I went to this Starbucks and ordered an iced coconut latte and a chocolate croissant. The barista who helped me was friendly. I got both items quickly and was on my way. This location was clean and had some seating inside for patrons to enjoy their items. The elevator to the parking garage is located here too so you do not have to go back thru the surf shop to get to your car. I will be back to some coffee from this location. read more

During my very brief visit to Cocoa Beach, Florida, the shuttle driver dropped us off right in front of this Starbucks, right when I said "an iced coffee would be really good right now!" This Starbucks appears to be a part of the very large Surf shop and also part of the Four Points Hotel. It is pretty spacious inside, they also have a really nice outdoor seating area if you can tolerate the mid July Florida heat. I just got a cold brew with vanilla cold foam. It was perfect, refreshing, caffeinated with a little sweetness. The service was fast and efficient. Starbucks typically isn't my first choice, but this was so convenient to stop by for a refreshing coffee. read more

Has to be the slowest Starbucks in Florida. Waited 29 minutes for 2 drinks. Needs some serious management attention.

The food and drinks were good! However, the wait time was unfortunately 10+ minutes longer than what the app quoted.

I wanted to say, this is by far my favorite Starbucks Experience. I called earlier in the day and I was greatest to the most welcoming person. When I arrived a couple hours later to do homework, I was greeted by Kalie and Katie who gave me the BEST customer service. My drink was perfect! she also drew the cutest little Otter on my cup and gave me a little fun fact about them too! The ambience of the Starbucks is warm and welcoming! Located inside of the hotel / restaurant / surf shop area this one is in a super weird setup. We entered from the surf shop side and had to cut through the main seating area of a restaurant to get to the cafe. The other entrance is street side so maybe come in that way if you can. They have a similar setup to sister locations but extremely limited seating and no drive thru. Barista took the order and made the coffee after a decent pace so nothing big there. They did have some free samples out of the new drinks, which was nice. Overall: C- Odd set-up, lack of drive through and limited seating options knock this one down in stars. read more

Went in on a busy day as is every day for Starbucks! Got immediate service! Thanks to Daniel I got to treat my mom and brother out in a timely fashion so we could hit the beach! Parking is always a nightmare in Cocoa Beach so we were very thankful to grab drinks at an amazing rate! In and out! The store has been recently updated from what I could see, it feels like the Apple Store version Starbucks, very open, very spacious! Not a lot of tables but as we were headed (rushing) to the beach and again the quick service from Daniel is much appreciated! Will be going back unlike the 520 store which is always busy and cramped. This was a Starbucks that was part of a four points Sheraton so it was not as nice as many others. No salads. No sandwiches. No charging stations. But nice baristas so that counts for something. And they had plain bagels and cream cheese so my 10'year old son was happy! read more

By my reviews Starbucks is one of my favorites - this location is my least favorite. I'm a systems thinker. When I see large crowds - I like observe their systems in action. The lady at the register was great she lined up the cups...and the cups in the front usually are up for order first. First in line usually get ur first attention, not so with the barista. I saw him reach for the cups in the back...and then suddenly realized that he should be reaching for the cups in the front. This Starbucks is located in the front part of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel building. What makes this Starbucks especially cool is that it's in the same space as the Cocoa Beach Surf Company so you can grab a coffee and maybe a pastry or muffin, check out the surf store and also have a look at their 5,600 gallon shark and exotic fish/coral aquarium (featuring live shark and fish feedings every Wed. and Sat. at 11a.m.). There's plenty of parking in the adjoining garage which serves the hotel, this Starbucks, the surf shop and a small restaurant. read more

Everyone needs to quick dissing this Starbucks. Try & be grateful that there is one so close to the Sheraton & the beach. I went there several times while visiting Cocoa Beach and it seemed to be a perfectly fine java joint. The staff knows what they are doing and had their pastry case well stocked. The employees and barista were perfectly fine and their store appeared clean and the condiments were full. I will deduct 1 YELP STAR because my gold Starbucks card was honored here as a gift card but they could not give me one of my earned free drinks because I was told that this location is not a "real" Starbucks but a franchised one. Oh well. Everyone sip their lattes and chill out about this very good Cocoa Beach Starbucks. P.S. We were on our cruise vacation, and we decided to stop here and chill out for a little bit. It is located inside the Four Points/Sheraton hotel. They do have aquariums for you to check out. As far as service and drinks were concerned, I didn't experience a significant issue with either or. They also take Starbucks Cards without issue. If my next cruise stops at Port Canaveral, and we decide to stop by Cocoa Beach, I'll definitely be coming back here again! read more

This is a small Starbucks that is an excellent compliment to the surf shops. We often shop at Cocoa Beach Surf Company and it's neighboring Ron Jon's when we visit Cocoa Beach, and we always find this Starbucks to be a convenient little stop to take a break from the shopping. We've never had an order made wrong, and we have rather unusual requests for our coffee orders. The baristas know what they're doing and are always friendly and helpful. It's not purposed as a full-scale Starbucks, but we don't need that when just looking for a delicious quick little coffee break. read more

Located inside of the Four Points hotel this is a nice little Starbucks. They carry everything the bigger stores carry and make all the same specialty drink. The staff at this store seems a little standoffish and they are not in a big hurry to get your coffee. As a hotel guest I found this Starbucks to be convenient, but I would not go out of my way to visit it. read more

I love Starbucks but this one seems a bit behind. Came two days in a row and why you have only 3 people working on a weekend morning is ridiculous. The line was insane and the scanner super picky therefore causing more delays. I have a Starbucks app which I love but this Starbucks needed me to brighten my screen to get it to work. So of course I had to change my settings and while I was annoyed at that request the lady running the register reached over and tried to grab my phone from me to do it. I didn't like that at all.. Strangers grabbing my stuff. I get she was trying to help but ask first or something. Besides that I was already done changing my settings before she grabbed.
