Let me preface this review by saying that I love the skinny white guy at the window. He is extremely nice and he knows his customers by name. LOVE HIM, but even he can't save this Starbucks location from terrible reviews. I've come to this Starbucks 4x in the last two weeks. Every time I've been here they've taken forever with my drink and the coffee tastes horrible. Now, I know what you're thinking "Why would you go back?!" I'm a glutton for punishment and my spirit animal is Lorelai Gilmore. Order 1- Grande Blond Vanilla Latte hoy, it was 15 minutes late and they used dark roast (or burnt/old blond) Order 2- Grande Blond Vanilla Latte iced, it was 20 minutes late and they used dark roast (or burnt/old blond) Order 3- Grande Blond Vanilla Latte hot, not late but they used dark roast again (or burnt/old blond) Order 4- Today (1/28/2020) I thought I was being safe by ordering a grande Blond roast black holy Christ was I wrong!!! This is the worst, THE WORST. It tastes burnt and old AF. I thought I could force it down, but honestly this tastes like it's coffee from days ago. I'm not proud of this.. okay maybe a little- I drink Starbucks ALL THE TIME so I know when coffee tastes like shit. Save yourself and go to Panera right next door. read more

Don't even bother stopping at this location. Every time I try to go here I end up having to leave without the drink that I paid for..unfortunately I really don't understand how the wait times can be as long as they are. If you mobile order plan on waiting 20-30 min after you are scheduled to pick up. They only have one person making drinks for everyone, and it's usually the slowest barista. But they have 7-10 people working chit chatting and not worrying about peoples drinks. No since of urgency or leadership. read more

I have to say I've seen a bit of improvement over the past few weeks until today. I walk in there are 14 people waiting. One guy ahead of me orders and the girl who took his order didn't even acknowledge me. Put her food in the oven. Waited for it and took it out and walked right to the back to eat with absolutely no acknowledgement of me standing there waiting. I stood there a few more minutes and still was never acknowledged so I left. With the amount of traffic at this location you probably should staff a bit more accordingly for a Sunday morning. read more

Every single time I stop by here visiting family, I cannot help to notice the unpleasant and very very (extremely .. I mean beyond extreme) slowness. Did a mobile order and still had to wait extra 10 minutes for the drink to be made, without any customers in line. The workers are chatting, throwing stuff at each other as a joke, (very inappropriate.) All the Starbucks I have been to, they can have customers in and out the door 5 minutes top. Busy days maybe 8. Bottom line ~ extreme slowness. Be prepare to wait at least 20 minutes for your drink to be ready without anyone in line. (With few people in line, you are looking at 30 minutes ~~ literally) Barista and cashiers are so so so so slow and unpleasant. read more

Two bad experiences on back to back trips. I will not be returning. About a month ago I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked if I could get a Venti Caramel Frap. The guy on the other end rudely snapped back with, "No." So I pulled off and went to another location 10 miles away. WTF??? This afternoon I pull up and the lady asks me to wait a minute. Well let me start by saying they are almost always crowded. U would think a place that is almost always crowded would have their shit together. Nope. They are slow at service and never are stocked with everything. Just tried to order a blueberry muffin, said they didn't have it, then I tried to to order coffee cake, they said they didn't have that either. They said all they had was a lemon pound cake... I ordered it and received it. But they didn't even bother to warm it or take it out of the rapper that it comes in when they get their deliveries. This Starbucks gets crowded, but don't they all! I am never asked how to spell my name, so I was pleasantly surprised when Abbi - yes that's her name - did so. She was very pleasant despite the many customers in front of me and after me. My order didn't take long and it was very warm. I sat and enjoyed my drink in the comfy chair and just people watched. Everyone worked fast, both inside the shop and at the drive-thru window. Parking has to be the worst part about this shop, because there are lots of shops around here, and some people are very careless when they park. read more

Went on Sunday, 6/17. Got there around 1pm. Ordered online with the app. I waited.... I waited... people came and went. After 15 minutes, I asked someone about my mobile order. I visited this location on a road trip from Florida to New York. It's your typical Starbucks nothing special really. It's a bigger Starbucks lots of tables and chairs that always seem to be taken. Before I went to place my order I stopped to use the bathroom and there was a line. Where the bathrooms are located in this location is a problem because people will wait to use the bathroom and they block the walkway in the store. There was a pretty decent sized line but it moved very fast. I was surprised usually at Starbucks it takes a little while. The staff here was very quick. Service is pretty slow at this location. My husband and I waited in line for about a good twenty minutes. Once we got to the front of the line we order from the Starbucks secret menu. The girl who is taking our order knows nothing about the secret menu and we have to instruct her on how to make our drinks. The girl basically does add ons to our drinks which made our drinks more expensive than they should have been. We ended up paying $16 for two grande drinks which does not sound accurate at all. I have been to the other Starbucks in nearby locations to this one and I have never had to pay $8 for a grande drink even if I was ordering on the secret menu. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks location. I don not RECOMMEND this Starbucks!! read more

This place gets two stars purely because the liquid they serve has caffeine. If you're a coffee lover, you're not going to Starbucks for quality, so I'll be a little lenient on that. It's not a surprise to get the wrong drink, but that goes for any Starbucks. Half of the building is composed of giant window-walls, which obliterates any semblance of coffee shop ambiance. The seating is odd and gives the feel that you're in the middle of everything, which does not equate to comfort at all. read more

We started ordering ahead and today was surprised that they now only allow you to pick up call ahead orders through the drive thru, because they are under staffed. We had to leave our coffee due to the line at the drive through. I asked if this is the new plan and they said it depends on the day. This is by far one of the worse Starbucks store I have been, every time I come to this store that are RUDE they don't say "welcome to Starbucks" good morning, thank you literally they don't say nothing they act like they don't even see you! How this place is as "busy" as it is, is beyond me... this is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever had. My husband & I recently moved back to this area and have given this SB two tries now. First time the drive thru had at least a 10-12 minute wait...just to order. Second time (today) we went in to avoid the drive thru line. My husband and I both drink coffee/ Starbucks frequently enough to know what our coffee should taste like. My husband got a Mocha and my good lord. It was absolutely disgusting. I ask for Almond milk in my coffee but watched the barista use whole milk instead. Wouldn't be a huge deal if I ask for Almond milk due to taste preference but I have a dairy allergy and if I would have drink that coffee I would have been sick for at least the rest of the day.
