Consistently the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I can't get a coffee for less than 20 minutes ever!

This is the slowest Starbucks ever. I just waited 15 minutes for a Grande Iced Latte. Meh. Also, if I try doing a mobile order, they keep it behind the counter. Other Starbucks's place mobile orders out front for quick access. This slows down people getting their coffee quick. Also it slows down the baristas because they have to stop what they're doing , grab the coffee they made previously and hand to the customer. Then they can get back to making current orders. I think management has some improving to do. Head count seems okay, but they have no sense of urgency and always seem to be in the drink queue hole and never get caught up. read more

Everyone is pretty nice but this has to be the slowest Starbucks ever. I continue to come here but only if the line is two people deep because it'll be a ten minute wait. I don't know if they are short on machines but it takes forever to get your drinks whether it's the drive thru or mobile ordering. The employees always look like they are working hard so I doubt it's them. I choose to go to a different store before work because I know I can't be in and out here. read more

This location is a hit & miss. Some days the service is excellent. The drinks are great and other days there's coffee spilling on the sides, no sleeves available or your hot tea spills all over when you get in the car, because the lid wasn't placed on properly. Overall, it is Starbucks and most days are pretty good. I will say that this would not be my ideal choice as far as a "working" location. The energy is ok, however, I never feel completely "comfortable" when attempting to work here. The drive thru is pretty quick, however, mobile order pick up (inside) can be slow. Don't look for the "small" touches like coffee sleeves or cup harpoons (the little green stirrers/stoppers), if you're inside, cause you will definitely be adding that yourself! read more

Music so loud i could hold a conversation with the person next to me. It's a coffee shop not a concert venue. OMG! Epic Fail!!!

Do not come here if your in any hurry at all. Both times I've been to this location, placed a Mobile order 10-20 minutes before I even show up and then wait in the store for an extra 30-40 minutes waiting for drinks or bagels. Today I was like look if heating up the bagel is what is taking so long give it to me cold. It would have been faster just to go through the drive thru honestly. It circled through At least 5 times while I waited for my order I placed 30 minutes prior. Idk who is managing this Starbucks, but mobile orders shouldn't be last priority. I'm never have this issue at other Starbucks unless they are short staffed which isn't the issue here. They had 7 people if not more working this morning. ‍ read more

I love Starbucks and I go religiously because I run off of coffee and chaos. However, at this location there seems to be a miscommunication with the employees and prices of coffee. I ALWAYS get a Starbucks double shot on ice with 3 pumps of classic and almond milk. It is usually $4.60 at any location. However, depending on who's taking your order, they will charge extra for almond milk and it will be $5.25. I'm not going to give them 1 star because, let's face it, Starbucks is how a lot of us make it through the day but I do think Starbucks customers have a right to be petty like this because we do pay a lot for a cup of coffee. read more

Drive thru is a priority here. 5-6 employees working feverishly but nobody had any sense of urgency to help the inside register. I guess it's because there isn't any way to measure how long someone was standing in line where the drive through a has a timer. Just goes to show you that metrics drive behavior and if there are no metrics then ... those customers can wait. Suggestion: have Starbucks install a ticket system where internal customers walk in and print out there ticket (clock starts) then when they pickup the order, clock stops. Milread- not sure how to spell her name was working where you hand out the drinks to customers yelled at me three times like I was an idiot to pick up a water when I already had one in my hand. She was rude to every customer and spoke to everyone like they were stupid. I also waited 25 minutes for a iced latte. I put my order in at 10:15 and got it at 10:40 after everyone that came in after me continued to get their drinks. They also were over capacity and being 6 months pregnant I didn't feel as safe as I normally do here. read more

This is my local hood SB. Amy and Randy do a great friendly job here and all the employees seem to be really nice and not snobby. I usually come in the afternoon and rarely have a long wait. Seating is still no problem but I do see a lot more studying people at the tables. Wish this store sold the Reserve stuff but oh well, the batistas here are still rockstars. read more

Very friendly service and the drinks were made exactly the way we wanted.

Definitely hit or miss. Previous visit a homerun. Today's visit - horrible. Including rude cashier - Randy who walked around rather than open window to say hey we are running behind. I would give a negative tip. After I asked why it took - after getting to window almost 5 minutes for an iced Anericano - he did some rude dance after the window was closed 3 times to emphasize how ridiculous he thought I was to ask that question. Noisy, even when not busy. Staff is friendly enough, service is decent and drinks are what you'd expect from a Starbucks. Not much seating, the music is waaay too loud and it's rarely a moderate temperature. All of that I could deal with, if the wifi was good, but...it's not, in point of fact it's rather the opposite of good. Friendly staff, drive thru is always quick. Their drinks sometimes taste a little off. Not like they do at other locations. Particularly their Pumpkin Spice Lattes and their White Mochas. They don't taste the same at this location for some reason. They are always happy to remake your drink though. read more

One star for quick order but everything else was wrong. Consistency was watery, forgot 3 pumps of roast which is coffee. So, basically I was drinking watery, milky caramel syrup without coffee bleh. Wasted my $. Ordered caramel ribbon crunch frap as is. read more

Ordered after sitting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes to get horrible caramel iced macchiatos, ordered an extra pump of vanilla that was all non-existent, ordered extra caramel drizzle but got basically none. Would not have written this review except I had to turn around after taking a sip of one that had zero sugar in it whatsoever and then Brandon wanted to argue and be rude over the caramel drizzle being in the drink. Um I can see the drizzle and there's none basically - what happened to just remake it and smile. Plus he was rude about it and I'm not paying $28 for rude sarcastic coffee and food that's now cold. I'm paying for good properly made coffee. Friendly suggestion... I'd also talk to the girl at the window about telling patrons when they ask how she is to not say, "I'm tired and don't want to be here." Hundreds of other places to work within a mile. If this is how customers are treated here I'll go 5 miles east to the other location. read more

What can I say that hasn't been said before? I can talk about the healthy alternatives. The coffees are great and the food selection is getting better. Their Bistro boxes are a healthy snack if you choose wisely. If you're looking for a healthy alternative, then avoid the yogurt. The sugars in the yogurts are equivalent to a small donut; clearly, not a healthy choice. For a healthy drink, try the iced tea or the coffee with skim milk and no sugar. It sounds boring, but it's healthy. read more

We just went through the drive through at the Crossroads location. The barista working the drive through was so friendly and helpful. I had my two young daughters in the car and they even commented how nice she was. I realize that "being nice" is part of a customer service job but she was more than just nice. I was thinking she was a "ray of sunshine." Imagine our surprise when we pull up to the window and her name is......SUNSHINE!! She really put a smile on our faces with her kindness, helpfulness and genuinely bright personality. Whoever hired Sunshine, great job!! She is truly an asset to your company. read more

The coffee always tastes horrific. My husband's cafe mocha normally tastes watered down and like fake chocolate, if there was even such a thing. My caramel macchiato always tastes watered down, and I have to try to doctor it up at home. It's soooo disappointing to me to give them our hard earned money, and then they do not treat your purchase with care. This has been going on for quite a while! We now have to drive "away" from our home area just to get Starbucks coffee. I've seen other postings where other consumers choose to drive elsewhere also. Starbucks... you have a PROBLEM! The line is always wrapped around the store and overflows into the Walmart parking lot. Today, I made the mistake of trying to get coffee because I was dying of thirst. I just left Starbucks, I was about to take a photo of my Strawberry Acai Refresher, with heavy cream + Vanilla; when I noticed a string of hair in the inside of my drink. I was disgusted, so instead of going back... I just figured to never go back and share the experience just so others will be cautious to check there drinks before consumption. read more

I was over confident seeing that the drive thru line wasn't super long but alas, I ended up being disappointed as usual. I did an online order while I waited in line (it said it'd be ready in 15-17 mins so I knew I had plenty of time. It was finally my turn but I waited at the speaker for them to take my order for five mins (getting rained on) while all the cars but one were infront of me. They proceeded to hand me one item, then five mins later another item (I had five total). Finally they came back to the window to apologize but they just started my first of three drinks and if I could park, they'd bring it to me. So what should have been a 15-20 min Starbucks run turned into a 40 min ordeal. They are on my black list. Too many instances like this one. read more

This is a great Starbucks! I go through at least once a week and they are consistent. There are a few baristas that get frazzled, but the employees are friendly and well-trained. My drink is made well every time-- it sets up high expectations for all Starbucks and sometimes other stores let me down. I wish the lobby was larger! read more

There a few things more depressing than pulling into a Starbucks located just off a busy highway, getting a breakfast sandwich and a beverage, then pulling back onto the busy highway only to realize your order is completely wrong. Waaah. A couple miles down the road and on my way to class, there is no turning back now, so I'll have to enjoy this meal even if I don't enjoy it. I ordered a sweetened blackberry mojito iced tea lemonade, and received an unsweetened blackberry mojito iced tea, no lemonade. Ugh. Not good. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, yet received some sort of square croissant with ham and cheese baked on top of it. It was pretty good, but not filling. I'm sure it costs less than the sandwich I paid for too. I'm not sure when this location opened, but so far.. definitely not impressed. read more

We always go through the drive-thru, so I can't tell you how it is on the inside BUT every-time we get a coffee it always is burnt. Grossly burnt, has a terrible burnt smell. I don't know if it's because we went in the afternoon but it's a waste of $3. Also, ask for your sugars on the side, the last two times we went they didn't sweeten it. read more

So just witnessed a customer ask for a drink to have the ice put in after the drink was stirred and the barista just said no!!! What the hell??? He kept telling her no until I intervened. In 25 years of customer service I have never ever seen this kind of belligerent defiance towards a customer. She asked him to remake it and he again said no. I intervened and indicated she should remake it at as she was requesting as a matter of good customer service. I will seriously rethink how bad I need a drink from this location before going there again. read more

This place is great staff is always friendly and the food and coffee is always great as well . Restrooms are always clean I don't know what else to say the place is perfect . The coffee was good as always but the service was very poor. I saw several waiting at the counter waiting to order, but the two free baristas were too busy doing closing duties to notice. My husband and I were sitting and enjoying our coffee when all of a sudden one of the baristas yells out "we are closed". And I do mean yelled out for all to hear. We got up and apologized. It was exactly 9:30 and apparently they close at 9:30 even though Yelp says they are open till 10. That was our mistake but didn't appreciate the way in which they informed us. read more
