Great coffee shop that has been inside Target ever since it opened about 5 years ago. It's quick and easy to get in and out of. As far as customer service is concerned I always get waited on fast, today was exceptional as they took care of me within 3 seconds of walking inside and go up to the counter. I got my sugar free vanilla iced coffee in less than one minute of ordering and paying. I mean now that's fast. I like this coffee shop. See ya tomorrow morning and so on. read more

Stopped in here after we couldn't manage to get coffee at the DD down the road. All I can say is we did manage to snag some coffees here, although it wasn't truly worth the wait. Hubby and I were traveling back up north and had just prior to this stopped at DD, which was an epic disaster.. we left sans coffee after their espresso maker was broken and the place was screwed up, both indoor and in the drive-through. We were in search of some much-needed caffeine, so we stopped here at this small Starbucks located in the front of Target. The line was not long when I ordered, but the wait seemed ridiculous. Only two people in front of me, but the girl at the end of the counter was bewildered, slow at whipping up coffee drinks, chatting with a 'friend' on break from her Target job, and totally confused. She kept asking me over and over if I had ordered a Frappuccino and then a caramel mach... I kept telling her I ordered two venti cafe americanos..she couldn't keep a train of thought, was absent-minded, kinda rude and not giving a rip about anyone's order. Drinks were mixed up, made completely out of order, and my cafe americano was not very hot. Both of our drinks were ok, I suppose, but not typical Cafe Americanos and mine was kinda lukewarm... the wait absolutely was not worth it and the service sucked. As I was leaving, I noted trash and debris lying around the tables and on the floor and the line was now wrapped around the Target entrance. Ouch. No thank you. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks. No, there's no wi-fi for the moochers and it's a Target cafe which lacks the usual annoying hipster coffee shop ambiance. However, the customer service easily makes up for that. EVERY barista here has provided me with five-star service. Not just my usual trifecta of prompt, polite, and precise; no, they always go above and beyond. They always know the secret menu. They are great at helping me branch out and try new drinks-they actually go out of their way to share their coffee love without being annoying sales-pushers. And their coffee always tastes better! The same drinks taste different at the other, "real" Starbucks-there's a burnt tinge or they miss ingredients, every time. Not here-they're always spot on. So yeah, if you want to mooch wi-fi and listen to Tree Love Peace music while drinking a Venti water...please, go elsewhere. But if you want a great Java experience, I recommend this place. PS-they don't even have a tip jar here...but they deserve it! read more

I went here once and it's not a great Starbucks. The store is really small and it's located inside of a target. And there is no wifi you just have to piggyback off of targets wifi and it's very slow. There is another Starbucks right down the road it's much MUCH larger and there internet is Starbucks Fast so I prefer you to go to that one read more

I will never stop loving Starbucks! Great atmosphere for studying, some of the best customer service in the food and beverage industry. I'm a major espresso drinker, so if you are as well, order a quad grande Starbucks double shot over ice with light cream, 2 Pumps white mocha, and no classic (unless you like things on the sweeter side!) read more

Traveling through and ran in Target to pickup a few things, I spotted the starbucks while waiting for the rest of my group to meet & decided to get something. I was super indecisive and there was a line forming behind me, but the barista was patient and helpful and so kind! Perhaps this was an example of southern hospitality to which this northerner isn't accustomed, but it was exceptional and appreciated nonetheless. Great job! read more

The lead barista, Dawn Zerk, does an excellent job managing the starbucks there. I love that she knows what I drink even though I don't go there that often. read more
