A great experience here yesterday, and almost every previous visit. This is not my main go-to Starbucks (I live in Edwardsville even though I work in Collinsville) but they don't disappoint. A little bit bigger dining room than E'ville (they should switch since E'ville is usually busier!) but usually clean. The staff is very friendly. Barista yesterday was super patient and very helpful with a non-coffee drinking member of our group. Michah (manager or asst. manager?) is very friendly, too. read more

This Starbucks is pretty nice, and the service is pretty good. There is a fair amount of inside seating as well as some limited outside patio tables available, a drive-thru is also available for those times that you just want to grab a drink and go. The rest is pretty much what you would expect from Starbucks. read more

This is a very good Starbucks. The parking is not the best in the world but it is located right next to the interstate and Walmart. The staff here is always extremely friendly and the drinks are consistent with all other Starbucks locations. read more

mmmm! this place was a godsend on my way north from St Louis airport.... Close to the highway, easy parking. Staff was friendly albeit slightly overworked with the drive through traffic The barista created my beverage and then realized i had asked for coconut milk, and made me a whole nother drink. I am always blown away when people I barely know remember me. Our cashier not only remembered me, but asked me if I still had partner numbers from the very short time she knew me as a barista. We chatted a little while as she rang up my order for a green tea lemonade and when the barista on bar handed me my drink, it was a green tea latte (the cup markings are super close). I actually would've rather had a green tea latte -- I just didn't want to pay for it. The tea lemonades are cheaper. Both baristas apologized over and over and offered to remake it, but insisted it was fine. More than fine, as I said earlier. They personified what it means to be a Starbucks partner. Sure, they messed up, but they took the appropriate steps to correct it and I left a very happy customer :) read more

Friendly and pleasant employees. We are on a road trip so the mobile ordering has been our standard way to order. Sometimes the employees can be very rude about it or just flat not have even started on our order by the time we get there. That was not the case at this location. read more

After a wonderful bike ride on the MCT, I decided to reward myself with a beverage. I would normally go through the drive thru, but for some reason, I decided to go inside. It was a Sunday morning and there were maybe a handful of people inside with 4 (maybe 5) people working behind the counter. I stepped up, placed my order and took a seat at a table to wait. And wait. And wait. After noticing several customers come in behind and leave with their orders, I begin to get a little impatient. After 10 minutes, I decided to ask about the status of my order. The girl simply replied, "It's right here." Not once did anyone announce my order. I simply picked up my beverage, shook my head and walked out the door. Good service...inside moves faster than the drive-thru in the AM. They make some of the better Chai Tea Lattes. But my reason for three stars is that they are consistently out of the Petit Vanilla Bean scones by 8 am! I can understand being out around late morning, but 8 am? Stock more, people! read more

They coffee here is good, like at all Starbucks. The offerings to eat is quite limited. What is astounding is how indifferent the people who work here are to how loud the music is. At times it is impossible to talk to someone on the phone without using the speaker phone. I have had to talk to people who work at various Starbucks about this, requesting that they turn the music down, mostly with bad results. They say they will gladly will turn the music down, then they don't. And they will not turn it off. I can only surmise what the reason is for this is: They think they are a music venue, and the music they are playing is simply too important for people not to be exposed to it. read more

This is a 2nd rate Starbucks at best. My husband and I have been to this Starbucks many times over the past year and I cannot think of one decent thing to say about our experiences. More than once with 6 cars in line in front of us we have sat for OVER 30 minutes waiting in line. Let me be clear for a good/great coffee I am totally willing to sit in that line but that's not what happens here. When you eventually get to the speaker to order consider yourself lucky if you only have to give your order twice. Only 1 time have I gotten to the window and the order was correct!! For example, today what should have been a triple vente cappuccino was instead a grande latte. When telling the woman this is not what I ordered and repeating to her what I had ordered she went thru the motions of fixing it. Try #2 I got a vente but after taking a sip I realized it was not a triple cappuccino but instead a standard vente latte. We were already made late to my daughters graduation ceremony because of how long we waited so I took the latte and left. If they can't get it right after 40 minutes 2 tries and being given the order 4 times there's very little chance I would have gotten what I ordered in try 3 Did I mention they never even told me the cost or offer me a receipt?!$& All in all I'm a coffee lover and willing to spend $5 on a great coffee but I'll drive the extra 25 minutes out of my way to the next closest Starbucks vs. going to this location again!! read more

I'm conflicted on this review. It is obvious by my 90+ check-in's here that I am a fan of Starbucks. However, the customer service at this location seems to be lacking. There was a time when they were a lot better but in the last few months it has been declining. Let me start by the presentation of my drink. My paper coffee cup shouldn't look like it was dipped in the coffee. There shouldn't be coffee around the rim of the lid either. Second, they have a hard time getting my order right lately. I order the same damn thing every time; a tall with 4 splenda and light ice and a grande with 5 splenda. My issue is they always forget the light ice. Light ice doesn't mean one ice cube in my drink. I order light ice because I want to immediately drink my coffee and not have to worry about 3rd degree burns. If my coffee has light ice it shouldn't burn my mouth and make me use profanity. Other than that, it's a Starbucks. read more
