the store several times. I asked one of the usual kind employee a question and he could not hear me so I moved my mask so he could hear me. My mouth was not exposed. Once I had finished my question as the kind employee was about to answer me "Kennedy" yelled across the store at me. When I asked for her name and told her I was not her daughter to be yelled at in that way again yelling across the store threatening me that she could fill a report and ban me from the store. I simply walked away and she continues to yell across the store as I walk out she says" I know it I know your name" all I was asking was if they had croissants left because on the app you can't ask for double toasted and I was treated this way. I have come to this Starbucks for years and everyone is always so kind. I understand the point of the mask but the way she handled and treated me is unacceptable. They can ask kindly customers anything anytime and we will respond in the same manner. Yelling across the store and making me feel so bad and embarrassed again is simply not correct. read more

I go here every morning on way to work. Love that they have a drive-thru, makes it very convenient to grab and go which is usually what I need to do in the mornings. Staff is great, they know my order and always get it right. Very friendly and always make a point to say good morning and have a great day. Great location! I have been to this location multiple times and I always ask myself why i keep going back. The people that work there are always rude, I feel like I'm bothering them when i try to order my drink. This past time i came in at 9:10pm and they were already shutting down everything. I thought maybe they were closed/about to close for the night. So i asked the girl if they were closing. She said they were open till 10pm and preceded to slam the papers down that she was working on and very coldly asked what i wanted. My drink tasted ok, but not what i normally am used to getting. The more I come to this location, the more it grows on me. The staff has been amazing pretty much every time I've been here. One of the girls even let my ask her questions about some of the restaurants in the area that I'm unfamiliar with. Props for customer service! read more

So I used to love this Starbucks because it's super conviene for me, but lately it takes them 10 to 15 minutes on average to get my drink ready, a tall iced coffee with milk and sugar. Today there were 2 cars in front of me. after 10 minutes. On our recent travels down 95 south, my husband and I stopped at this Starbucks. When we pulled in the parking lot the first thing we saw was an employee sitting on the pavement in a handicap parking space on a smoke break. Should have been a clear indicator but continued in to get a Starbucks fix. Both the men's and women's bathrooms were gross, including no soap . Customer service was not a priority -- never greeted by any employee, waited 10 minutes in 3 customer line. We finally got tired of waiting and left. read more

I stopped at 4pm for a caffeine fix. They had no dark roast at 4pm, were totally unapologetic about it, and we're not planning on making any more. When I ordered a drink, they took over 10 minutes to make it because they could not handle the capacity of both the drive through and the in-store customers. read more

Pretty much the worst Starbucks I've been to. I barely come into this town and have given this Starbucks 3 or 4 chances by now and they always screw it up. I was here over the weekend to get some tea through the drive thru. After technical difficulties with the speaker and having to have someone else take my order it took several minutes to get out of the barista what kind of hot tea they have. We chose one then I ordered an iced earl grey and had a quick convo with the guy about ensuring to leave enough room for soy milk. I get to the check out and she's like its 2.72 (I think) she gives me the tea and tells me to have a nice day. I said what about my earl grey and she was confused and asked the guy who helped her originally. He acted like he had no idea about the second tea and that I was making it up. I was so frustrated with trying to explain it and convince him I ordered the tea (he took my order) to him that I had to leave. Thanks for making my experience suck again. We won't be back read more

Worst Starbucks experience ever. The day I went in it was not busy in the dining room but busy in the drive thru. I I ordered a grande Caramel Macchiato with an extra expresso shot. Nothing fancy. I stood around and waited for 25 minutes for my order. I asked they lady ahead of me if this was the slow Starbucks being Im from out of town. She was agitated too so I'm guessing they had to find the coffee beans for her order too. I decided I wanted my money back and asked for a refund just because my agitation waiting for my order was giving me the much needed energy boost I was expecting from my caffeinated beverage. During the refund process which no one knew how to do of course, my iced drink had been found sitting in the drive thru window. Nice. Watered down with a glob of syrup. Thank you ladies of Chester Starbucks, if you had taken my name at the beginning of my order this might not have happened. Horrible experience. read more
