I've come to this location several times since I moved up to Clarksville in January. I had one instance where they were out of bottled water. When I got to the window after I ordered on the app, they were very open about it and told me that they didn't have any water left. They offered to substitute. And they wound up giving me two complementary cards worth four dollars each as recompense. The cards were worth more than the value of what I paid. I think that's excellent customer service! I'm here again to pick up another mobile order and it is going flawlessly as per usual. I don't know about the other experiences that other reviewers have spoken about. All I know is that I have had nothing but good experiences here. So for my review, I give them four stars. And hope they take a lesson from Dutch Bros™ and consider using extra people and Portable order taking pads to cut down on their traffic load on really busy times. I have been here a couple of times since our move out here a couple of years ago. My coffee is almost always prefect. Which is why I keep coming back! This place needs a update on their reviews, since the last review before me was about 7 months ago, and so much has improved from what was addressed in the reviews. The food is great. I have never seen any problems with food. The drinks are well too, as every time a limited time drink comes on the menu, Starbucks tries to make it bigger and better every year. Although I believe most of the reviews that addressed drinks not being made correctly, I think this is just a problem anywhere you go. Only this Starbucks approaches the problem with efficiency and kindness. The service here is awesome, and had improved a lot. Every barista is so kind and looks happy to be here. They are kind, always acknowledge you are there right from the beginning as you walk through that door. The drinks are made faster than any coffee store I've seen, especially during rush hours. Even when it does make mistakes, I have never seen a team get back on their feet so quickly. Starbucks still gives their one hundred percent. The best part about this whole store is the vibe and ambiance it set itself as. I absolutely love the dark interior and cozy feeling as you sit and listen and smell the brewing of coffee. It is like as if you could take a productive nap and do all your schoolwork in your sleep. This place is a great place to get work done and the quiet calming environment is perfect. This is my first visit to this location and probably the last. I ordered on the mobile app from the parking lot and walked right in. No one was at the counter ordering and no one in drive through. I waiting quite awhile for my drink. I was not happy that i was not acknowledged by the employees. The pickup counter was so dirty and cluttered with dirty dishes and tubs of dirty dishes and cleaning supplies sitting out and dirty rags. The young lady making drinks, was making several different drinks at one time without finishing any, mine included. I asked for my drink (i was the only one at the counter). They were not even the dame drinks! She was making several different types of drinks but leaving one to work on the next. Mine was a cold drink. She just wouldn't finish it. Watered down by the time i got it. Made no sense at all. The place was dirty. Boxes everywhere. Dirty dishes all over the counter. My drink was not good. On the weekend, the Starbucks is slow. I waited five minutes for the people in front of me to order then they were up there after I ordered for a good 5 to 10 minutes and then I waited at least five or more minutes and they hadn't even started making my coffee yet. They look like they were confused and didn't know what was going on in there so I just drove off after paying for my coffee. I didn't wanna wait another 10 to 15 minutes. read more

Been to this Starbucks many times and often times the wait is incredibly long even with the mobile orders. The drive thru wraps around the corner. They often run out of syrups, milks substitutes and the customer service is poor. Had a venti drink made where there were giant clumps of white matter on the bottom of my clear cup. I asked nicely if I can have another one made because it didn't look right. Two of the employees proceeded to say it's normal and it's fine. The third employee finally agreed to make another one. It's not hard to admit that the product you have was either not mixed correctly or could have been old. Don't understand why it had to be complicated for an uncomplicated matter. This is one of the busiest Starbucks around Clarksville. They could have 5 people working & not one actually read your order on the app. Then when you stand there at the register, no one seems to notice you until they "feel" like it. All I ask is more than 1 sriracha sauce. They usually give you 1 or NONE. I informed the employees that I always ask for more than 1 and this time I don't even get any. I asked if they were out. I love the location and space inside, but the employees are so rude! Only one girl was nice (wavy light hair, petite young lady) the rest never say thank you or your welcome, they just stand there like zombies when you go up to order. Sorry if that sounds harsh, I'm just really tired of being the most "customer service proficient" person in a place when I'm the customer! They didn't just do this with me, they behaved that way with my husband, as well as an older couple who went up to order a little while after us. Just silence or "YUP" is the best you can expect for saying thank you when you pick up your drink. Quick stop to get some java and pep for the remainder of our trip. The baristas didn't greet us as we walked in and barely spoke while we waited. We had ordered on the app so really only needed to interact to pickup. Restroom for women had zero toilet paper and waited to ask for some for 10 minutes. When I requested it from her she gave me attitude and was actually upset that she had to stop and get it. Make sure you bring some in case. Also no feminine product disposal bag in the appropriate receptacle. Further we found out upon arrival the snowman cake pops we ordered were not available. They offered the chocolate ones for substitution but did not offer a refund even though it's a price difference, until I asked. Worst Starbucks I have ever had the chance of stopping at. The staff was completely overwhelmed, although there seemed to be plenty of them. At least two were new or training and the sloppiness, wait, and taste of my drink showed it. I had to wait an additional three minutes, on top of the ten from my mobile order placed 5 min prior, and the staff seemed shocked that I was irritated that it took me 16 minutes and two tries to get my caramel macchiato correct. I love Starbucks but will never visit this location again. They are super busy but there is no need for the way the workers treat customers and the time it takes to get coffee/products. I ordered a coffee and a cake pop inside and got my coffee fairly quick and continued to wait for my cake pop. No one was getting food orders and the lady apologized to the whole store that they were backed up on food even though I had already been waiting 10 mins. A few mins later a bunch of food orders are brought to the counter none of which were my cake pop but other people's hot food whom had order WAY AFTER me. I walked up to look to make sure I did not miss mine and the lady rudely said it's going to be awhile we have about 50 food orders. I understand being backed up but people getting hot food who had ordered after me when I was just waiting on a cake pop is ridiculous! I really hate to give a low score to any Starbucks, but I was very disappointed to find out today that they no longer serve brewed chai tea. A barista suggested to pour hot water over a couple of chai shots. She said it'll be the same. How could that possibly the same??? The choices for brewed tea are: black, green or herbal. Since herbal tea is not tea at all by definition, you got only two choices. I know it's not too popular to be a tea drinker, but I really enjoyed Starbucks' brewed chai tea. This store is brand new one only has been open for 7 days. Everything looks nice and new. The only inconvenient thing is you can only enter from Trenton Road entrance. If you happened to pull in a strip mall from Tiny Town Road, you have to park in the shopping center parking lot. I'm really hoping that they'll bring back chai tea. With that being said, I order the same thing every time and it is never the same. But I do find this to be the typical Starbucks business model. Why is it that most Sbux are below 3 star reviews, yet people flock to them?! For the same reason I was here, I guess... Rolled in here around 9am on a Wednesday. Drive through was backed up all the way around the store; looked inside and saw no one so walked in to save some time. Bad idea. Was largely ignored and it took forever for someone to take my order. Gave me my sandwich WAY before my drink, which was fine because it was around the same temperature as molten lava so it was still piping hot when I finally received my second drink (first one was not the size I ordered) and got back in my car 23 minutes later! There seem to be a large concentration of Sbux in this area, so if I'm ever in these parts again craving a bacon gouda sandwich I'll give a different one the opportunity to disappoint me. read more
